More screen shots for the up coming Gears of War game.
Set years before the events of the previous Gears of War trilogy, Judgment centers on Kilo Squad, a troop of soldiers led by Damon Baird and Augustus “The Cole Train” Cole. They are joined by newcomers to the Gears series, Sofia Hendricks and Garron Paduk, as they attempt to save the besieged city of Halvo Bay from a terrifying new enemy. Gears of War: Judgment depicts the planet Sera on the brink of annihilation by an unstoppable new Locust menace, giving you a new vantage point into one of the richest and most acclaimed sagas in gaming.
Not to be confused with the ARMA mod, Day Z, Is an up and coming online survival MMO being developed by Hammerpoint Interactive and published by Arktos Entertainment Group.
The open world game takes place in a zombie ridden apocalypse, but it’s not just Zombies you should worry about. Other survivors might find it more beneficial to simply shoot you down then to ally with you. The War Z will have PVE and PVP on it’s servers, also including bounties, help requests, trap setting, and much more. The War Z is due out this October with a one time purchase value. The exact same as The Guild Wars games.
Company of Heroes 2 takes it’s players to a frozen battleground
Company of Heroes 2 will focus primarily on the Eastern front of World War 2 and the russians arctic struggle to hold the line. The snow of this cold and unforgiving land is not just some aesthetic, it’s an enemy in it’s own right and one you should fear. Hypothermia is something you need to worry about, especially when it comes to your units. The snow slows down vehicles as well as the soldiers movement, and drastically changes some dynamics and strategies involving engineers and securing your soldiers in warmer vehicles and buildings.
Given the first games brilliant execution, I have no doubt about the developers ability to keep the challenge and tactics fresh with these new features.
