went here while i waited for my car to get fixed

My kid does 13K in damage to studio equip, we handle it like lunatics.

[Part 1]

Some background:

I’m an audio engineer and score arranger full time in my self-owned business. It’s how I provide for myself, my fiancée (also CF), and my mother. I record, mix, and master for bands, voice-overs for local commercials, and write music for people’s weddings, college films, indie games, etc.. It was my passion since I was a child and every day I ask myself why I get paid to do what I do.

You know, until today.

I had a woman schedule to come in because she wanted me to record her monologue for an acting class. I thought it was going to be easy enough. I set up a mic and a music stand in the sound booth and got my workstation prepped for tracking. She was supposed to show up at 3:30, so when 4:00 came around, I called her to ask her if she was still coming. It was my last contract for the day and I was wanting to get home to my fiancée, dogs, and dinner.

“Oh, sorry sweetie, I’m going to be there soon. I just had to get my son from ex-boyfriend.”

Uh oh.

4:12, she showed up with her child.

To preface, I’ve never really wanted kids, and don’t really hate them either. But I’ve been childfree of mind for a decade now in league of several bad child experiences in public.

Anyway, I sat her down at the conference table and tried to talk to her about the contract and billing, etc., and just couldn’t because of the six-years-old pile of ovary droppings next to her.

“Mommy it’s cold in here.” “Mommy, I’m bored.” “Mommy, that guy has girl hair.” “Mommy, I want to play on the phone.”

The incessant whining went on for the entirety of the discussion. She did nothing about it. I had an ache in my stomach that this might be a rough session.

I was right.

I showed her to the sound booth, positioned the mic at face level, told her the basics of mic use, and then she floored me with a question.

“Can my son stay in there with you while I do this?” I insisted that he wait in the conference room (across the hall from the control room) because the control room wasn’t a very kid-friendly place considering the 120K of equipment at arms reach.

“But he’s a little angel.”

I shouldn’t have taken her word for it. I SHOULD NOT have taken her word for it. This kid was ANYTHING but. I let him in, told him to sit in one of the office chairs and don’t touch anything. Needless to say, he touched. I queued the recording arm and signaled her to start. She got three lines into her take before I hear a deafening screech and crash.

That little shit machine had just knocked over a $4,000 Korg into a rack with $9,500 of equipment. Completely shattered the touchscreen on the Korg, busted the dials off of half of the effects, and totaled my distressor that I use for almost all the vocals I track.

All of this, by the way, was the room’s length apart from where I told the crotch goblin to stay.

The kid, because of the loud noise, started full-lung screaming. Not crying. Not yelling. Screaming.

The mother, with no hesitation, ran over to the control room and DEMANDED to know what I did to her child. She cussed at me and accused me of hurting her little snot monster. Threatened to sue and even swung at me. When I told her that her precious angel had just racked up at least twelve grand of damages, she said “good”, spit on me, then stormed out, slamming every door on the way. So I pulled the security camera footage and had filed a police report. Grand total: $13,504.25. I also mailed her the bill for her session for good measure.

Of six years in the studio, this is my only truly terrible experience. Fuck mombies. Fuck having children. Thanks for making my vasectomy decision that much easier on me.

“Prom was invented just to make girls starve so they can fit in a dress and compete over a stupid title.”

“Uh –” Derek blinks, eyes his sister dubiously, “I’m not a girl?”

Cora huffs. “Whatever.”

In the kitchen Laura bursts out laughing. “Don’t worry.” She yells. “Cora is just jealous she will have to wait five years to go to her own prom.”

“I’m not going!” Cora yells back. “Prom is stupid, I don’t even know why you’re going,” she tells Derek, “it’s not like you know how to have fun.”

Derek raises an eyebrow while Laura just laughs harder. “Oh my god.” Their older sister says. “I stay away for six months and Cora turns into a sassy queen.” She walks into the living room, pretends to wipe at her eyes. “I’m so proud.”

“You two are ridiculous.” Derek says, turning around. “And I’m just going because Erica promised to pay me. With ice cream.” Then he gives Cora a wicked smile. “That I’m not going to share with either of you.”

“You are the worst brother!” Cora yells as he begins to climb the stairs. “And I hope you fall on your ass while trying to dance!”

“Can’t hear you!” Derek’s cell begins to ring. “Too busy getting ready to prom!”

Laura lets out a high-pitched laughter. “I love you two so much.”

Derek shakes his head fondly, closes his bedroom door behind himself just as Cora tells Laura to shut up. “Hey.” He answers the phone, collapsing on his bed. “What’s up?”

“Yo,” Stiles answers, “whatcha doing?”

“Listening to my sisters fight.” He says, snorting when he hears his dad start complaining about all the yelling and ‘no, Cora, I’m not letting you go to prom, you’re thirteen!’. “I’m gonna have to check the trunk of my car tomorrow night.”

Stiles laughs. “She’s not that good.”

“If you keep teaching her, she will be.” Derek blurts out, curses himself mentally when he realizes it came out harsher than he intended.

It’s just – sometimes he can’t help it. He’s known Stiles since they were four, Cora wasn’t even born then, but one day she turned eleven and Stiles became her new favorite person. Stiles couldn’t find it funnier and took Cora as his little apprentice. He even taught her how to cheat on Mario Kart.

He’s never taught Derek that.

Derek rolls his eyes, thinks about his little sister still downstairs pouting and trying to convince their dad that she’s old enough to go out. He shouldn’t be jealous of her, but the thing is – he grew up with two sisters, he knows how to share toys and food, but he doesn’t know how to share Stiles.

Because Stiles is his.

You were humming to yourself as you walked into your house in the town that mimicked Beacons Hills just without the supernatural element. You had moved here when your dad decided moving to his hometown would be ideal following the harsh ending of your family. It wasn’t anything bad other than Allison had died and you wanted out. Riverdale was interesting but not like the dangers of living in Beacon Hills.

“Hey Dad?” You called from the porch. It had a few hidden places holding some weapons just in case.

“Sweetheart.” Your dad, Chris, asked from the dining room table. On the table was a bunch of weapons laid out to be cleaned, “Anything I can do for you?”

“I see it’s the weekly cleaning.” You chuckled as your eyes caught sight of Allison’s beloved Chinese daggers, “Want to order out?”

“Sure.” He chuckled tapping your nose, “You know what I like.”

You laughed before picking up the phone to call Pop’s diner. It was a short wait before you were able to place the order with the waitress. You were pretty sure she was the new waitress.

“It will be ready in twenty minutes.” She replied before the two of your exchanged goodbyes.

You sat at the table going about cleaning the weapons along with your dad. It was second nature and a bonding experience from the moment you learnt what the Argents really did. It was so second nature that your mind went back to the group of friends you had left behind.

Beacon Hills had been the first place that had become a strong permanent home since the moment you made friends. You cherished the times of happiness you had with your older sister and the pack. In the wise words of Robert Frost, nothing gold can stay. It was true.

“Do you want to go practice shooting?” Your dad asked nonchalantly.

“So soon after that death?”

“We’ve delt with worse and you know it.” He pointed a knife at you, “A murder like this is a hell of lot more welcome that the supernatural.”

“Someone still died.” You grumbled slumping down in your chair.

Chris sighed before glancing at the clock watching his remaining child sulk. Both had changed after Allison’s death for the better if you looked at it one way. It didn’t mean it didn’t hurt when her birthday rolled around and each locked themselves in their rooms.

“Go pick up the food.” He sighed tossing a pair of keys to you.

Without looking you caught them and hastily grabbed one of Allison’s daggers and pushing it into your boot. You quickly inserted the key to the car and drove the distance to the only good diner in town.

You sat there remembering the last time you had drove yourself, well more accurately when you drove. Stiles had been knocked out cold with an attack from the supernatural and you practically did illegal stunts to make it to the hospital.

“Get over it.” You mumbled to yourself as you opened the door of the diner. Inside was a remotely busy rush following the welcome back dance.

You hated dances. The last one your were at was sophomore year with Allison.

“Y/N!” Pop’s grinned, “You’ll have to hang tight, the deep fryer wasn’t working for a couple minutes.

You chuckled before settling into a booth with a good view outside. You watched as a group of teens laughed as they walked into the diner. You saw the resident hot shot Archie Andrews as his friends. Veronica Lodge, Betty Cooper and Jughead Jones. You shifted as they sat int the booth across from yours. It reminded you of your favourite times with the pack.

It was late when the pack dragged their asses to the diner that sold adequately healthy fast food. A lot of your were limping or injured in some kind of way following the shit kicking you had received against the Alpha pack. Thankfully all was right again…for now.

“Is my head supposed to hurt this much?” Stiles groaned shaking his head as Scott patted his bed friend on the back.

“You were knocked unconscious in a car accident. It’s safe to say that yes it should be for the next little while.” Lydia chuckled as she fixed her hair once more.

“What happened to you guys!” A young waiter exclaimed at the sight.

“We were playing a game of football.” You lied quickly.

Placing your orders in you all began to laugh tryng to ease the heightened feelings from the win you had managed. It was a shame everyone was under age and the diner didn’t sell alcohol because you could use some. Inside you all had different kinds of drinks.

“To a safe Beacon Hills!” You exclaimed clinking glasses with everyone.

“For now.” Stiles said meetings everyone’s eyes, “We killed ourselves and came back. It’s going to get a lot worse isn’t it.”

“We can face it. Together. We’ll come out the same.” You said before taking a long sip of your milkshake.

Boy were you wrong on that one.

You shuffled as a tear rolled down your cheek and you brushed it off. You hated thinking of those times at the same time. You missed them so much but in agreement with your dad you both needed to be away. It couldn’t be going to bad given no calls had happened.

“Y/N right?”

You looked over to see Betty looking at you concerned. The others watched the interaction with the same expectations. Veronica and Archie had already tried to make friends with you when you arrived in the summer but you wouldn’t have it.

“Yes.” You grumbled irritated by the tears wanting to move down your cheeks.

“Are you okay?”

“Fine.” You practically hissed before pulling the sleeves of your sweater down further, “Go back to gossiping.”

“We aren’t gossiping, man your one very angst teen.” Jughead said watching you.

“Says you. You’ve been attached to your computer since that kid was killed.”  You groaned leaning back but it stopped when the diner door slammed open with a strong force.

It was too strong so you were on your feet in a defensive position with the Chinese dagger neatly swinging in your hand. You heard a gasp from Betty as the dagger glinted in the dark lighting. Your head tilted as the frantic person landed their eyes on you with a friend sharing the same movements.

“Scott? Stiles?” You exclaimed shocked before the spazzing teenager harshly dragged you out of the diner. A concerned and worried Archie Andrews frantically followed you out with his friends.

“Keys. I need your keys.”

You laughed, shaking your head, “Right. Sorry.” Digging into your purse followed by a toss of the keys, he caught them out of the air before you headed in the direction of the diner once again.

A bell above the door jangled lightly as you entered the diner, the smell of hot grease hitting your nose. Straight ahead there was a counter with barstools, a view of the kitchen behind it. To both your left and right along the wall lined with windows, there were built-in booths with splitting vinyl cushions and spotted formica-covered tables.

