warrior pose 3

GUYS.

I just realized, the other day I successfully did Warrior 3 pose in my yoga practice!!! And held it for however many breaths I was supposed to hold it!! And I did it on both legs (obviously not at the same time, since it’s a pose that involves you standing on only one leg.)

And a couple day I was able to do Tree Pose for he first time for real!!! I COULDN’T DO ONE-LEGGED POSES AT ALL WHEN I STARTED YOGA THIS IS A BIG DEAL IT MEANS I’M GETTING STRONGER AND MY BALANCE IS BETTER

I’M REALLY HAPPY THIS IS SO EXCITING
