Recovery- A Good Man
Here is Steve’s entry in the Recovery series. A while back I asked readers for help in deciding what Steve would want to do.
@kissofvenom922 suggested him wanting to do something new for his list, and @sebastian-bucky-stan suggested wanting to see old sites in Brooklyn, and missing how things used to be. So, I tried to incorporate them both (and this will not be the last you see of Steve’s list, I can assure you- I have big plans).
If you have any feedback, I would love to hear it, and I really hope you enjoy this! Next up in the Recovery series, and the last entry into it, is the Reader.
WARNINGS- STRANGER GRABBING READER’S WRIST IN ATTEMPT TO DRAG HER AWAY
“Here too?” Nat exclaimed with a strange smile on her face.
“Here too. By a guy easily twice my size,” Steve replied, sounding more proud of himself than he should have been.
Today was Steve’s day. You had all suffered physically, mentally and emotionally after the battle in New York against the Chitauri. Steve decided he wanted to do a walking tour of Brooklyn, to see the old sites and discover the new. Somewhere along the way, it had turned into a “Steve Rogers Got Beat Up Here” tour.
You laughed quietly (though maybe you shouldn’t have), pulling your coat closer around yourself. You remembered that day.