The waitress behind the counter spoke, drawing your attention. “Hey, sweetie. Take a seat wherever you like, I’ll be with you in a jiffy.”

“Okay,” you responded with a tight smile.

Choosing a booth, you dropped your bag and sat down. You looked around, seeing only 2 other customers currently sitting at the counter with coffee mugs in their hands. Moments later, a pretty redhead approached, wearing a sleeveless button-up flowered shirt and jeans under the apron around her waist. Bright red lipstick painted her lips as she talked to what looked like a regular customer. Probably a local.

Elide sat perched on the footsteps of the house. The morning sun beamed down on her, the sky a crystal blue. A light breeze picked up, blowing around her hair as she pulled her jacket tighter around her. They were only a week or so into October, and the wind definitely held that harsh, autumn bite. But today, it was chillier than normal. She’d definitely be warmer if she were to just wait inside. But being inside would mean a higher chance of seeing her uncle. And she wasn’t in the mood to start her day off by having a lovely chat with Uncle Vernon. Especially on game day.

After going through her normal, quiet routine of getting ready for school, Elide had made her way downstairs. She prayed to every god she knew that it would be one of those mornings where her uncle was passed out. Thankfully, her prayers were answered.

When she made it to the living room, she found Uncle Vernon asleep on the couch. A half empty bottle was clenched in his hand as he snored loudly. Not wanting to risk waking him and getting yelled at this early, Elide went outside. Which is how she found herself sitting on the front steps of her parents’ old home.

She didn’t remember them well, her parents. They died when she was young. She grew up with her Uncle, who was always a cold evil bastard. But when his business burned down years ago and he last basically everything, that’s when the drinking started and things got worse…

Dean looked up as the Y/C/H hunter walked into the viewing room. Her hair fell loosely around her face, the soft Hollywood curls framing it perfectly. His eyes wandered over her body, the way her jeans hugged her arse perfectly, the black tank she wore that was slightly see through, the deep red bra underneath that showed off some of her best assets. Her silver cross hung down over the top of her breasts, the diamonds shining in the light. Her heels clicked on the polished concrete floor, he glanced down at the ankle boots, that was a new looked. The look was Y/N all over, but a sexed up Y/N. He frowned at the duffels in her hand.

notes: Lmao sorry for the long wait but I got hella busy and also sick. what can you do :/ anyways enjoy my PG fluff.

You stared at the ceiling, lost in thought. You were supposed to be doing math homework, but the glow in the dark star stickers that you had superglued to your ceiling in 4th grade were much more interesting. So you stared at your makeshift night sky and thought about everything.

You thought about your sister Polly, and how much you missed her.
You thought about Jason Blossom’s death, and how you didn’t miss him.
And you thought about your boyfriend, Jughead Jones, and how you really missed him. Your disapproving mother didn’t exactly know you were dating him, and you hadn’t been able to sneak off to see him in the past couple weeks. Everyone else knew, and you wished you could share that part of your life with your mom, but there was no way in hell she’d be okay with you dating the son of a Southside Serpent.

“(y/n)? Are you still awake?” Your sister Betty’s voice came from the other side of your door.

You tore your eyes away from the ceiling and ruffled a hand through your hair, “Yeah Betts, I’m still up. Come on in.” Your door creaked open and Betty walked in. She closed the door behind her and crossed the room to stand next to you.
You sat up and nodded, “So, what’s up?” you asked.

Betty smiled sadly before taking a deep breath, “I’ve just been thinking about Polly lately. I mean, I know Mom won’t let us see her. And even if she did, Polly might not even be herself. But I really wish we could, I really miss her.”

You flopped back on your bed, letting out a long sigh. “Yeah I know what you mean. Sometimes I feel like Mom’s trying to erase Polly, She won’t talk about her, won’t let us see her, and I hate it. I hate the whole thing. I miss her. I miss the way things used to be.”
Betty laid down next to you, the both of you staring at the star covered ceiling. You sat in silence for awhile. But after a few minutes Betty broke it with a complete subject change. “So, how’s Jughead?”

You grinned, “Good as far as I know. With your recent cheer-bellion Mom’s been cracking down on me with little errands for the newspaper. Trying to keep me busy, I think, so I don’t get any ideas about following in the scandalous footsteps of my sisters.”

Betty laughed lightly, “cheer-bellion?”
“Yeah. You know, Cheering-rebellion.”
Betty just laughed again.

_______

The next morning you woke up before your alarm and rolled out of bed, your (e/c) eyes still bleary from sleep.
You got ready for school quickly and threw your stuff in your bag. You climbed down the stairs and wandered into the kitchen. Betty was eating an apple and studying her history textbook at the kitchen table when you walked in.

“Are you studying at seven am?”
“Yes.”
“Do you have a test today?”
“No.”
“You terrify me.”
You shuddered jokingly and went to steal a sip of Betty’s orange juice, but she slapped your hand away. “Get your own (y/n)."

You huffed as you grabbed a muffin from the box on the counter. "Nah, gotta get to school. Meeting…people.” Just as you had bit into your muffin, your mom walked in, already dressed for the day and chatting on the phone.
“Bye mo

m, I’m heading to school.” You waved before turning to walk out of the room. But Your mother’s voice stopped you.

“Where are you going, Sweetie? School doesn’t start for another hour.”
“I’m going early to work in the library for a bit.” You lied easily. You were meeting Jughead early today because you hadn’t been able to see him (other than the short lunch period) for weeks.

You grabbed your bag, muffin in hand, and walked out the front door. You walked to the school with a dorky smile on your face. There was a definite lovestruck idiot vibe coming from you.
____

When you arrived at the school, Jughead was waiting for you at the front doors. There were very few people hanging around the building, most teenagers didn’t show up an hour early to school.

When he spotted you he smiled. “Hey–” Before he could get out a greeting, you gave him a chaste kiss. When you pulled back he had a faint blush on his face, bringing a grin to your face. “I know you have a no PDA rule, but there’s barely any people around so. I feel like it shouldn’t count.”
He smirked, “I’ll let it slide this time.”

“Hey, guess who doesnt have newspaper things to do tonight!” You switched the topic to your evening of freedom from your mother’s incessant errands.
“Is it some unattainable version of you?” Jughead asked jokingly, but you sensed a tiny hint of sadness behind the teasing tone.
“Sorry to disappoint, but it’s just regular me. Shocker, right?”
He grinned, “So does this mean I can actually see you tonight?”
You nodded while smiling broadly.

You and Jughead sat and chatted for about half an hour until the school was overrun with your classmates.
You stood up to head inside, “I’ll see you at lunch?” Jughead asked. You grinned and nodded in confirmation. Then you went inside and headed towards your locker.
____

Later that day you opened your front door, immediately heading for your room, But before you could get even to the stairs, your mom stopped you. And she did not look happy.

“(y/n), are you dating the Jones boy?”

You froze and internally cursed. “What?” you asked, blindsided by her question.
Your mother held up Betty’s Diary and fixed you with a stern glare. Dammit. You knew she had been reading that fucking thing.
“You are aren’t you? You know how I feel about him! (y/n), I don’t think you should see him anymore.“

"I am not going to stop seeing my boyfriend just because you can’t get past who his father is!” Your temper was flaring. You crossed your arms, giving her a defiant glare.
She rubbed her temples. “(y/n), I just want what’s best for you–”
You cut her off, “No, you want what’s best for you.” Your tone was cold and clipped.

She could control everything else, you didn’t care. You would not let her control this. Alice Cooper was not going to stop you from seeing Jughead Jones.
You readjusted your bag on your shoulder and stormed back out the front door.
____

You showed up at the Twilight Drive, completely pissed and on the verge of tears. You knew Jughead was working that night and he was the only person you wanted to see right now.

You knocked on the door to the little projector building, tears threatening to spill from your (e/c) eyes. Jughead opened the door, looking somewhat annoyed. His face immediately softening when he saw it was you, and not some unhappy drive-in patron. You didn’t say anything and just wrapped your arms around him, burying your face into his shoulder. Your breathing was shaky and unsteady from the overwhelming wave of emotions you were experiencing. Jughead put his arms around your waist slowly.
“(y/n)? What are you doing here?” Jughead asked you, his voice laced with concern. You mumbled something into his shoulder, nearly impossible for him to understand.

You untangled yourself from Jughead’s arms and looked up at him. “She said she didn’t want me to see you anymore.”
Jughead sighed. “We both knew that was coming.”
“Yeah, well…it’s not like I ever had any intention of listening. She can control whatever else she likes, but not this. Not us.” You closed your eyes and exhaled heavily. You didnt want to fight with your mom, didn’t want to wish she was someone else, but that’s just how it was. “Can I hang out here for a bit? I don’t really want to go home right now.”

Jugheads lips quirked up a bit at the corners and he nodded. You smiled and climbed up the chain link fence before twisting and pulling yourself onto the roof of the pink projector building. Jughead’s eyebrows shot up in surprise. Even he had never thought of doing that.

He followed you up and sat next to you, the movie screen illuminating the whole lot. There were a few scattered cars around, but most people didn’t see movies on weekdays.
“So, where’d you learn to do that?” Jughead asked as you leaned back, staring at the stars overhead.
You grinned.

“When I was 9, I had no friends other than Betty and Polly. This was around the time Betty had a bit of a phase about her little sister hanging around. Although, I think that was ‘cuz she didnt want me tagging along with her and Archie. And Polly had her own friends. So I was alone most of the time. So I got bored a lot and used to sneak over the fence and onto the roof here so I could watch whatever was playing without being caught. Mom wouldn’t pay for me to come here whenever anything she deemed inappropriate was playing, which was pretty much everything. So I had to get creative.”

Jughead snorted, “I guess we were both pretty adept at getting in here without being caught.” There was a trace of bitterness in his words. He got that whenever he talked about anything even remotely relating to his family.
You put your hand on top of his in an attempt to comfort him.

Jughead shook his head slightly as the movie credits rolled in the distance. “I’m okay. I just need to go take the reel out of the projector.” He lowered himself of the roof as you watched the people in cars pack up and drive off.  You heard the chain link fence rattling as Jughead appeared back on the roof, laying down next to you.  You put your head on his chest and stared up at the night sky.
“Don’t you have to go home?” Jughead asked, his chest rising and falling steadily beneath you.

You closed your eyes and smiled, “Probably.” But you didn’t move. You didn’t want to go home, not yet anyways.
You couldn’t say how long you and Jughead stayed like that, just watching the stars in comfortable silence. And pretty soon you fell asleep, your hands intertwined and your head still on his chest.
___

The next morning you were woken up by someone calling your name. “(Y/N)!?” you sat bolt upright and glanced around, Betty was wandering around the drive in calling your name. You almost had a heart attack when you realized it was morning.
You stood up and waved your arms to get bettys attention. “Betty! hey!” Jughead stirred at the sound of your voice, While Betty headed towards the building.

