we could eat some cake

Guess who turned 23 yesterday I did! I celebrated with a slice of cake that my best friend surprised me with the day before! Also no matter how much Mr.Odin begged he didn’t get any cake but he did get a plate of worms so he wasn’t left out of the birthday celebration too much!

stxrry-orion  asked:

Scenario? Where Sanji + Ace + Luffy (separate) realizing how much they love their long time girlfriend who is shy and kissing them with passion

Of course! I love how this sounds! Hope you enjoy ^^

It had been a very warm day and, as such, the Straw Hat Crew had decided to celebrate a sort of water party; water guns and foam buckets, among others, were constantly used, be it to have fun and some good laughs, or to annoy others in a bubbly battle.

Of course, everyone was wearing a swimwear. Even the shy (Y/N) was wearing a very cute bikini, much to her embarrassment, as she could feel the mesmerized stare of a certain blond cook.

Lost in thought, she jumped startled when Luffy appeared in front of her, pointing a colorful gun and laughing that distinctive laugh of his. She gasped as he pulled the trigger and a spray-like sound reached her ears; eyes closing as she waited for the cold contact of water against her skin. However, only some faint droplets reached her, and she opened her eyes, finding a much taller figure serving as shield.

Sanji turned his head to (Y/N), face and hair soaked, and smiled while raising his thumb at her. He turned to look back at Luffy, a fiery flame seeming to burst around him.

“You bastard! How dare you try soaking my goddess’ pure skin with that filthy water… Ah, but (Y/N) all soaked and wet is- Oh?” He paused his rambling, looking backwards as he felt two arms wrapping around his torso, only to come upon a very embarrassed (Y/N).

“I-It’s okay, he was playing. I’ll go and join you all in a moment.” She smiled gently at him, and Sanji blushed, turning around.

Those tiny drops on her face somehow made her face shine even more; her eyes gleamed with innocence and purity, and the plump lips, forming that lovely smile, looked suddenly so irresistible.

Without being able to hold back he leaned in to her face, pressing an, at first, chaste kiss to her lips, before deepening it for some seconds.

Once pulling away, he noticed the red tint on her face, which would, for sure, rival his. He smiled, stroking her cheek.

“I love you so much, (Y/N)-san.”

It wasn’t often that he got to see his girlfriend. He was almost always sailing away on the seas, however, he came to visit from time to time. This time, he arrived by early evening, just a few pedestrians walking across the streets.

When he reached the house and knocked, he wasn’t expecting the girl to knock him to the floor in a deadly hug.

“Ace!” She chimed, nuzzling against his neck. “I missed you so much! I’m glad you were able to come! I’ve been waiting so excited since your last call!” The freckled boy smirked, patting her head and pulling themselves up.

“Is that so? I’m really happy to see you again too.” He confessed, pecking her lips. She giggled, and motioned for him to step inside. Smiling, he did so, and was surprised by the sweet scent of a baked dessert. He looked down at the girl, whose face wore a huge, joyful grin.

“I didn’t want to greet you with empty hands, so I made some things that we could eat together. Cookies, cakes, pies, muffins, you name it.” She chuckled at the way his eyes sparkled, and led him into the kitchen. On the table, several plates with countless desserts rested, waiting to be eaten – or, rather, devoured – by a suddenly very hungry Ace.

“You really did all of this for me?” He asked, bewildered, and gentle love lacing his voice. For her to do such a sweet thing for him made his heart flutter.

“Yep. Mainly for you, since your gut is undeniably a bottomless pit-” She was interrupted as his lips crashed onto hers. A surprised gasp gave him the chance to deepen the kiss. (Y/N) wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed back eagerly, smiling.

Parting away, Ace looked down at her, at the spark of her eyes. (Y/N) blushed as she realized the staring contest was being held longer than necessary, and looked down.

“Don’t you want to eat?” Ace smirked, dipping in to peck her lips again.

“I love you more than your own food.”

(Y/N) had been genuinely surprised when, that night, Luffy had offered her to sleep outside with him. It had been a truly long time since they last spent some time together, let alone during the night, given the fact that they slept in separate cabins.

So, just how could she resist the offer?

That’s why she found herself outside, enjoying the soft breeze blowing through her locks. Luffy stared, relishing the gentle smile on her face as she leaned against the railing, eyes softly closed, breathing even.

“Hey, what are you waiting for?” He whined, stretching his arms to let them wrap around her waist and pull her next to him, a gasp erupting from her throat. He laughed when she lay in his grip, nuzzling the soft flesh of her neck while inhaling deeply. “I love being with you, (Y/N).” He confessed, childishly, and the girl giggled.

“It’s great to be with you too, Luffy.” They stared at each other for some seconds, resting on the grassy deck and listening to the calm rhythm of the waves. (Y/N) started to become slightly uncomfortable, therefore tried to look away; yet Luffy’s focused eyes still pierced holes in her skull. She smiled nervously, turning to look at him once again. “Should we go to sleep now?”

He didn’t answer, instead, she saw his pupils darting to her lips every few seconds; a deep blush blossomed on her cheeks, yet the smile widened. She remembered the first time they both kissed, it was on deck too, at night.

“I really like you, (Y/N).” He said, leaning in while grabbing the back of her head, stroking her hair gently. His lips came onto hers, pecking lightly, hesitantly almost, before starting to apply more pressure, kissing her in his very own clumsy yet passionate way. Closing her eyes, (Y/N) returned the gesture, bringing him closer as she embraced his slim frame.

She pulled away, eyes looking up at the dark sky for a moment. There were only stars, shiny and pretty, to witness and keep the secret of their love.

Happy birthday

Summary: It was pretty early somewhere in the sunny California. The ocean’s waves crashed into the rocks and birds were already singing. And life… life in Oliver’s books couldn’t get any better from this moment. Or more like the next moment, when he would be back inside the beach house they had rented for a week.

(Post-3x23. After ‘Porches and Sunsets’ but during the road trip. Oliver’s birthday.)

AN:  So here it is. I didn’t know if I would actually write anything to do with the road trip but then I got this idea and just went with it. Tell me what you think about this chapter and thanks for reading! I accept prompts [ao3] [ff.net]

And life… life in Oliver’s books couldn’t get any better from this moment. Or more like the next moment, when he would be back inside the beach house they had rented for a week.

Oliver was aware of the fact that he had that silly grin that Felicity had teasingly called him out on on his face while he jogged down the street, already seeing the tiny house they were hiding from the world in.

The past few days had most likely been the best days of his life since The Gambit had sunk and he still found himself wondering if it even was real. Because it felt unreal how he was finally actually living his dream, driving away from Starling City toward the unknown with Felicity. But he was so happy and he was enjoying every second of their time away from ‘the real world’.

“Honey, I’m home”, he called out jokingly when he stepped inside the house.

“In the kitchen”, Felicity called back. “Come here when you’re done showering.”

“You could always join me there, I wouldn’t mind”, he yelled over his shoulder, walking to the bathroom and stripping his sweaty clothes off before stepping under the pouring water.

(He swore that he heard Felicity say ‘Yeah, I know you wouldn’t mind at all’)
