If you’re completely new to fitness, I do not recommend that you start with this program. Instead, check out these Beginner Workouts to help you build to starting this program. Start with 2 or 3 times a week and then slowly build to 5-6 days a week of training. Try some harder workouts and when you’re ready, after about 6 months of consistent training, you can jump into the One-Punch Man Training Program!

Once you get into it, make sure you eat very well and get plenty of sleep. Don’t worry about losing weight as goal. Your goal is performance and, trust me, body recomposition will take care of itself. At the end of your first year of training, take a deep breath and get ready for the hell of the next year.  Strength like this–
