how do you stay motivated to work out?

I gradually notice the differences that it makes with my body in time. Honestly, this is the healthiest and most fit I have ever been in my entire life and I couldn’t be more proud of myself for it. This is why I strive to continue, to see just how far I can go. I did this for myself and will continue doing it for myself. And what better motivation is there besides self-improvement?