“What’s happening?” Jughead asked groggily.
“I’m going to die. That’s what’s happening.” You ran a hand through your hair and laughed ruefully. Your mother may actually kill you.

You and Jughead climbed down the fence and Betty grabbed you in a bear hug. “No one knew where you were and no one could get ahold of you! We thought you were dead! There’s a murderer running around!” Betty scolded you angrily.
You checked your phone and the screen was black, signalling it was dead.
“Oops?” You offered sheepishly.

Jughead leaned against the building and watched Betty scold you.
“Oops?! Mom is ACTUALLY going to kill you this time!” Betty grabbed your hand and tried to drag you while texting with her other hand, letting everyone know you were okay. You tugged your hand out of her grasp and walked back to where Jughead was standing.

“If this is truly my end, I love you Jughead Jones the Third.” You grinned, an overly dramatic tone in your voice. You kissed his cheek and ran back to where Betty was standing. He was frozen with shock. That was the first time either of you had said I love you.

“What?” You asked innocently.
Betty laughed lightly, even though she was still beyond angry with you. Your mom’s car pulled up and Betty leaned over to you. “Any last words?”

You would’ve laughed if you weren’t so terrified.
Totally Worth it.”

3 Perfect Days In Seattle: A Guide

Day 1

Morning Coffee: Elm Coffee Roasters

240 2nd Avenue South | Seattle, WA 98104

If you fly in take the Link (Seattle Public Transit) downtown.

Right when you get off, you can walk a few blocks until you find Elm Coffee.

This place was recommended by new friends I found from Instagram the wide open space is filled with a white marble bar, and tables accompanied by wicker chairs that seem to fit you just right.

Petite pastries lay across the bar. The most tempting are the vegan donuts, although you won’t be able to tell the difference.

The coffee has a light, citrus scent to the roasted beans and the pitter patter of feet fill your ears as customers line up for their morning latte. The ambience is very relaxing, light chatter feels comfortable, and is a sweet spot that isn’t so touristy (like Original Starbucks, you can go there, too!)

Mid-Day Brunch: Biscuit Bitch

1909 1st Ave | Seattle, WA 98101

Walking down to Pike Place, the infamous marketplace is next. To satisfy the itch to try new food in the city, you can get your southern soul food fix closeby.

The sidewalk is usually lined up with hungry brunchers in line or waiting for one of the (few) coveted tables. The popularity of this place is obvious with people casually walking by end up joining in on the biscuit madness. Biscuit Bitch has all the sass and snarkiness that lives up to its name. The staff has hair all colors of the rainbow, tattoos that dot their arms, and are quirky and loud. I blushed a bit while ordering the “Hot Mess Bitch” but I’ll admit it felt cool to cuss when I ordered.

The Hot Mess Bitch had me exploring every corner of my cardboard to go box (everything is packaged to go). One bite had me chomping down smooth grits with cheese and the next bite I’d get a flavor whirlwind of sausage, jalapeno and biscuit. Every bite was a new experience depending on which ingredients I wanted to combine next.

He felt like shit, his head pounding and his mouth dry as sandpaper. Slamming his hand down on his phone trying to silence the blaring of his alarm.

He got drunk last night, full on cry yourself to sleep and sleep on the toilet drunk, Jughead had never touched a drink before in his life but last night? He needed it.

“Good morning sunshine.” The familiar voice of his father brought him back to reality and he opened his eyes to see the man leaning in the tiny doorway of the trailer a sad smile on his face.
“Dad.” Jughead grunted out.

F.P settled down beside his son on the couch, pushing his feet to the ground and handing him a water bottle. “Care to tell me why you went through my hidden stash last night and puked all over my floor?”

Jughead groaned putting his hands to his temples “I just needed it, I’ll pay you back and I’ll clean up the mess.”

F.P shook his head “that’s not what I’m worried about kid, I’m more concerned with how you’ve never even tasted beer before and last night you drank an entire bottle of vodka, is it school problems?… girl problems?” F.P noticed the way Jughead winced at the mention of girl problems and nodded knowingly “Betty? The sweet blonde you brought over her last month? Your girlfriend right?”

Jughead shook his head, the familiar ache in his chest throbbing “not anymore, not ever again probably.”

“What happened? You two broke up?”

Jughead looked away staring at a spot on the far right wall “no. I broke up with her, she wanted nothing to do with it but I obviously won that fight.” He laughed bitterly before continuing, it felt better to just spit it all out “I thought she had feelings for Trev Brown, I see the way he looks at her ya know? Like he just wants to take her away from me, I pretty much told her that Trev can have her. He can make her happy, make her family happy. They can be the perfect high school sweethearts she was destined to be. She screamed at me, called me an idiot and then she….” he took a shaky breathe and looked directly at his father

F.P raised his brow and dropped a hand to his knee, knowing exactly what his son was going to say

“She said she loved me dad. Me. Not Trev, not Archie. Me. You’ll never guess what I did. Well I mean I’m sure you can, it’s what I always do. I ran away.”

F.P nodded sympathetically, he knew the effect his wife leaving had on Jughead, he had turned into some kind of woman hater but Betty Cooper seemed to break through all that and he saw his son genuinely happy for the first time in ages, he wasn’t about to let his boy lose that. He had an idea.

“It’ll work out son. I promise you.”

Jughead just nodded ,heading into the only bedroom in the trailer “I’m gonna go back to bed, sleep this off. Thanks dad”

As soon as the door shut, F.P had the phone in his hand, dialing the familiar number of one of his childhood best friends.

“Alice Cooper speaking, how may I help you?”

The prim and proper voice came through the line. F.P snorted, if only the town knew what a wild child she was when she was a kid.

“I swear to god Ally, you have the personality of a wet board.”

He heard the exhale of relief and she answered much more relaxed this time

“Save it Forsythe, how’s Jughead holding up? You know i love that boy but the way Betty was crying in her room last night made me want to throttle him.”

F.P laughed “A boy of my own heart, remember when Danny Clayton broke up with you, and Hal and I almost drove to his house to beat him up, you wouldn’t stop crying.”

Alice laughed through the speaker
“It was hard being fifteen. So anyway what’s the plan?”

F.P smirked into the phone
“Well it just so happens that my bike isn’t running properly and I may have to call a mechanic, I heard that Betty sometimes works in Hal’s mechanic shop, he tells me he’s very proud of what a little grease monkey she is. Well I’d like to request her to come and fix old rusty, you can tell her her dad is overbooked and is sending her for a house call. I’ll get the kids in a room together and they can talk it out.”

The other end went silent for a while when finally Alice snorted into the phone, laughing out loud
“I’ve gotta say Forsythe, you have always been the master of plans. This is almost as good as when you had a crush on Hermione Lodge and made me lock the two of you in a janitors closet “by accident”“

F.P smiled proudly
"I’m an opportunist.”

Alice answered
“Okay, it sounds like a plan. Expect Betty within the next hour.”

“Okay, oh and Ally?”

She answered almost immediately
“Yeah forsythe?”

“They’re gonna make it through all of this, we did. Maybe my fairytale didn’t work out but I’m gonna fix that too.” He was more reassuring himself than anything and Alice seemed to know that as she answered

“I know that sythe, anything you need. At all, you just give me a call.” She promised, before they both hung up.

Thirty minutes later, he was sitting on his porch, his bike parked in front of him, when the gorgeous blonde haired beauty approached him, she really was just like her mother, wild blonde curls and big green eyes.

“Mr.jones?” She smiled sadly, “you’re the house call?” sticking her hand out again. There were bags under her eyes and he noticed her palms were a bloody mess. She must’ve noticed his staring at the indent marks on her palms because she tucked her hands into her pockets and nodded towards his bike.
“This is the bike that’s been giving you problems? Oh I just love the old fashioned Harley’s!” Her eyes lit up as she ran a hand over the shiny chrome, she looked up at him excited “ya know, the very first Bike I ever fixed up was an original. I love the make of these beautiful babies.”

F.P was right about everything, this girl was the definition of a keeper. He smiled back at her,
“Come on inside and grab a drink then we can get started. It’s too hot out here for you to be working without water.”
Betty looked nervously at the house, he knew she was scanning for his son. He gave her a reassuring nudge and she smiled gratefully, thanking him profusely, sweet as sugar but definitely hiding some spice he thought happily, just what his son needed

As soon as she stepped into the trailer, F.P slammed the door shut causing Betty to jump and whip around

“JUGHEAD!!” He called, almost in an instant the boy was standing in front of the pair, sleepy eyes and messy hair, still in his jeans and black tshirt, suspenders dangling down. When Jugheads eyes caught Betty he instantly softened, the fear leaving his mind, that’s what this beautiful young lady did for his son, she soothed his troubled mind with just a glance.

Walking backwards out the door, F.P nodded
“Talk it out.”

He barely had the door shut when he heard the high pitched voice shout “is that alcohol? I swear to god Jughead Jones, if you’ve been drinking…”

Forsythe must have been waiting outside the door for atleast thirty minutes, listening to faint cries and shuffling feet. Suddenly the door swung open and the teen couple was wrapped up in each other, both watery eyed and smiling goofily “hey dad.” Jughead smiled at his father “were gonna head over to poptates, I’m hungry.” Betty giggled from beside him “when are you not hungry?” she smiled sassily running her fingers up his arm.

Jughead dropped a kiss to her forehead, staring down at her in complete adoration “touché, hey bets, you go ahead, i have to talk to my dad real quick.” Betty nodded at him moving to walk away before he gently grabbed her wrist “hey.” She looked up at him confused “I love you.” He whispered with a smile. Instantly her eyes softened and she grinned back “I love you too.” As she moved to walk away she wrapped Jugheads dad up in a bear hug, his eyes instantly wide as he smiled and patted her back
“Thankyou Mr.Jones.” He laughed “anytime love”

She headed off to her car as Jughead hung behind, turning to his father

“Thanks dad, you didn’t have to do that.”

F.P shook his head, placing an hand on his sons arm. “Yes I did Jughead, you’re my son and I’m here for you.”

For the first time in Jugheads life he believed those words. Smiling back he nodded, making his way over to Betty “I won’t be home late. See you tonight!” With that he sprinted away catching Betty by the waist and swinging her around while she giggled.

F.P watched the pair and smiled pulling his phone out and sending a quick text

F.P: bughead is a go. Teamwork baby.

ALICE: bughead? Absolutely not. What about Jetty?

F.P: here we go.

Lisa’s Daughter

So at work I always turn Supernatural on in the break room. It’s on TNT for 3 hours Monday-Friday & right now they’re in late season 6 with Ben & Lisa. I was watching it today & was like WHAT IF LISA HAD LIKE A 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WHEN ALL THIS WENT DOWN. The following is what down in my mind.

-Lisa was worried what Dean would do at first when you would come in to sleep with her when you had nightmares, however he always invited you to stay with them and would hold you until you fell back asleep.

-Dean would wake up early with you and together you’d make breakfast on the weekends, usually you pretending to help while munching on the food.

-Dean would take you to the park and be crazy protective of you while you played.

-The first time you accidentally called him “daddy” he froze and you thought you did something wrong.

