OMG! Hello, it's Villain!Deku Anon again and I just want to thank you! I couldn't even imagine myself that you will illustrate this au with your wonderful art style! I can't even describe how grateful I am! ;-; Moreover, I want to tell you my thoughts about it! I love Dabi's and Deku's interplay really a lot, because, I dunno, Dabi behaves as if he was Izuku's aniki? I can see it that way tho. And Izuku's outfit is great! Simple but interesting and functional :) Anyway, I hope that one day -->

HAI AGAIN! TIME FOR ANOTHER LONG ASS POST I’m so sorry it took so so long for me to finally reply to this so I hope it’s worth the wait! I want to also thank YOU for sharing me this wonderful AU<3 I can’t thank you enough and everyone rly loves it! I just wish you can go off anon so we can chat more about this au but I respect your decisions u v u I’m glad you love it all ehehe///

YEs! I was so proud of how those two turned out! Dabi seems to be the mature one in the villain alliance and he always has this mysterious air to him so being the big brother role would fit perfectly! Aaaah// I’m glad you love the outfit! /)///v//(\ I wasn’t sure what to go for ahaha~

I’m definitely developing this! And no worries, all your questions will be answered, hopefully to your expectation ehehe Q w Q

Regarding Todo; HE’S SUCH A SAD PUPPY I ALMOST FEEL BAD BUT I ENDED UP MAKING IT WORST FOR HIM! i wanted to keep the element of him being a tragic character because that’s what everyone loves about him. He did nothing wrong XD Now, I decided that Deku actually DOES meet up with Todo randomly, like they don’t know each other and this is way before the USJ raid and deku ended up showing todo the light, motivating todo to go forward regardless of what his dad says because both deku and todo see the same view, how there are heroes who does things not for the sake of being a hero. so deku was able to save todo that way!

BUUUuut he finds out his saviour is a villain so now he’s conflicted;;; sorry Todo, you can’t catch a break even in this au //holds him

Moving on to bakugou…

Deku does disappear out of trace for awhile and maybe bakugo does notice but he rly doesn’t do anything about it, the ass…. but that’d be so cute is he does start to worry, I’m sure something like that does bug him in the back of his mind. I’m not so good with how to illustrate deconstruction so hopefully it’s done alright;; as long as you get the idea because that’s what deku will do to bakugou, he knows bakugou well enough to do so

After this whole thing, all might emerged victorious like in canon. Villains retreated and this was when All Might realized his mistake, since he recognized Deku during this raid. “PATHETIC” is what he’s say

Thats what I decided to go for! I totally agree with you on this! I don’t mind it at all precious! Thank you! It makes more sense and it’s the BEST THING EVER LIKE BAKUGOU VS DEKU WOW!! All might will see how much of a hero bakugou wants to be and the connection with Deku helps even more in order to save Deku from plunging further into darkness, so all might makes Bakugou his successor! ^^ it also can help bakugo grow as a hero so it’s a good opportunity for him!

All might FEELS SUPER GUILTY so that’s why he’s so focused on saving Deku.. deku’s mom also feels the guilt. All of this is on the news so eventually Deku’s mom find out about Deku and well… it doesn’t go well. deku still loves her as his mom even if she didn’t believe in him being a hero but he came home only to find her will.

Now, not only is bakugou going to be All might’s successor, but Deku will soon inherit AFO as well. When they find the villain’s hideout and all that crazy stuff going on, All Might faces off with AFO.

Deku is still honestly precious even now, he rly tries to bond with the villain alliance members and that eventually gained Dabi’s and Himiko’s trust! Even though he’s given the role of info gatherer/mastermind, he doesn’t take advantage of it and relies on his friends!

As for tomura, this is how it’s gonna play out

He’s now gonna be Shigaraki’s hero just like how Sensei did it. Both the death of  Sensei and his mother made deku feel that he wasn’t enough of a hero to save them but this will only pushed him even further to become a ‘true hero’, especially when sensei actually put faith in him, when no one else did

also cute deku making friends with everyone cause he’s a sweetie that way!

