In honor of #BOOTYday today here are some of my favorite #Glute workouts!
👉CABLE KICKBCAKS.No 20lb either I range between 40lb-55lb as if now.
👉SINGLE LEG PUSHDOWN. Use the chin up machine as a booty pusher!
👉ONE LEG SQUATS. This is no easy peasy move… Use the smith machine and place one leg over the other. It will hurt with even light weight.
👉SINGLE LEG PRESS. Use the leg press machine but only with one leg. Range with angles to hit different areas of the glutes.
👉SMITH MACHINE KICKBACKS. Yes that’s what I call them. Get on all fours under the smith machine and kick back/ up behind you. Hits the booty GOOOODDD 👌
