Im actually really on board with freeform releasing entire seasons of a show at once, like who says Netflix is the only one who can do that?? Now they just gotta get some really quality content to release
listen my thoughts on dianetti in the pilot are easily summed up with these two lines:
“She’s got a type.” - okay so Gina knows Rosa’s type. She keeps an eye out for the people Rosa dates… but why would she? Because Gina Linetti the noble and selfless wants to help Rosa find true love out of the goodness of her heart?? Despite what she might otherwise say, this is not the Gina Linetti we all know and love, she’s not the type to set her friends up on dates, at least not willingly of her own initiative. So why is she looking out for Rosa’s type? To see if SHE fits it?
“She’s into watching old movies.” - forget the above: how the hell does Gina know this?????? Rosa?? Secretive, difficult to read Rosa???? The Rosa we know in the pilot especially would not volunteer this information so easily. So how did Gina know this? Did she bump into Rosa outside an old movie theatre?? Was Rosa drunk? Did they watch old movies together once? Give me any reason Gina knows and REMEMBERS this fact about Rosa and I guarantee you they are all Gay™ to a certain degree
dare: give me any episode of b99 and i will show you dianetti

remember that rob mcelhenney was 25 years old waiting tables in LA with a failing acting career and shot a pilot (basically for free) with his two best friends, which ended up becoming FXX’s most watched show that will run for at least 14 seasons, tying it as the longest running sitcom in american television history
I’ll never forget watching the series premiere of The Vampire Diaries back on September 10th, 2009 when I was just 19 years old. I’d heard about the show a few months before it aired and made sure to watch the first episode ever live on TV. And from the second the pilot ended with Elena inviting Stefan into her house with The Fray’s “Never Say Never” playing in the background, I was hooked. Obsessed. And that’s an understatement. I only had a couple hundred followers back then and most of those followers probably don’t even follow me anymore, or have forgotten my obsession with the show, but back then my blog used to be so much TVD it’s crazy. Just thinking back and even now going through my old tags from the show, I remember how much I used to love it. The Vampire Diaries was, in those days, 100% my favourite show on TV. Hands down.
I always thought Stelena was cute and I never hated on them. I get why people loved them, and their relationship was strong & sweet. But yes, I was a Delena shipper through-and-through, basically from day one. I think Damon and Elena were my first ever true “OTP”. Back then that term was so new, it was Tumblr that taught me the meaning of it, and Delena was absolutely my #1 OTP at the time.
The early seasons (1-3) of The Vampire Diaries were obviously the best, and in my opinion, iconic. There are so many epic, unforgettable moments from the earlier years that I wish I could just list off right now, like Katherine’s return to town, Caroline turning into a vampire, Delena’s first official kiss on Elena’s iconic front porch. There’s SO many more countless scenes, and I wish I could explain my love for them all.
I enjoyed Season 4 too, but I will never ever forget episode 4x15. For me, that was the turning point for the show. It was the saddest, darkest episode of television I’d ever watched at the time, and watching Elena’s house go up in flames was devastating. Who else remembers seeing the close-up shots of Elena’s converse shoes burning, and most importantly, seeing her infamous diary being destroyed by the flames? It almost felt like a series finale to me, and I think that’s where it all changed.
I started feeling a little less passionate in Seasons 5 & 6, and then when Nina left the show I just stopped watching it altogether. After she left I only downloaded the new episodes once in a while just to keep track of the general storylines, but TVD lost its magic, and I no longer felt the passion and obsession and love for it that I once did.
That being said though, it has always and will forever hold a special place in my heart.
I don’t feel for the characters as much as I once did, and yeah that’s a little scary to me, but I guess we all grow up and we all move on. I’m 27 now, things have changed. A lot of things. It’s all in the past now, and it hurts. But no matter what, I will always, always love this show and will forever be grateful for it, regardless of the fact that it wasn’t perfect.
The series finale wasn’t the greatest, but I still am 100% satisfied with the ending overall. My general thoughts:
Damon and Elena’s reunion was anti-climactic to me, especially since they didn’t have any dialogue with one another. But I also am okay with that I think? Ian & Nina’s break-up obviously caused the show to go downhill (yeah I said it) so I didn’t necessarily need some lovey-dovey romantic speech from them. I’m not sure if it would have felt authentic enough. So I’m okay with just knowing that they ended up being ENDGAME (yaaaas) and living a long and happy life together. If this was 2010 I would have been SO passionate about them being endgame. The amount of times I discussed and debated Delena vs. Stelena back in the day, omfg. I’ve grown up and I don’t feel as passionate anymore about it, but my 20 year old self is still inside me jumping up and down that my ship was endgame (sorry haters).
