So we’re getting the “finale” of TMNT 2012 (depending on who you ask), the remainder of The Loud House’s second season (with a Legends of the Hidden Temple tribute episode), a SpongeBob episode fans got to color, more Welcome to the Wayne (I’m guessing because it’s always paired with new TLH eps), AND Hey Arnold: The Jungle Movie all in one month?
My cable provider made the right call in keeping Nickelodeon.
therockDreams ain’t just for dreamers. When
I was an 11yr old punk kid, I’d go into NYC with my old man and we’d
always walk Times Square around 1am for our “midnight snack” of burgers
and fries. I’d look up at all the bright lights and billboards and just be in a state of awe and dreaming. A friend just sent me this pic that’s in the middle of Times Square. Stuff like this will never get old and why I’m a grateful SOB. Cheers to 1am burgers, fries and dreams. #JumanjiCHRISTMAS🎄🎅🏾
Trailer: ‘Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle’ - Dec 20
Directed by Jake Kasdan, written by Chris McKenna and Jeff Pinkner, starring Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, Karen Gillan, Missi Pyle, Bobby Cannavale, Rhys Darby and Nick Jonas.
This actually looks pretty fun. The avatar concept is clever and seems to be elevating what would have been a generic action comedy. The way they’ve completely inverted the premise of the original ‘Jumanji’ is interesting but if anything it puts a lot of distance between this and the Robin Williams movie.
So I work at a movie theater, and these two posters were inadvertently put next to each other. There’s the really obvious big cat head in each poster, but what really gets me is the mountains. The people in Jumanji are falling between these two summits. Do you see what I see in the distance on the Black Panther poster? I…I think Jumanji is in Wakanda guys.