-So many nicknames, babygirl, sweetheart, princess, just to name a few.

-You’d stand on a box between Dean and Ben while Dean taught your brother how to fix cars.

-When your family stayed with Bobby while Dean dealt with the djinn you told Bobby after you ate his last popsicle, “Don’t worry, my daddy will be back soon and we can go home.” (which nearly broke Bobby’s heart)

-Cried when Dean went on the road with Sam.

-”Daddy why you gotta leave us like our other daddy did?”

-Talking to Dean nightly while he was away.

-Sleeping with Ben every night because you thought the monsters were going to come back and get you.

-So excited when you saw Dean in the hallway that night, but became instantly scared of him when he pushed Ben into the wall.

-Told the demons who took you, Ben, and your mom that Dean was gonna save you.

-”I don’t wanna be you guys when my dad gets here.”

-Clung onto the back of his shirt while he carried your mom out of the warehouse.

-Dean held you in his arms while you sat in the waiting room at the hospital, telling you that Lisa was going to be alright.

-”You aren’t gonna leave us again, right daddy?”

When it’s all over – Jeff Atkins x Reader

Summary: This one shot was inspired by two aspects: I saw the 7x16 chapter of The vampire diaries and I took inspiration from the last scene, (I won’t say spoilers just in case) and then, I was sitting in my bed listening to music when this song appeared, I listened carefully, more than once and I said “this is perfect for what I have in mind” and here it is. I must admit I was crying when I finished writing this one shot. I put my heart and the pain I felt when I saw the scene of Jeff’s death in the serie. I hope you like it.

I heard this song while I was writing.

Your name: submit What is this?

“No more supplies”

One of the boys approached our circle. Our laughter was cut but happiness didn’t go away. Undoubtedly, Jessica had been excellent with the organization of this party, what a good way to start the new course. I was having a great time, I couldn’t stop laughing with Zach, Montgomery and Jeff; Great idea of the latter to insist that i attend, right now i would be at home in the armchair watching knowing what series on Netflix, but certainly boring.

“That’s my sign,” my boyfriend said after taking a sip of his soda. “I’m the only one sober of you, it’s my turn, idiots.” They all laughed and raised their glasses in Jeff’s direction.

“I’m coming with you”

“Are you sure? I won’t be long”

“I go with you” I insisted with a smile “This way I make sure the provisions arrive complete.” He let out a laugh.

“Y/N Y/N!”

The boys started chanting to me, and my boyfriend shook his head; But soon they changed the name and now called Clay, to join our gathering outside of Jessica’s house. I had a lot better when the social circle was small, but I liked Clay. He wasn’t like the others.

Jeff was the only one who approached him to talk, while the others made sure to tell me what kind of beer they wanted, they made me feel like a alcohol dealer considering that none of us were legal age to drink, but what’s more, I wasn’t going to against the wishes attributed by a party and the adolescent hormones swarming in the air. I said goodbye to the boys and walked to where my friend and his best friend were.

“You drive?” I heard Clay say.

“It’s coca cola, my friend. Two beers two hours ago, I’m good”

I rested my arm on Jeff’s shoulder and nodded in agreement.

“It‘s true. He’s the most sober guy you’ll ever meet in the whole party.” Clay smiled and shrugged. I looked at my boyfriend. “I’ll wait for you in the car. Come with us, Clay”

I walked to where I knew his car. Of the two, tonight was he to be the driver, not that I drank too much, but if it got to the point of getting dizzy. Usually we took the time to take the other home safely after a party, it was a fair deal. I was grateful that this incredible party wasn’t my turn to drive. I leaned against the passenger’s door and looked at my fingernails while I waited, even in the distance, the music was still listening as if my ear was taped to one of the speakers, I was still surprised that the neighbors didn’t call the police yet, If they were going to do it, I’d wait outside while Jeff and I were out, didn’t intend to spend the rest of the night in the police station for having brought beers. I imagined myself returning to it with arms full of bottles, then my body against the hood of the patrol; I felt crazy when I started laughing at that idea.

A few minutes later I saw my boyfriend walk towards me. I got out of the car to meet him with a smile, I ran my hands down his neck and gave him a short kiss on the lips. I was almost sure that he wouldn’t come alone but I was wrong.

“And Clay?”

“He went home.” He shrugged before giving me another kiss.

“He’s a weird guy.” I chuckled.

“Yes but also a good guy.” He let go and I did the same reluctantly. I loved to always be close to him, to feel his body under my hands and to know that I wasn’t dreaming of having someone as great as Jeff Atkins “We better go, there are beginning to notice the alcohol drought”

I laughed and nodded. I watched as my boyfriend opened the door and went to his. When I turned to get up, I felt a pressure in the chest that made me fall back; I took a hand to this and I stayed still. My heart began to accelerate, my hands felt sweaty. Jeff stopped in front of his door.

“Are you okay?” He questioned me.

I shook my head.

“I have a bad feeling” I looked at my boyfriend “Maybe we shouldn’t go” I whispered.

“Everything is fine, Y/N, I’m really sober”

I shook my head. Why do I begin to feel restless? Why a bad feeling right now?

“That’s not why” I murmured feeling the anxiety hugging me from the ankles to my hair, I could feel it moving through my veins.  “Jeff, please, stay"

He circled his car again to stand in front of me and take me by the shoulders gently, he smiled at me and, although that sometimes calmed me, this time wasn’t the case. Even though I was still very restless, little by little I would begin to lack oxygen. I thought that staying here was a better idea and that was another, we would find someone sober, we could stay and keep laughing with the boys.

“Stay calm, my love. We’ll be back in ten minutes.” His hands went up to my cheeks. I looked into his eyes. “Would you rather stay?”

Stay alone? I looked at his car and shuddered. The point was that the two of us would stay here, safe from a presentiment that couldn’t know what it was.

“Maybe the store is already closed, we’re just going to waste time, Jeff.”

“You’re getting very pale, you better stay, I won’t be long”

Jeff gave me a kiss on the forehead and released me, when he did, I felt another pang in the chest. No, I couldn’t let him go alone. Without saying anything and even with the restlessness, I got into the car and put on my belt with mechanical movements. When he did the same, he looked at me worriedly, his frightened gaze returned, now i was worse after not convincing him to stay.

“I’ll slow down if you prefer. We’ll be fine, okay?”

My throat was dry so I just nodded.

To buy the supplies, I left him alone while I stayed in the car trying to calm down. We had arrived well, there were almost no people in the street and much less other cars, nothing could happen to us in that case, right? We were both going to make it to the party. We wouldn’t leave until the next morning, being able to drive in daylight would be best, even if I had to do it myself and break our agreement.

While I waited I made sure to look in the rearview mirror, every few minutes a single car passed, we would find almost none on our return. I took a deep breath, the restlessness wouldn’t leave, I would do it when I stepped on Jessica’s house, with an arm full of bottles and my free hand fixed on Jeff’s. I’m not going to let go of him at any time.

“Are you calmer?” His voice startled me as I opened my door and left the beers at my feet. I helped him adjust the bottles.

“Yes” I lied. I knew he was worried. He already had the worry of managing as slow as he could to not disturb me, now adding my status, it wasn’t appropriate that just now he was aware of how I was and/or my reactions “I think they are wanting to start killing for the lack of alcohol” I said a joke to ease the tension, especially in myself. Jeff smiled and nodded.

On the way back, my eyes fixed on the dashboard clock, we had been out for at least eleven minutes, mostly because of the slow speed my boyfriend was driving. I rolled my eyes to his profile, concentrated a hundred percent in the street, I had always liked to see him drive, never told him that he looked three times as handsome when he did. I smiled and ran my hand down the back of his neck. He smiled too.

“Can you increase the speed a bit?” I asked, so we would get there faster and my anxiety would fade.

“Are you sure?” Jeff raised his eyebrows and looked at me for a few seconds.

“Yeah” I nodded.

The speedometer went up a little more than it seemed crazy. After a while, he and I were talking about the start of the course and the requests we had sent to the university that afternoon. We both had the perfect plan this fall to attend it; our requests were sent together, to the same sites. Our plans together went beyond four years and to be honest, I could no longer see myself with anyone but him. I had never spoken of my feelings aloud, Jeff was content with what I showed him, for to express it in words was always a difficulty for me; But the love i felt for him was too much to believe. I never thought that a person could come to love someone so much the way I did with him. I would literally feel breathless if I went my way without his company. His way of being, his smile, his smell, his voice, his metaphors using baseball words, even his clutches of feet and the way I felt protected when he hugged me. I even loved the friendship he had with others, but especially with Clay Jensen, they were so different but they complemented each other in an astonishing way, as did the opposing poles. No doubt i could shout to the four winds that i was totally happy with him.

“We’re coming,” he announced.

I nodded and smiled. The anxiety and bad feeling left me slowly, now I could feel breathing more easily. The first thing we would do when arriving at the party, would be to join a game of drinking, I needed it urgently.

Then it was only a few seconds.

I removed my eyes from him and stared at his window. Lights became big in seconds … straight to us.

“Watch out!”

I shouted, before it was a deafening noise, pain, squeaks of tires and then … silence and darkness.

I complained. My body ached, my arms burned and my head stung. I tried to open my mouth to scream, to ask for help, for someone to take away anything that caused me such pain. My nostrils filled with the smell of smoke, I wrinkled my nose causing discomfort all over my face. I wanted to move but there was a force that pressed against the seat. If I opened my eyes, which scene would I find? Everything outside of me seemed to be in an apparent calm, except for the frightful scent I perceived.

“Y/N!”

His voice. The faint sound of his voice alerted me. I opened my eyes quickly, in front of me was the broken windshield. I lowered my eyes to my arms, wanting to discover the ardor in them: small pieces of glass were embedded in my skin, I tried to ignore the blood that emanated from these before I got worse. Then I looked at Jeff. All of it was blood, even on his face, his eyes were muffled, his chest slowly rising every time he inhaled. He looked at me apologetically, in fear … I shook my head but let out a gasp. There was nothing to apprehend my body, it was simply the pain that had been inflicted upon me after the impact. Through the window I saw the other car, but I couldn’t distinguish the driver, my vision began to blur. Even breathing was beginning to burn. I didn’t want to close my eyes, if these would be my last seconds I wouldn’t go on wasting it on details that would no longer be worth it, so I looked at Jeff, though I didn’t want to see him that way one last time. I refused even to blink. What good would it do? I began to lose the senses of my body and little by little the consciousness was leaving me, the corners of my vision began to darken … I could feel it, as I gradually faded into absolute nothingness.

“No” Jeff whispered again. I savored his voice and even the effort he made to raise his hand and reach mine “No … don’t … let …you… go” He asked me.

“It hurts a lot” I murmured and made a face, why continue to endure so much pain?

“I should … I should have listen … to you” I felt a slight squeeze.

I couldn’t anymore and I started to cry. I wanted to let go but at the same time fight a little more. We would both come out of this, if I surrendered, he would, I couldn’t imagine a life without him, he didn’t have to die, not tonight, not so soon, our lives were just beginning. I nodded. I wasn’t going to leave this world.

