So, I’ve decided to sit down and make charts again. Sitting down once a week to think about what you want to accomplish can help get your head in the game. Then, everyday, you check those goals off. When you’re having a hard time staying focused on the healthy goals you want to make every day, like me, having a chart can go a long way.