I feel like Katherine didn’t get enough air-time, her story and presence in the last episode felt more forced and rushed rather than cathartic, but I’m still just happy that I got to see her fierce crazy bitch ass one last time. (Even though I kind of always wanted her to end up with Stefan tbh…)
Stefan dying was predictable but so depressing. Although tbh seeing him reunited in the afterlife with his bestie Lexi made everything okay.
Seeing that letter from Klaus to Caroline made me smile so fucking hard. I still ship it and I hope to god she eventually ends up on The Originals.
Bonnie Bennett is QUEEN of everything and all that matters is that she saved the day and got to live a long, happy life after all the bullshit the poor girl had to go through all these years. I’m so happy she’s safe and sound.
I loved how they incorporated the “ghosts” of all the characters who’ve died, it gave me so many feelings, especially seeing Sheriff Forbes.
The fact that at the end of his long life with Elena, Damon found his way back to Stefan in the afterlife makes me feel so happy and satisfied. But NOTHING compares to the happiness I felt seeing Elena turn towards her old house, to that iconic front porch, and her being reunited with Jenna and her parents. That’s honestly all I could have ever hoped for and more for the ending to this show.
I don’t think I can ever truly explain the love and passion I used to feel for The Vampire Diaries. It may sound stupid to a lot of people, but it meant so much to me and I’m not embarrassed to say it. It breaks my heart that I’ll never get the good old days back again. But I’ll never forget it, ever.
Thank you, The Vampire Diaries, for a bumpy but amazing ride. It’s been epic ;)
Y/N: Sorry this one’s kinda short, I just did a little drabble (but it’s longer than a series chapter) let me know if you want a part two maybe and I’ll whip something up ok love you guys!!! And btw some of these requests I’ve been getting lately are super amazing I love em I love you xoxo
Anonymous said: Hi! Can I request a josh dun x reader where they’re at the Grammys and Josh goes with her and he is very happy to show her girlfriend to the world? Please 😁
Staring at yourself in the mirror, you examined your dress, your makeup, your hair, everything about you. You had to look perfect. There would be millions of people watching you, eyes fixed on you, giving you the title of the girlfriend belonging to the one and only Joshua William Dun of Twenty One Pilots. And completely honest, you were not ready at all. Josh was handsome and hot and talented and famous and you were, well, you. Your smile faded away as you looked at yourself in the mirror, trying to take a deep breath and search for that lost self-confidence, closing your eyes and beginning to tell yourself you looked just fine when you felt two arms wrap around you, pressing a soft kiss to the back of your neck before resting on your shoulder and whispering in your ear. “You look absolutely gorgeous, y/n,” Josh murmured quietly before placing a quick kiss on your cheek. “Damn I don’t think I’m going to let you leave the house looking like that.”
“Whatever,” you giggled, turning around and looking up at him, both of you sharing a rather passionate kiss. When you pulled away, you stared into your eyes. “Really? I look okay?”
“Okay?” he raised his eyebrows. “You look absolutely stunning.”
“You sure?” you insisted.
“I swear,” he chuckled. “Gosh, I have to give it to Jenna, you do look really amazing in yellow.” It had been Tyler’s idea for the two of you to wear bright yellow dresses to match Josh’s new hair. While you seemed a little skeptical at first, Jenna insisted, saying it complimented your eyes, and even dragged you out to a shop for the day to go searching for the perfect one for you.
“The dress looks like Belle’s from Beauty and the Beast,” you nodded, twirling around in it once, the fabric flowing around your legs and Josh’s smile grew even wider.
“Exactly,” he grinned. “You’re a princess.”
“More like the beast,” you teased.
“Oh shut up,” he rolled his eyes, pulling you into a huge hug. “I’m not lying when I say you look like the hottest thing I’ve ever seen in my life.”
“You’re too kind,” you smirked. “Now come on. Let’s hurry over there and kick butt! I bet you’re going to win more than one!”
“We’re lucky if we win one,” he laughed. “But I agree, we should head over.”
When you were both driving to the venue, you could feel something was off. Josh kept biting his lower lip, knuckles turning white because he was clenching the steering wheel too hard, or constantly darting his eyes around nervously. “You okay, babe?” you raised an eyebrow, placing a hand on his shoulder.
“Huh?” he whipped his head around to look at you when he reached a stop light. “I’m okay.”
“You look nervous as hell,” you softened your eyes.
“I am,” he admitted. “I’m scared to death.”
“Don’t worry,” you soothed. “You look amazing, your music sounds amazing, and you guys are amazing. I know you’ll win.”
