Warrior II, Virabhadrasana II variation against the wall 

-Doing poses against the wall is a HUGE lesson for your body. Doing postures with the wall enforces great body awareness, aligning your body properly along the wall is a great tool to help advance your practice and teach you the proper ways to do the postures without injury! The wall is your friend! Use it! :)
