So, not a good week. I must say, last week I ate well up until Thursday, and then Friday I basically ate what I wanted. 

I’m motivated to start this week right. I’m going to post all my food on here, if only to hold myself more accountable. 

One good thing was that I definitely drank at least 2 liters of water a day, which was my goal. 


Goals for the week 20 March to 26 March 2017:

1. 2 liters of water a day

2. Exercise four days this week

3. Journal at least four days this week

4. Track everything I eat
