I’m not sorry for selfie-spamming. Do you see that smile? That’s all me. That’s me being hella proud of myself and the work it has taken to get here.

Before: 305 pounds, size 28 pants, 3x shirt, could barely walk up stairs, and most importantly, I was unhappy.

I took steps to change my life. I made big decisions regarding my health and took risks. I don’t regret a second.

During: 176 pounds, size 10 pant (chicka whaaaa? I haven’t seen that number since middle school!,) medium shirt, can go for an hour on the bike, walk my dog, lift some weights… and I’m working on my happiness.

Weightloss doesn’t solve anything. But it did make me stronger, more confident, and more positive. I have a long way to go. But I’m patting myself on the back (cuz I can reach it now!)
