losing years like coats falling from our shoulder.” - SN: 12x04

Reasons why Moana tops Frozen in everything

-Character development in Moana

 - sidekicks ( Pua and Hei Hei) are loveable and not obnoxious

- Moana is an allegory for our planet’s environmental issues and how we’ve doomed ourselves by taking the earth for granted

- Frozen is honestly, not that great, somewhat of a bland story and the plot isn’t solid

- Frozen is too predictable and extremely contrived

- Moana has a much better feminist message for young girls

- Instead of being inspired by a children’s book, Moana was an original story that was based on a unique and beautiful culture

- Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote the music and lyrics alongside Opetaia Foa’i  for Moana

-Moana has POC actors that are extremely talented

-the original score and music for Moana was based on traditional music from the Pacific Islands

( feel free to add your own bullets :) )

I’m in love with you, and I know that love is just a shout into the void, and that oblivion is inevitable, and that we’re all doomed and that there will come a day when all our labor has been returned to dust, and I know the sun will swallow the only earth we’ll ever have, and I am in love with you.
—  John Green, The Fault in Our Stars

life goals: i’m a writer, living in paris; he’s a poet, living in berlin; we exchange heartbreaking letters about our inedaquate lives; we meet once every few months in vienna; he brings me his poems; i bring him old, rare editions of his favourite books; we’re doomed and in love.

I’m in love with you, and I know that love is just a shout into the void, and that oblivion is inevitable, and that we’re all doomed and that there will come a day when all our labor has been returned to dust, and I know the sun will swallow the only earth we’ll ever have, and I am in love with you.