“Yeah, but everyone will be staring at me,” he mumbled. “A million eyes all watching me if I go up on that stage. Even if I don’t. I have this bright yellow hair and these gages and-”
“And they’re all tiny reasons that add up to why I love you,” you reminded.
“I feel like I’m going to look like a fool,” Josh whispered. “I mean, I already do in this tuxedo and bowtie.”
“Don’t say that,” you argued. “You look like Prince Charming. Perfect for a princess like me, right?”
“Right,” he smiled. “I just don’t want to mess up.”
“Sometimes I wish I could just punch your anxiety in the face,” you frowned.
“Yeah,” he sighed. “Me too.”
“Look sweetie, you’re going to do absolutely amazing,” you reassured. “And besides, I’ll be right there beside you. Got it?”
“Definitely,” he nodded, turning into a parking spot. “I don’t know what I’d do without you. Gosh, I can’t even believe we got this far.”
“I’m so proud of you guys,” you beamed.
“We’re just two guys from Columbus, Ohio. We were literally just playing in front of handfuls of people in a basement and now we’re selling out Madison Square Garden, being televised nationally, and now we have a chance at winning a Grammy. That’s absolutely insane,” he sighed, parking the car and staring at you. “I don’t even know how it happened.”
“I’m so happy for you,” you kissed him on the lips. “Ready to add another accomplishment to that long list?”
“You bet,” he agreed.
When you arrived, there was already plenty of people there. Luckily, you hadn’t spotted anyone else wearing such a bold shade of yellow, and it made you excited and happy. It wasn’t long before a teenage boy was running up to Josh, huge smile plastered on his face. “Hey, uh, I was wondering if maybe I could get an autograph, please?” he wondered, grinning up at Josh. “I’ve been listening to your music for years. I’m a huge fan.”
“Absolutely,” Josh nodded, receiving the marker and piece of paper he handed him.
“So who’s this lucky lady?” the boy asked.
“Oh, y/n?” Josh laughed, tugging you right at his side and wrapping an arm around your waist. “This is my lovely girlfriend.”
“Sweet,” the boy grinned. “She’s very pretty.”
“Isn’t she?” Josh beamed. “You know, before we came here she was being all flustered acting like she didn’t look good in this dress. Can you believe that?”
“Josh,” you turned red, stifling a chuckle.
“You guys are the perfect couple,” the boy laughed. “Thanks so much for the autograph, Josh.”
“No problem,” he reassured. He ran away happily and you slapped Josh on the arm.
“Why’d you say that?” you joked.
“What? Say that you’re beautiful?” he raised an eyebrow. “Because you are.”
“Flirt,” you smirked. “Come on, let’s go look for Jenna and Tyler.”
“Wait! Joshua Dun!” an interviewer raced up to the two of you, microphone in hand, a camera crew following close behind. “My name is Stacey. I’m a reporter here tonight, I was wondering if you would be open to sharing about the lovely lady you brought with you tonight possibly? She isn’t a familiar face, but she definitely will be remembered after tonight. That’s a lovely dress dear.”
“Thanks,” you blushed.
“This is y/n, she’s my girlfriend,” Josh presented you and thrust out his hands, waving them up and down as if he was selling a product or showing a prize on a gameshow. “She’s the only award I need tonight.”
“How sweet,” Stacey gushed. She shook Josh and your hand and then grinned back at the camera. “Look at these two love birds.”
“Love birds indeed,” he chuckled, giving you a kiss on the cheek. “But I think it’s time for us to fly away now.”
“Oh yes, you two run along. I think Tyler and Jenna are over by the red carpet,” she informed. “Good luck tonight!”
“Thanks so much,” Josh responded, linking his arm with yours and plastering on a smile. “Come on my little chickadee, we’ve got a lot more stuff to do before we win that Grammy.”
“Chickadee?” you giggled. “You’re awfully cheerful now.”
“I’ve got good vibes,” he shrugged. “Oh look! There’s Tyler and Jenna!”
“Where?” your eyes instantly darted around in search of the matching bright yellow, and when you saw her, your face lit up. “Goddammit she looks like a Queen.”
“You look better,” he whispered in your ear with a sly smile as you approached them both. You were about to protest but Josh was already unlinking his arm from yours, engulfing Tyler in a huge hug, and Jenna approached you with a huge grin.
“Oh my goodness gracious, y/n!” Jenna exclaimed. “You look like you just stepped out of a fairy tale, sweetheart.”
“Me?” you laughed. “Look at you!”
“She looks smoking,” you could hear Tyler whisper to Josh. “I could barely breathe when she walked out of the bedroom.”
“I know, same here,” Josh agreed in a low murmur. “She didn’t even notice me staring at her from the doorway. Dude, I was floored.”