Jeff smiled, but that gesture barely lasted for a second. He grimaced, in a way that distorted his face. I clutched at his hand as I began to feel his grip loosen and not at will.

“Jeff” I sat, still with all the pain in the world and I squeezed his hand between mine “No … don’t give up” I wanted to absorb his pain, that everything would happen to me, even if I ended up dead, I didn’t care but he didn’t have to die. Not him. He deserves to be happy “Don’t close your eyes” I screamed as he began to lower his eyelids “Look at me, Jeff, we’ll be fine. Don’t give up”

He smiled at me.

“Forgive me.” I shook my head.

“Please. Don’t leave me.” I begged as I brought his hand to my lips. He couldn’t leave me in this miserable world alone. I couldn’t go on without him.

“I love you, Y/N”

“My love…”

Then he turned his face to the window. I was a spectator of the last time his chest went up and then went down so that it wouldn’t rise again. I screamed with all my might as I pounced on him. I punched him in the face as I called his name, begged him to wake up, begged him to come back to me … or to take me. Finally the pain made me fall back into my seat, I would wait here for my death, I would have to go somehow, I had to feel the unconsciousness again, but, as a punishment, that didn’t happen, I felt more alive than ever. He was gone without me.

“Jeff … hold on … Jeff … hold on!”

I didn’t realize that someone had come to meet us until I turned and I spotted Clay Jensen trying desperately to open my boyfriend’s door. I sobbed and his eyes fixed on mine, maybe he didn’t think i was alive.

“Resist, Y/N, I’m going to call the ambulance”

I shook my head, I didn’t want to wait for anyone, I didn’t want anyone to save me. I only wanted to die right now.

I closed my eyes.

Where had i ended? How had i gotten here? I looked at my arms, without any mark or stain of blood. My clothes, a short white dress covered me, perfectly white, as if it had just been put in a shop window. I looked up, the illumination from wherever I was, was too much to almost blind me. Did this mean that i was dead? How long did i take me to get here? I walked forward, on my feet, I felt like stepped on grass, even if i couldn’t see it. I kept walking, I felt an atmosphere of peace surround me, there was no danger, there was no pain and much less misfortunes. I was very comfortable here. I never thought about the “What will there be after death?” Did I end up in paradise? What a pleasant place!

But I wasn’t alone and I realized when a figure came out of nowhere. The first thing I noticed was his white clothes, with a light brown vest, then his face and the smile he received me. My heart shrank as I ran to him, straight into the heat and the protection I always found in his arms. But this time, the touch was cold and there was no protection in them, in fact, I could hardly feel it. I looked at him frightened, we were dead … but together … I didn’t let him leave me.

Jeff took my face and smiled at me the way he always did. I couldn’t return the gesture. This was a place of peace but I no longer felt it, what more did I want? I was dead but next to Jeff.

“You’ll be fine” he told me.

“Where are we?” I refused to look away from him.

“You, in a hospital bed” He looked down for a few seconds “Doctors say you’ll get fine … but you need to wake up, babe”

I shook my head off his grasp, but quickly my hands gripped his. I wasn’t going to let him go.

“Am I not dead?”

He shook his head and smiled. For the first time i hated his smile. I cringed and started to cry, no, I wasn’t going to wake up.

“And you?” I said through tears.

“I have to go, I didn’t say goodbye properly” I tightened his hands.

“Don’t. Please, don’t leave me” I raised my hands up his arms, he was cold, too, barely and I could feel it and that mortified me “I can’t go on without you”

“You have to do it, Y/N, you have to live for both”

“I can‘t” I knelt in front of him without letting go, I had no strength “You have to take me with you, I won’t wake up, Jeff”

“Your parents are having a bad time, my love.” He rose to me and stroked my cheek.

“Why did you leave me? Why?”

“I wasn’t as strong as you. I love you, always remember it, and I leave in peace knowing that you are alive”

“I don’t want to live!”

We stood up. He kissed me on the forehead and went away until I extended my arms, I couldn’t more and ended up letting him go.

“Please” I pleaded as I watched him disappear into a white haze.

When I opened my eyes, I saw everything blurred for a few minutes until my vision cleared and I ran into the lights of the hospital room I was in. The sounds began to come to me, the sound of an infernal machine that was possibly connected to my heartbeat, I hated that sound so much. And the burning in my nose was due to the oxygen they were infringing on, I hated it too. And to all those who came to save me.

“My dear” I heard Mom’s voice and turned my face slowly toward her. Her face was emaciated, I wondered how long I’d been unconscious, but I didn’t need to know anyway. “We were very worried”

I didn’t answer and I looked at Dad.

“We love you, little one” He stroked my hair but I didn’t even flinch. I couldn’t feel anything, at least not emotionally. “I’m going to get a nurse.” He touched Mom’s shoulders and left the room.

“You’re going to get well, my love.” Now it was her that touched me.

I no longer wanted to be well. I didn’t want to go any further. I had seen the love of my life die. I hated me. I hated being here.

“Is Jeff …?”

I still wanted to believe that it was a nightmare and that he was in another room being attended to, that his heart was still beating, that his condition was serious but would improve. He still breathing. That soon we would be together again and in the autumn we would leave here to start a new life.

“I’m sorry, baby”

I looked again at the ceiling for a few seconds, the infernal machine made an even more annoying sound, my heartbeat had accelerated. Mom was alarmed, she called me, but I was already lost and I burst into tears.

Omg, please tell me there’s gonna be a part 3 to the grammys???? You can’t leave that kinda cliff hanger!!!! Dosh Josh behave or not, do Tyler and Jenna figure out what’s going on?? Please, please, please tell us!!!???

*continued female reader, smut, last segment to this trilogy

Normally, you two would’ve just gone home and fucked each other senseless. You would’ve teased each other the entire ride home and then gotten in the bedroom and let loose. You would’ve definitely had quite a night. However, it didn’t go quite as anticipated or planned. After dinner, which to your surprise, both of you behaved fairly well, and Jenna and Tyler didn’t quite let the two of you off the hook. “I don’t want this night to end,” Tyler sighed. “I feel like I’m on the top of the world.”

“I’m so proud of you guys,” you agreed. “You could literally take on anything now.”

“You’ve already tackled so many other challenges, you’re basically unstoppable!” Jenna grinned.

“Hell, who knows. Maybe we’ll win the Olympics next,” Josh joked.

“We’ll start training tomorrow,” Tyler teased. “No but really, I don’t want this night to end. We should go see a movie or walk around town or something. I know it’s late, but I’m still super high on life.”

“That sounds like a plan,” Jenna smiled. “What do you guys think?”

Josh and you looked at each other, and you could tell in his eyes he was still yearning for what you had planned later. You were about to make up a lie about how you still didn’t feel too well when Tyler interrupted you. “Hold on, I’m getting a call,” Tyler explained, putting his phone up to his ear.

“Who is it?” Jenna wondered.

“Josh, it’s your mom!” Tyler laughed. “Hold on, Laura, I’m going to put you on speaker.”

“What?” you hissed angrily, jabbing Josh in the arm. “You have the time to sext me in the middle of dinner but you can’t even give your mom a quick phone call?”

“Hi boys!” she greeted happily. “I’m so proud of you!”

“Yeah mom,” Josh chuckled, giving you a look as to drop the subject. “Thanks.”

“We have a little surprise for you!” she explained. “I’m going to send an address to where the party is and I want you all to come. I think you already ate but there’s some snacks and stuff.”

“What are you talking about?” Josh wondered. “You’re all in Los Angeles? Right now?”

“Kelly set it up,” she explained. “I just helped. Tyler’s parents helped and Zack and Jay are here, Jordan too, everyone really. Even Ashley and Abby and Madison. They all headed over after the awards.”

“Mom,” Josh stated. “We’re at dinner right now.”

“I know, I know,” she reassured. “But after you guys are done, just come over here. We rented out a nice little place. Everyone’s waiting for you boys, and your lovely women too.”

“I think it’s a great idea,” you quickly chimed in. “It’s a perfect celebration.”

“She’s right,” Jenna agreed. “Come on, Josh. Let’s drag out the happy all night long.”

“Just a small party,” Tyler shrugged. “Right?”

“Fine,” Josh complied, glancing at you, frustrated. “We’ll head over soon mom.”

“Thank you,” she giggled. “Can’t wait to see you all. Love you.”

“Love you!” you all responded before Josh hung up and handed Tyler the phone.

“You never told me your mom set up a party for us,” Josh laughed.

“I never knew,” Tyler replied. “Evidently she did.”

“You’d think Jordan would tell me,” Josh rolled his eyes.

“I guess not,” Tyler sighed. “Well we better hurry over.”

“Yeah,” Jenna nodded. “Let’s get the bill and head out soon.”

As soon as you and Josh got in the car, he blew up. “I can’t believe my mom would do that!” he groaned aloud, forcefully sticking the keys in the ignition and pulling out of the parking lot. “You think she’d just want me to spend the night with you, but no!”

“Josh calm down,” you put a hand on his shoulder but he jerked it away.

“No! You don’t understand!” he muttered. “I’ve literally been dying all dinner long.”

“Then maybe we can do something quick,” you suggested. “Before we get to the party.”

“I just want to fuck you,” he whispered, glancing at you. “Really, really, really bad.”

“They flew all the way here from Columbus,” you insisted.

“I know but you just look so hot in that dress, baby,” Josh murmured, taking a turn on the road. “And your hair, it looks so good too. You were by far the best one there at the Grammys.”

“You were the one who took off your pants,” you reminded.

“And I’ll do it again,” he gave a sly smile. “How about that?”

“Just for me this time,” you argued, sliding a hand towards his upper thigh as he drove. “All for me, Josh.”

“Fuck baby, don’t do that when I’m driving,” he chuckled darkly, and you withdrew your hand, blushing. “You’re tempting me so bad you know.”

“To do what?” you challenged.

“To pull off the side of the road right now, lock all the doors, take you in the back seat, and fuck you right here, right now,” he explained, eyes fixed on the road, trying to concentrate.

“Naughty boy,” you clicked your tongue.

“Can’t help it when you’re around,” he shook his head. “You do things to me. You don’t even know.”

“Oh I’m sure I do know,” you smirked. “I know how bad you want it.”

“Then stop teasing me and just fake sick at the party so we can go home and just finally fucking do this,” he begged. “Please y/n, I can barely take it anymore.”

“One hour,” you promised. “One hour at the party and then maybe I’ll contemplate it.”

“Contemplate?” he raised his eyebrows, turning into the parking lot of the venue. “No, babe. You have to. Come on, Jenna’s going to vouch for you cause she knows how bad you felt at dinner. It would all work out.”

“We’ll see what happens,” you sighed, giving him a soft kiss on the cheek. “Maybe if you behave then I’ll make up my mind.”

“Goddammit I hate you,” he grumbled.

“You fucking love me,” you grinned, knowing very well you were using his own words against him. He just laughed, both of you deciding to have another kiss before getting out of the car, then heading into the venue, his arm around your waist, looking hella fine in your fancy Grammys outfits.

