Looks like I haven’t taken any pictures on my runs, so here is a little duckling I spotted at uni in my way back from yoga ❤
Monday was an easy 3 miles with the run group again. It feela weird to run with other people, I’m not used to it haha! I think I am going to join though, even if I don’t end up going every week 😊
Wednesday was an easy 3 miles first thing in the morning (I’m on my easy week 😛) and then a 90 minute yoga session in the afternoon. I normally go to the beginners class, but I’ve been able to try the improvers class for a while now and decided to give it a go this time. It was mostly the same stuff, but we went through it much faster and got a lot more in, so it was quite challenging! I prefer yoga with adriene’s style now, but this was a nice change and a good strength workout! My shoulders ache so much today!