“I don’t know but I think we should start doing more of these Grammy things if they’re going to look as hot as this,” Tyler teased.
“Hey!” Jenna snapped, giving him a playful tug on the ear. “You boys should work on your whispering skills. We can hear everything.”
“Then that just means you’ll know how much we think you look so freaking sexy tonight,” Tyler smirked, grabbing her by the hips and pulling her closer. “Right, babe?”
“Sure,” she rolled her eyes, planting her lips on his for a kiss. A couple flashes went off and Josh chuckled.
“Come on guys,” he laughed. “Let’s keep the PDA to a minimum.”
“Shut up,” Tyler narrowed his eyes when he pulled away from the kiss, squeezing Jenna’s hand before letting go. “I bet you guys are going to be all over each other by the time we sit down.”
“It’s the Grammys,” Josh argued. “We have to be well behaved.”
“Well behaved,” Tyler scoffed. “Like that’s something we know how to do.”
“You’re being so silly,” Jenna sighed.
“Just wait until we take our pants off,” Tyler winked. “Then it will get real.”
“What?” you and Jenna both exclaimed at the same time.
“Nothing,” Tyler reassured. “Just a joke.”
“It better be,” Jenna warned.
“Sure…” Josh smirked, leaving both of you curious of what the hell that meant.
The Vampire Diaries is ending tonight and it’s
bittersweet. I can remember watching the pilot episode back in 2009 and
becoming fascinated with these incredibly complex characters originating from
LJ Smith’s arguably best work. From those first few scenes I knew I would be
It was the first show that I fell in love
with. It was the first show that had me searching for all possible spoilers and
theories about what would happen in future episodes. It was the first show that
after every episode had me anxiously waiting days on end for the next episode
or god forbid season. It was the first show where it felt so effortless to
It had an amazing run throughout its first
three seasons and that’s how I wish I could remember the show. The show with
plot twists, darkness, twisted morality, epic storylines, an amazing
soundtrack, and enthralling villains. I adored that show.
I don’t really want to get into how the show
turned into something I eventually had to give up on. But to ignore that part
would be a lie. It’s no secret that due to range of different reasons the show
started shifting into something that wasn’t as captivating to me as it once
was. It is what it is.
Regardless, there are some shows that
impact your life even past its end and I know The Vampire Diaries is going to
be one of those shows. Even if tonight’s episode doesn’t turn out the way I
envisioned or hoped it would doesn’t change the fact that The Vampire Diaries
will always be a salvation of some kind to me.
To the fandom (Stelena, Klaroline and Bamon
fans in particular) thank you so much. I know it’s been crazy for these past
eight seasons and so much awful crap has happened but your perseverance,
creativity and undying hope for the show has always kept me interested. I pray we
get an ending worthy of our passion.
Thank you to Paul Wesley, Nina Dobrev, Ian
Somerhalder, Kat Graham, Candice King, Michael Trevino, Zach Roerig, Steven R.
McQueen, Matt Davis, Joseph Morgan, Michael Malarkey, Sara Canning, Kayla Ewell
and all other actors and actresses involved for bringing some of my favourite
characters to life. Thank you to Kevin Williamson, Julie Plec (even through the
many disagreements) and the crew for creating and developing this beautifully compelling
Prompt: “Why are you looking at me like that” and Poe and OC friends to lovers.
A/N: Give me more Poe. This was so fun to write…best friends to lovers is my fav trope of all time besides love/hate I think!
“You really don’t have to sit here, Poe,” I said, casting the pilot a look from over my shoulder. “You gotta be exhausted.”
He was sitting on an overturned crate, chin propped in one hand as he watched me work. A crooked grin tugged at one side of his mouth. “What? And leave my baby all alone with you?”
I rolled my eyes at his teasing, but as I turned back to his ship, a small smile was on my own lips. “Honestly your “baby” might be better off in my hands than yours. Considering all the pain you’ve caused it.” I shined my light into the fuselage, double checking my work.
if you like wearing black, do it. if you like wearing pink, do it. if you are a fan of one direction, listen to them. if you are a fan of twenty one pilots, love them. if you watch riverdale, watch it. and if you are fond of gossip girl, good luck. just remember, that you can love and do anything you want, because it is your life and you can be anybody you like.
one thing i love about twenty one pilots and their concerts is how much they constantly change it up. as someone who has been following this tour since the first show in may 2016, looking at pictures, watching videos, reading about people’s experiences; it’s so nice to go to the show myself and have unexpected moments. whether it’s playing mario kart on stage, singing a medley, changing up the set list, doing a different cover or having a drum battle, almost every show is different and it’s still exciting whether you’re the first show in the tour or one of the last.