As soon as you entered everyone cheered loudly, both of you earning a huge applause and a million eyes on you all at once, but the two of you froze. There was no way you were anticipating this many people. You thought maybe the two families and a couple of friends, but this was like an entire wedding reception or something. There was no way you’d be leaving in just an hour. “Want to escape out the door while we still can?” Josh joked but you narrowed your eyes at him, plastering on a smile as soon as his mom Laura approached you.

“Aw look at you two!” she beamed. “You’re so fancy, oh my goodness.”

“I didn’t know so many people were going to be here mom,” Josh murmured, probably nervous.

“I didn’t either but I guess uh, Tyler’s brother Zack tweeted out the address and a couple of people saw it and decided to come,” she shrugged.

“A couple of people?” Josh widened his eyes. “This is like the Grammys itself!”

“Oh gosh,” you stared at your phone and read the tweet aloud. “Twenty One Pilots Grammys after-party!”

“Of course Zach would do something like that,” Josh grumbled. “Okay, well thanks for the party anyways. It’s very nice. I can’t wait to get down and meet some people, dance with y/n hopefully, eat some great food.”

“Absolutely,” Laura smiled, giving both of you a huge hug. “It’s for you and Tyler, so have fun. We’re all so very proud of you. I love you.”

“Love you too mom,” he gave a small smile. “Now come on y/n, let’s shake our booties on that dance floor!”

“Sure,” you rolled your eyes and laughed.

“You guys came!” Jenna squealed happily, tugging Tyler over to meet you guys. “You feeling a little better, y/n?” You looked in her eyes, seeing how genuinely happy she was, how excited and proud, how caring. You couldn’t just leave this party, all these sweet people, everything both of their families sacrificed and set up, just so you could fuck Josh for a night. Josh looked at you, almost with begging eyes, wishing you’d just say you felt miserable, but you couldn’t do that. You just couldn’t.

“I feel great,” you grinned. “This set up is amazing! I’m so glad we came.”

“Yeah,” Josh stated flatly, grip on your waist tightening. “So happy to be here.”

“Come on bro,” Tyler tapped him on the shoulder. “There’s some people I want you to meet.”

“Cool,” Josh took a deep breath. “Uh, I’ll see you around y/n. Keep your phone on you?”

“Oh no, no, no,” you shook your head immediately, knowing exactly what was going on. “My phone is almost dead and I’m not going to play anymore of your little games. You go behave and have fun with Tyler. Got it?” You gave him a quick kiss on the cheek.

“Fine,” he mumbled, faking a smile and going off with Ty.

“So what was dinner all about?” Jenna narrowed her eyes when the boys left. “I mean come on, the gasping and moaning? What was that?”

“Josh was being a dick,” you rolled your eyes. “Nothing important.”

“And the phones too,” she added. “You guys okay?”

“Yeah,” you nodded. “It’s fine.”

“Are you guys…” she left a small pause and you tensed. “Breaking up?”

“What?” your eyes went wide. “No, not at all.”

“Oh okay,” she shrugged. “I don’t know. You just seemed like you were arguing about something and I thought maybe he was kicking your leg underneath the table or jabbing your side. Tyler kind of gets a little agitated when he’s angry with me too and does that kind of stuff. I just wanted to make sure everything was okay.”

“It’s fine,” you reassured. “I just felt a little sick and he wasn’t helping. He’s just playing around.”

“Got it,” she nodded slowly. “Well I’m going to get going. I have some people I have to talk to. Have a great night, y/n. I’ll see you later!”

“Bye Jenna!” you waved. You took a deep breath, then decided to go over to the table of food and grab a small snack. There was a gorgeous cake, topped with a skeleton and alien sugar sculpture, which you thought was probably the works of the sisters. They always had a knack for the cooking, especially around the holiday time. You scooped up a handful of jelly beans, popping one in your mouth when you felt a tap on your shoulder from behind you. You spun around to face Jordan, Josh’s brother.

“Hey y/n,” he smiled.

“Oh hey,” you greeted.

“How was dinner?” he raised an eyebrow.

“It was good,” you nodded.

“Did you like what you saw on stage tonight?” he smirked. You turned bright red.

“W-what?” you tried to hide your blushing but he just chuckled.

“Ah, I got quite an interesting text tonight,” Jordan explained. “I assume it was for you, seeing as Josh said oops and all, and then avoided my seven phone calls.”

“He was just teasing,” you shrugged, trying to dismiss the subject. “You know how he is.”

“Are you sure you guys were at dinner?” he persisted.

“We were,” you narrowed your eyes. “You can ask Tyler and Jenna.”

“Or Josh himself,” Jordan added. “I’m sure he’d tell me quite the story.”

“Shut up,” you rolled your eyes.

“So do tell me,” he insisted. “Did you like what you saw on stage tonight?”

“I could ask you the same thing,” you sighed. “Now go on and cause trouble elsewhere.”

“I’m just playing with you,” he laughed. “Hey, have a good night y/n. And make sure Josh behaves.”

“Oh I will,” you reassured. “I always do.”

“Speaking of the devil,” Jordan pointed to Josh coming over. “Hey, you guys have fun tonight. Take it easy.”

“You too,” you waved him goodbye.

“Hey babe,” Josh wrapped his arms around you, pressing a soft kiss to your lips, pulling you closer. “Let’s get out of here.”

“Josh,” you pushed him back slightly, glaring at him. “No.”

“Yes,” he insisted. “Please.”

“Where would we even go?” you narrowed your eyes. “Definitely not home.”

“Fine,” he bit his lower lip. “Car?”

“No,” you shook your head. “No way.”

“Then let’s go find a place,” he mumbled against your neck, pressing light kisses to your skin. “Baby I’m dying without you.”

“I know, I know,” you reassured.

“Come on, I’m sure there’s a place we can go,” Josh argued. “I’ve literally been waiting since before dinner, sweetheart.”

“Me too,” you admitted. “But we’ve got to be polite.”

“If I find somewhere can we go?” he pleaded. “Please? It will be quick, I don’t care, I just need this.”

“Fine,” you complied, pulling him in for an open mouthed kiss, then letting go. “You have half an hour tops. Then we wait until the end of the night.”

“Got it,” he agreed, giving you a kiss on the forehead before running off, searching for who knows what.

“Where’d he head off to?” a voice behind you wondered with a chuckle. You spun around and then almost had a heart attack when you realized who it was.

“Holy shit!” you gasped, putting a hand to your chest. “Hey.”

“Hi,” Halsey laughed. “Did I scare you?”

“A little bit,” you confessed. “Just didn’t see you coming.”

“That’s alright,” she reassured. “Is Josh okay? He looked kind of anxious running off like that. I was going to congratulate him.”

“Oh,” you blushed. “He’s just um, looking for Tyler. Something important I think, he wouldn’t tell me.”

“Got it,” she nodded slowly. “Well- oh! There he is!”

“Hey,” Josh looked nervous when he plastered on a smile, engulfing Halsey in a hug. “Long time, no see.”

“Yeah,” she rolled her eyes. “I wanted to congratulate you boys! That’s awesome!”

“You too,” he nodded. “Two nominations, that’s insane!”

“Thanks,” she nodded. “So-”

“I’m sorry but me and y/n really have to go,” he apologized. “It’s important.”

“Ah, uh, okay,” she frowned slightly. “It’s cool. I’ll talk to you later then?”

“Yeah,” Josh agreed hurriedly. “Thanks so much!”

“No problem,” she gave a hesitant smile before Josh dragged you out of the conversation, tugging you by the arm up a flight of steps and down a hallway.

“I cannot fucking believe you!” you hissed. “You just freaking dragged me away from a conversation with Halsey!”

“So what?” he replied. “I’m sure if you really wanted to talk to her so bad, you could find another time later tonight.”

“Josh you’ve been going insane,” you argued, wresting free of his grip on your arm and staring at him. “This is out of control.”

“You’re the reason,” he mumbled, dark eyes boring into yours. “God you look so good tonight. I can’t help myself.”

“Yeah?” you smirked, noticing the way he was biting his lower lip, the beads of sweat on his forehead, the rise and fall of his chest.

“Yeah,” he nodded.

“What if I told you you’re not allowed to touch me for the rest of the night, hmm?” you raised an eyebrow, slipping a finger underneath the strap of your dress, dragging it down your shoulder while remaining eye contact with him, watching as his eyes followed your hand in a trance, gaze fixed on every new exposition of skin as you pulled the fabric lower.

“Fuck baby, don’t do this in the hallway,” he ran a hand though his bright yellow curls, tugging hard in frustration, biting down harder on his lip. He glanced to the side, making sure nobody was coming. “Come on, there’s a room just a little while away, I promise.”

“Nah,” you shook your head, smirking as you realized he was getting turned on. You shrugged off the other sleeve of your dress and watched as the fabric fell to your waist, revealing your lacy bra. “I’m comfortable here.”

“Goddammit what if someone sees you?” he whispered.

“Why should I care?” you wondered. “I mean, everyone saw you just fine babe.”

“No,” Josh shook his head immediately. “It’s not like that.”

“Oh but I think it is,” you insisted. “Taking your pants off in front of everyone at the Grammys, standing there in your underwear, everyone looking at you… you didn’t seem to care.”

“That was Tyler’s idea,” he muttered. “Look, I wouldn’t have done that if I knew you didn’t want me to.”

“I don’t know,” you sighed. “Would you care if I was the one standing up there? Stripping down to my underwear like this? Everyone’s eyes fixed on me? Staring at my body? My body that belongs to you?”

“You belong to me,” he insisted.

“Exactly,” you agreed. “So what makes you think the same rules don’t apply to you?”

“I didn’t think you’d care,” he mumbled, looking shy and scared.

“You don’t think I care?” you challenged. “Every night when you take off your shirt at shows? When you’re tugging down your pants on stage? You don’t think I see that, babe?”

“Fuck, please don’t do this here,” he begged, and you glanced down, realizing he had an obvious hard on. “Let’s go to the room.” He reached for your arm but you quickly took a step back, letting the fabric of your dress fall to the floor, and he gasped, eyes transfixed on your body.

“Why should I let you touch me?” you inquired. “I mean, you said it, I don’t care. Do I?”

“Babe that’s not what I meant-” he began, but you shook your head.

“No, I think you did,” you clicked your tongue disapprovingly. There was a pause and then an idea came to mind. “Hmmm you know, maybe I should go back to the party like this. Let everyone see me, let them know how fucking sexy I am, how you’re not the only one who can put on a show.”

“Y/n-” Josh was staring at you, pants growing tighter by the second, straining his voice. “You wouldn’t dare.”

“Maybe I would,” you teased. “I’d be the life of the party, wouldn’t I?”

“I can’t let anyone else see you like this baby,” he argued. “You’re all mine.”

“Am I?” you raised an eyebrow, watching his mouth hang open, speechless, as you dipped a hand underneath your underwear.

“Don’t you fucking dare,” he warned.

“Who’s going to stop me?” you chuckled. “You?”

