waiting for the good file and then things do to

Filed under “good things come to those who wait.” Peaky Blinders S4 news by way of creator Steven Knight in Deadline — Scripts are the best yet, Tom Hardy is back, and filming starts soon.

“I’m very, very excited because I’m just completing Episode 6 of Series 4, which again I think is the best yet. And I’m loving it and it’s not like work, it’s not like a labor, I love doing it, and the boys are coming back and they’re loving the scripts, and we start shooting in March.” Tom Hardy’s coming back! “Of course. We can’t do it without Alfie."

Who says I can’t be serious? Oh wait, never mind!

I just like adding extra stuff just because I can~ :P

Hurrah, I’ve finally figured out how to make GIFs that doesn’t go over the 2MB limit! I was getting frustrated but then I discovered that Photoshop can make things a whole lot easier– I can even put two scenes into one no problem! :D It’s a little bit faster than it actually is, but it will do!

They had spent the past year trying to make sense of a shooting in which there were still so many unanswered questions, and lately the one that consumed them most was what would happen to the baby. They were her closest surviving relatives. Maybe caring for their niece, Saira thought, would restore some small bit of order not only to the baby’s life, but also to their own.

So Saira, 32, and Farhan, 42, had gone to court and filed for adoption. They had submitted to regular background checks and home inspections. They had been interviewed several times by Child Protective Services and cleared by the FBI of having any prior knowledge of the shooting. Now the only thing left to do was to wait for a custody decision that was based on the county’s discretion, even though the county had not indicated when a decision might come. “We are normal people. We are a good family,” Saira had tried to impress upon one CPS representative after the next, and each of her niece’s visits was an opportunity to prove it.

[Immovable-force] Was doing some routine cleaning around the barracks, and somehow a kitten ended up in the mop bucket. Mumbling obscenities under his breath as he tries to dry off the poor thing before anyone notices--

he had been passing by not really paying any attention aside from greeting whomever he passed until something caught the corner of his eye and he stopped to stare for a moment.

‘ wait.. was that… ‘

‘ shun shun!! ‘ without a word he rushes to collect the poor soggy little furball bringing her immediately close to him. ‘ my goodness, how… ‘ he didn’t need to finish that question already putting one and one together. with a sigh he apologised to kew and turned to leave. ‘ i really shouldn’t let you out of my sight. ‘

How the fuck does Jim Butcher do it, though?

Most authors only spit out a few truly epic moments before they dry up. There’s always a fear of not being able to top the last big thing you did. Butcher seems to have an endless supply. Every Dresden book is just as intense, engaging, thrilling, and emotional as the last and I find that REALLY impressive.

Probably a good thing it took me so long to read Skin Game. Less time to wait for the next one. o_o
