Dry ingredients of Asam Laksa -my absolute favourite- the less famous sister of Curry Laksa. 

It’s almost an iconic dish of Penang and Penang Nyonyas. The broth is cooked with Daun Laksa or Daun Kesom, also known as Vietnamese Coriander or Mint (Image 1) and Bunga Kantan or Ginger Torch Flower. (Image 2)