“Y/n you’re killing me,” he argued. “Fuck just let me touch you. Please.”

“How bad do you want this?” you raised an eyebrow, slipping a finger between your folds and letting out a gasp, watching as Josh’s eyes widened and he tightened his jaw as he watched you, and a smile curled on your lips. “You want this to be you, baby?”

“Yes,” he pleaded. “I need this so bad.”

“I don’t know…” you trailed off your voice, then started to pump another finger inside you, and you let out a soft moan, opening your eyes and looking at Josh, who just about looked like he was going to melt right there.

“I’m begging you y/n,” he inhaled a ragged breath. “Just let me get my hands on you.”

“What’s the magic word?” you smirked.

“Please,” he barely was able to respond.

“Okay,” you smiled, and there wasn’t even a split second that passed before he lunged towards you, pinning your body against the wall, hands behind your head, on your back, on your ass, between your legs, down your thighs, everywhere all at once. His lips attacked yours, tongue absorbing greedy kisses, sliding down your neck, his hips grinding against your already soaking core, hands fumbling with the clasp of your bra when he pulled back, eyes staring into yours.

“You thinking what I’m thinking?” he asked.

“Let’s get out of the motherfucking hallway,” you agreed. You began to kiss him again, wrapping your legs around his waist as he bent down to pick up the fabric of your dress, carrying you towards the room. After violently jostling the doorknob, it finally gave in, and he kicked the door shut with his foot and placed you on a table, tossing your dress aside and attacking you with kisses. You moaned into his mouth, legs still wrapped around him as he pushed your back into the table, grinding against you, and when he pulled away to catch his breath, you looked around, smirking. “Conference table? Really?”

“Best I could find,” he mumbled, burying his head in your neck and sucking at your skin, leaving you a mess of gasps and moans.

“F-fuck Josh,” you stuttered, him unclasping your bra and sliding it up off of your arms, then exploring your breasts and stomach with his lips, trailing kisses across your body.

“Can you believe just moments ago you were saying no to this?” he laughed quietly, tugging down your panties and tossing them aside. “Shit baby, you’re just as much of a mess as I am.”

“Just for you,” you reminded.

“Of course,” he grinned. “You’re all mine.” He delved his tongue into you and you let out a loud moan, feeling your stomach tighten with each movement, his hands gripping on your hips, your fingers tugging on locks of his hair, his nose pressed against your clit, your legs wrapped around his head.

“Josh I’m going to cum,” you barely whispered.

“Do it baby,” he insisted. “Show me how bad you want me inside you.”

“Fuck,” you gasped, coming undone and feeling your orgasm ripple through your body as you eased into the surface of the table, leaning your head back and gasping for breath as Josh licked and sucked between your legs.

“Mmm you taste so good babygirl,” he mumbled. He stood up and tugged off his tie, unbuttoned his shirt, stripping down and sliding off his jeans, then his underwear, climbing on top of you. “And to think you were teasing me all night long, acting like you wouldn’t let me touch you, pretending like you could wait til you got home, trying to act all cool. I could see right through you y/n, I know how bad you want me.”

“Fuck Josh, please,” you begged. “Shit babe, just fuck me already.”

“I don’t know,” he smirked. “Maybe I shouldn’t let you touch me either.”

“Don’t try to pull that right now,” you shook your head, pushing your hips up in attempts to meet his. “I need you so bad.”

“How bad?” he challenged.

“Fuck,” you gasped, frustrated and exhausted, flipping him over so he was the one laying on the conference table, pushing down your hips and sinking his cock into you, pressing your lips against his in a mess of muffled moans.

“You’re so fucking sexy when you’re dominant like this babe,” Josh mumbled against your neck, both of you in sync with thrusts, your hips moving together in perfect rhythm, the two of you both desperate and harsh with each movement.

“Mm they’re going to be looking for us you know,” you sighed, still relentlessly fucking him against the table. “Wondering where we went.”

“And nobody’s going to know about it,” he gave a sly smile. “Nobody but me is going to know how fucking wonderful you are riding my cock like this, baby.”

“Just our little secret,” you promised. “Just the two of us.” You kept going harder and harder until finally the two of you were gasping for air, cumming at the same time, moaning each other’s names loudly and collapsing onto the table, clinging onto each other’s sweaty, exhausted, tired bodies.

“Three of us,” a voice corrected and both you and Josh widened your eyes, scared and surprised.

“Fuck,” you cursed.

“Hey uh, Josh, buddy?” Tyler’s voice came through the crack in the door. Shit, he must’ve found you guys. “Two things I’ve got to tell you. First off, we’re supposed to give a speech soon, so when you’re um, done with that, you should head down. And secondly, always lock the door bro.”

“Yeah,” Josh responded, embarrassed.

“Okay, cool,” Tyler laughed. “Our secret though, it’s fine.”

“Yeah, yeah,” you grumbled. “See you Ty.”

“Hurry up,” he reminded.

“Will do,” Josh reassured, watching as Tyler closed the door with a soft laugh.

“Think we were too loud?” you raised an eyebrow.

“Nah, Tyler’s just being sneaky as fuck,” he shook his head. “God you felt so good though, baby.”

“You always feel good,” you smirked, placing a quick kiss to his lips.

“You going to put your dress back on, babe?” Josh wondered.

“Hmmm, I don’t know,” you teased.

“You better,” he warned.

“Or what?” you challenged.

“Or we might have to come back here later tonight,” he suggested.

“That wouldn’t be a bad thing,” you smiled.

“Come on,” he shook his head, laughing. “Let’s get dressed and then we’ll head down and try to look as composed as possible.”

“Fine,” you decided. “But do know that you look so much better without pants.”

“Thanks,” he blushed. “Now let’s go down there and hope I don’t mess up this stupid speech.”

When you arrived, you were greeted with a loud applause, and you gave Josh a kiss on the cheek before Tyler dragged him out to the middle of the dance floor, the two of them holding a microphone and spilling out a sweet sappy story of how far they’ve come and how thankful they are for today. That’s when Jordan decides to stand beside you, and he stays mostly quiet, except for when Josh comes back and Jordan is a mess of laughter. “Great job, Josh,” you smiled.

“Yeah,” Jordan snickered. “You did amazing. But uh, you might want to lend your little girlfriend over here a sweater or something.”

“How come?” Josh wondered, turning to look at you and then blinking twice.

“What?” you wondered.

“Hickeys,” Jordan smirked. “Looks like you guys had a little fun when you went missing, hmm?”

“Shut up,” Josh narrowed his eyes.

“Just saying,” Jordan shrugged. “I mean, your shirt’s not even buttoned up all the way for Pete’s sake.”

“Goodness gracious,” Josh mumbled, face turning red.

“Whatever,” you laughed. “At least it was a memorable night.”

“Oh believe me, sweetheart,” Josh laughed, wrapping his arms around your waist. “The night’s not even over yet.”

Don’t Leave (Jeff x Reader)

Hello everyone! This is my first imagine on this blog, so I hope you enjoy! Please send in requests if you would like to see more!

“Hannah” You groan as the car comes to a halt. “Why couldn’t we of just stayed at mine?” Hannah rolls her eyes at you before taking her seatbelt off.

“Because, you and Jeff haven’t spoken in a week and Jeff is coming tonight. So, you two are going to fix things!” She demands with a smile before hopping out of the car before you can protest. You groan once more as you get out and follow her to the home of Jessica Davis.

“Okay tell me this, I know for a fact that me and Jeff isn’t the only reason you wanted to come tonight.” You smirk linking arms with hers. “Has it got anything to do with Mr Clay Jensen?” You wiggle your eyebrows as Hannah bites her lip holding back her smile giving away the answer which you already knew.

“Oh shut up Y/N.” She laughs as you two reach the house.

You suddenly become nervous as you barge your way through the swarm of already drunken teenagers. Usually you love a good party, but tonight the thought of seeing Jeff scared you. You two hadn’t spoken for a week since your fight. He didn’t like the fact that you were spending lots of time with Justin Foley who has been one of your best friends since you were children. Jeff believed that you and Justin had something going on and being the person you are, you didn’t let him get away with that accusation.

“Y/N! Hannah! My very best friends!” A cheery voice comes from behind you and as you spin around you are met with a very happy Clay. “I’ve been waiting for you guys to arrive, here, I already got you both a drink.” You chuckle as you take the drink from his hand.

“What’s gotten in to you Jensen?” You say with an amused look on your face.

“Oh, I’m just happy that you two finally decided to show up!”

“Sorry, it took me a while to drag little miss Y/L/N out of the house.” Hannah rolls her eyes before taking a sip of her drink.

“So… Have you um seen him yet?” Clay asks awkwardly as he looks around the room.

“Nope.” You shake your head and take a sip of your drink, the alcohol slightly burning your throat.

“Atkins! Atkins! Atkins!” You spoke to soon. You turn your head and see him walk through the door. Your heart beat immediately begins to thump at a fast pace. He catches your eye and you look away, bringing your attention back to Clay and Hannah who’s giving you a sympathetic smile.

“Well, I need another drink.” You breathe out as you begin to down the one in your hand.

“But I just gave you-” Clay stops himself as he see’s you finish your once full cup. “Okay then…”

——

A few drinks later you are stumbling through the crowds to find your other two best friends Jessica and Justin.

“Y/N/N!” Justin calls out with a smile as you reach them in the corner of the living room.

“Bitchhhhh!” Jessica yells throwing her arms in the air to greet you.

“Bitchhhh!” You reply, mimicking Jessica’s actions.

“Have you spoken to the prick?” Justin asks as he rolls his eyes. You chuckle slightly. Justin hasn’t exactly been Jeff’s biggest fan after your fight. When you told him what happened all he did was laugh at the fact that Jeff thought you were together.

“No, I’ve only seen him a few times and then went the complete opposite direction to where he was.” You sigh. “I don’t even think he cares that I’m here.”

“Well…” Jessica nods her head to something behind you. “I beg to differ seeing as he can’t keep his eyes off of you.”

You frown before turning around the see Jeff at the other side of the room, his eyes on you and only you. Turning back to your friends you take a deep breath before finishing your drink and putting the empty cup on the table.

“I need some air.” You walk, or should I say stumble, out of the house and into the front garden. You really wanted to speak to Jeff but what would you say? A whistle knocks you out of your thoughts.

“Hello baby girl.” An arm that didn’t belong to Jeff is thrown over your shoulder. You look up to see none other than Montgomery De La Cruz smirking down at you.

“I am not your baby girl.” You spat wriggling out of his grasp just for him to grab your arm and pull you closer.

“Oh come on Y/L/N.” He tightens his grip. “I’ve been watching you all night and you haven’t been with Jeff at all. So why don’t I show you how to have some fun?” He whispers the last part into your ear making you tense up, feeling uncomfortable.

“Fuck off Monty.” You struggle to get out of his grip.

“Just let me show you how to have a good time princess.”

“Monty, I said fuck-” Before you can finish your sentence Monty is aggressively pulled away from you.

“She said fuck off Monty.” A voice full of anger spits. A wave of relief flushes over you as you see Jeff stood in front of you, towering over Montgomery.

“Come on Atkins, you weren’t giving her any attention so I thought I would step in.” He winks at you causing Jeff to clench his fists.

“Stay away from her or I swear to god I’ll beat the shit out of you.” You widen your eyes in shock. Angry Jeff was rare but when it did happen, it was scary. You step in before a fight breaks out, intertwining you fingers with Jeff’s causing him to calm down.

“Come on.” You say calmly, tugging Jeff away. He takes a deep breath before walking you to a quiet area.

Once you stop walking you both stare at each other for a while in silence. God you missed him.

“Baby I’m so sorry.” He finally says taking your hands in his, guilt evident in those beautiful eyes. “I shouldn’t of accused you of having feelings for Justin, he’s your best friend.”

“It’s okay Jeff, I’m sorry for getting so mad. I hate when we fight and not talking to you was so hard.” You sigh.

“I’m shouldn’t of just ignored you like that princess. I’m a terrible boyfriend.”

“Jeff.” You laugh. “You’re the best thing that has ever happened to me, don’t let a little fight like this tell you otherwise.”

Jeff places his hands on your waist before pulling you closer to him. The smell of his aftershave hits you and you suddenly remembered how much you missed his scent. He slowly reaches down and places his forehead against yours, breathing out, his hot breath against your face.

“I love you so much Y/N, Y/L/N.” He mumbles pressing his lips against yours. You smile as you kiss him back, missing the feel of him.

“I love you too Jeff Atkins.” You whisper against his lips before he pulls you against his chest, wrapping his arms around you holding you tight as if you’ll leave if he lets go. He kisses your forehead as you wrap your arms around his torso, happy that you are finally back in his arms.

Part One - Part Two - Part Three - Part Four

You didn’t catch up to Reggie in time, he had already stepped in your home, announcing to both families that you didn’t share the same feelings as his, which wasn’t true. This flashback was a game changer. You realized you fell for Reggie Mantle on that trip too. You realized that you had only ever ignored him and decided not gain his friendship back after you both drifted apart was because you were heartbroken. He broke the promise you both made to each other that day for popularity not caring if it meant losing you as his best friend.

When you stepped in your home, your mother grabbed you by the wrist and practically dragged you up the stairs up to your room.

“I’m so sorry about tonight” your father downstairs answered to The Mantles on their way out “We’ll fix this” he reassured them as they left your home.

“How dare you?” your mother growled at you back in your room.

“Mom, I- I- can’t sign that contract!” you replied and your father made his way into your room.

“I can’t believe you just did this to us? You humiliated me in front of a business partner (Y/N)!” he scowled at you.

“I can’t believe you guys would sell me out like that! You’re supposed to be my parents!” you sobbed.

“(Y/N), honey, you know the real Reggie. He’s perfect for you and willing to go out with you unlike others here at Riverdale, this could be your chance to stop being an ugly duckling and blossom into popularity!” your mother claimed as you made your way to sit on your bed with your knees against your chest.

“You have this weekend to think about your answer, and you can’t tell anyone about tonight” your father hissed and he and your mother stepped out.

You sobbed and sobbed only to think about when did they change? When did your parents stop wishing what was best for you? Why were they pushing this so hard? Yes you like Reggie, but you couldn’t accept this absurd deal.

You changed into comfortable clothes, grabbed your phone and texted Reggie. No answer. You called. No answer.  You wanted to go to him, talk to him about your feelings, but since his parents were owners of a big company in Riverdale and owned half of the newspaper here at Riverdale you could never get past the guards they had.

You decided to grab a jacket and go for a walk to forget this whole night.

As you walked in the cold night with your headphones in your ears trying to think about how to make things right, you caught two shadows laughing by a parked car by Pops.

Your heart felt like it broke into a million pieces when you recognized it was Reggie’s car and he was with Veronica. You felt like an idiot for falling for his sob story that he probably practiced for his parents, so you could agree to that stupid contract.

You walked away, mad at yourself for everything you had put yourself through. You ignored your feelings for so long and now you wished they had never surfaced in the first place.

You needed someone to talk to, but you couldn’t tell anyone, so you decided to make your way back to the only person you knew wouldn’t care if you told them as long as they were there, because that’s all that mattered.

You opened the door to Pops and slipped in with Jughead in his regular booth. Your face puffed up from all the crying. Pop brought you a (Y/F/Flavor) milkshake and some fries.

When Pop placed the food in the table, Jughead finally took his eyes away from his laptop and saw your face. He saw the hurt in your eyes.

“(Y/N) what happened?” He questioned with worry in his eyes.

“Sadly, I can’t give you the details Juggie” you claimed as you sipped on your milkshake.

“Hey, come here” Jughead spoke as you stood up and slipped next to him as he put his arm around your shoulder and you leaned your head on him.

You both stayed like that until you finished up your milkshake and Jug finished your fries.

“Hey c’mon” Jug spoke as he closed his laptop and you left the money there for Pop and walked out in the chilly night once again.

You both walked in silence your arm linked with his as you leaned on him.

“Rough dinner then?” Jughead broke the silence.

“You have no idea Juggie” You chimed in.

“Am I ever going to know why you are so glum this frosty night?” Jughead hinted.

“I can’t tell you the events that took place on this night, but I can spare you one small gut-wrenching detail” you mentioned.

“What detail may that be?” Jughead asked with a puzzled look on his face.

“You can’t speak a word about this to anyone, if you did I might just have to get rid of the perfectly great Jughead Riverdale has” you informed Jughead with a small smile on your face.

“I swear on my beanie” Jughead notified you returning a smile.

“Wow, do you see the risk you are taking Jug?” and he just gave you a nod.

“I may have feelings for a certain Reggie Mantle” you muttered and Jughead stopped you both in your tracks.

“What? I knew it!?” Jughead proclaimed.

“Jug you can’t tell a single soul, not even Hot Dog! You swore on that beanie remember?!” you nagged as you kept walking.

“Not even Hot Dog damn (Y/N), that’s ruff” he added his pun and you couldn’t help but giggle.

“Does he know?” Jughead added on and you shook you head no as you made your way closer to your house.

“I’ll see you tomorrow for movies at Kevin’s” you told Jughead as you climbed up your window and fell asleep.

You had now gotten ready for a movie afternoon at Kevin’s and you exited your home, you hadn’t seen your parents all day and didn’t plan on it.

While making your way to Kevin’s you ran into Archie and Jughead on their way as well, so you walked with them.

“(Y/N) how was dinner with The Mantles?” Archie questioned you and Jughead just had an unreadable look on his face.

“Below average” you lied as you opened the door to Kevin’s home.

Betty was already there ordering the food, and Kevin was fixing his TV.

“Hey where’s Veronica?” you asked.

“In the restroom checking her makeup like always” Kevin mocked.

“How was dinner with The Mantles?” Betty questioned you as well.

“Oh yeah how was that?” Kevin butted in.

“Quite uneventful” you lied again and Jughead shot you a smile and you returned it.

The doorbell rang, and you were the chosen one to go open it.

As you opened it you froze.

“Are you gonna let me in?” Reggie commanded.

“Wha- What are you doing here?” You defended as Veronica made it out of the restroom.

“Reg you made it!” the raven haired girl cheered as she moved you away from the door to greet Reggie with a hug.

“After your crappy dinner, Reg called and we had a date and I invited him with us” Veronica added as she held Reggie’s hand  as they sat together and you went to seat yourself next to Jughead and Betty sat in the middle with Archie and Kevin.

“Great” Jughead mumbled under his breath.

The movie started and everyone grew quiet while eating the food Betty ordered and the junk food Kevin made available.

“Are you gonna tell him?” Jughead whispered to you in the middle of the movie as he scanned your eyes that shooted envy towards Veronica and Reggie across the living room.

“Just drop it Jug, Please” you pleaded.

“I’m going to get water, anyone want something from the kitchen?” You asked your friends as you removed Jugheads arm from your shoulders.

“More popcorn” Archie and Jughead spoke in sync.

So you made your way to the kitchen.
Soon to be joined by Reggie.

“You and Edward Scissorhands huh?” Reggie whispered as you placed the popcorn in the microwave.

“What?! His name is Jughead and he is my best friend” you hissed back.

“Really? Just friends? The way he had his arm around you right now and last night says something else” Reggie spoke out of jealousy.

“Last night?! Last night he was being a great best friend after an asshole only told me he liked me because of a stupid contract our parents made” you whispered back removing one bag of popcorn out of the microwave and placing another.

“Wait?! You didn’t tell him did you?” Reggie defended.

“No of course not, I just told him something else, beside how did you even see me with Jughead? It seemed you were too busy with Veronica in your car” you insisted with a hint of jealousy in your voice.

“Hey what’s the holdup Reg?” Veronica interrupted you both.

“Nothing just catching up, making the popcorn” you hinted at her with a fake smile on your face.

“You guys literally just saw each other last night” Veronica stated with a chuckle.

“Ha ha, you heard your girl Reg, go with her” you chuckled as you took out the other bag of popcorn and placed them in a different bowl for your friends.

Reggie led Veronica to the living room, his hand on her back and it made you sigh and followed suit and enjoyed the rest of the movie with your friends.

The movie finished and you decided you didn’t want to stick around so you made up an excuse to leave as your friends groaned at you and Jughead decided to leave with you as well.

Part Six

Feelings

Reader x Klaus Mikaelson

(NOT MY GIF)

*requested

Imagine: You are Rebekah Mikaelson’s best friend and, ah, a mermaid. She brough you home in a gesture act. What she did not expect was that her brother, Klaus, would fall for you and, whilst doing so, he win your heart over.

Warnings: swearing, kissing, some violent descriptions (not that big of a deal), mentions of sex, fluff

Word Count: 4250 (i think i broke my record with this one)

Patiently waiting for Rebekah Mikaelson, who happened to be your best friend for quite some time now, at a bar, you thought of how much your life had changed in the past year. All because you were forced to abandon your mermaid nature after one reckless night you spend at a forbidden cave; sure, your mother had warned you what would happen if you went there during a full moon, but you always thought she was just being an overprotective mum. Ultimately, she was not, for the next morning you woke up entirely naked. Oh, and with freaking legs instead of your blueish tail as well.

A gentle chuckle left your lips when you remembered the stunned looks the humans gave you once you managed to get out of the cave. Nudity can get them incredibly nervous.

“I presume you’re waiting for my sister, love.” A masculine voice, soaked in a marvellous British accent, said. “May I keep you company?”

“Suit yourself, Niklaus.” Your reply was short, straight to the point. “But I warn you she’ll be mad if she finds you here.”

“I know how to deal with Rebekah.” He smirked, sitting on one of the chairs and facing you with those deep blue eyes. “You know that.”

Previously on “His Wedding” :

“I know I’ve already done this. But I don’t care if you say no again, because I’ll keep asking–”

“I’ll go out with you, Steve.” I tell him eagerly before he could even say it. Technically I kind of saved him from the embarrassment of asking me for the fourth time.

“Oh, thank God.” He mumbles before crashing his lips with mine.