THANK YOU FOR READING! GOOD JOB FOR MAKING IT TO THE BOTTOM! I HOPE YOU ENJOYED IT! I honestly still have some more stuff regarding this au in mind but that needs to wait until it’d actually done pfft >//v//< I’m tired so ima sleep now;;;

The thing about baroque opera for me is that it feels like it tells us about another world, a magical, harmonious one, where love always happens at first sight and is inevitably eternal, pain is always song and death is but the mother of the most beautiful music. Baroque heroines can only speak in perfect esameters, and everything, even the villains’ victory speeches and hateful monologues are bent to the sovereignty of Poetry. Baroque violins sing in waves  and delicate ripples the loves of nymphs and the melancholies of kings. Contraltos make the most tender, yet valiant heroes; sopranos cry tears of happiness and of sadness in equal parts, often both at once. All ends in restored peace, newfound happiness, marriage and the victory of the just. A final duet brings together the lovers once again and forever, and they exchange words like kisses, barely touching each other’s fingers. All is serene and beautiful, and Death is a meaningless shadow which we can all dream away, as long as Love fills our hearts, and Beauty our enraptured souls.

Doctor Who Fest: day two

↳ Favourite villain: The Doctor

When you began all those years ago, sailing off to see the universe, did you ever think you’d become this? The man who can turn an army around at the mention of his name. Doctor. The word for healer and wise man throughout the universe. We get that word from you, you know. But if you carry on the way you are, what might that word come to mean?

The DM’s Job

The DM’s job puts you in control of the bad guys. The important thing is to note that as a DM you’re not really the bad guy: to borrow one of the principles from Dungeon World, your job is to actually be the players’ biggest fan.

You don’t put them in adversity to strike them down: you put them in adversity to see what they do, because you actually want them to succeed but their success will seem all the more sweeter if they really have to fight for it. If they survive through the day, albeit beaten and tired, you’ll share the joy of their victory. Should one of them fall, you will lament their loss as well.

Your job is not to foil their plans: your job is to give them a fair chance at trying to pull whatever half-baked scheme they have and give authority over to the dice. Should the dice favor them, let them have their victory because, again, you’re actually there to share in their victories! Should the dice not fall their way you’ll get to see what they do to get out of the mess they’ve gotten themselves into!

Remember, you’re not the bad guy. However, your players don’t need to know this!

As much as you are your players’ biggest fan, you are to pretend to be their worst enemy! When they strike down your big NPC boss feign indignation, ham it up and shout stuff like “Curses!” or “You may have won this time, but I will get you yet!” like a bad 80s cartoon villain. Their victory will seem all the sweeter for it!

But how do you resolve pretending to be a villain when you’re actually on the players’ side? Simple: the rules! They are impartial, they don’t care about whose side you are on, they just dictate how things go. Don’t let yourself actually become the bad guy: let the rules take the fall for that.

And while you’re pretending to be a bad guy, have fun! Even though you’re secretly rooting for the players and hoping they succeed, do your best to pretend to be the villain! Really ham it up!

Imagine someone ONLY knowing All Might in his true form, that person being super oblivious like everyone else and never connecting the two parts until THAT DAY AND THAT FIGHT. idk it can b any1

petition for this person to be Inko

imagine they shop at the same stores, walk by the same parks, relax at the same coffee shops, etc, just constantly meeting each other in coincidental ways, all without realizing each other’s connection to Izuku

All Might is initially drawn to this woman b/c she reminds him a lot of a (far more timid) Nana, with her inner strength and her willingness to smile no matter how bad the situation is. but also b/c she reminds him of someone else, someone he can’t quite put his finger on….

and Inko is drawn to Toshinori b/c, despite his frightening appearance, he is actually quite nice. multiple times he’s offered to help her carry groceries home, or to pay when she once forgot her card, and she’s seen him help others around him, without realizing she was watching (things like help an old lady across the street, or save a bunch of homeless kittens by taking them to the safety of a shelter (she even saw him adopt one for himself), or even reaching up and grabbing a child’s wayward balloon….)

the second she sees All Might fighting on tv suddenly shrink and become Toshinori, she nearly collapses from shock

b/c the man she’s been befriending for the last few months is actually All Might, the number one hero in the world, and he’s been teaching her son this whole time

she watches him fight, deflecting attack after attack, only standing and defending b/c there’s an injured civillian behind him, risking his life to save a single helpless woman’s, and suddenly she’s able to reconcile the image of kind Toshinori with that of the invincible All Might

she watches with baited breath, clutching whatever’s close to her chest as he continues to to be pushed back, as his charge is relieved from his care and he’s able to fight all out, as he finally takes down that terrifying villain who’s managed to cause so much trouble and push All Might to his absolute limit

she watches as he lifts his hand in victory, villain finally defeated, and she watches as he deflates like a child’s balloon, and suddenly she knows that he won’t be All Might for much longer

when All Might first steps into the Midoriya’s household, he nearly spits a gallon of blood, b/c standing right next to his student is the amazing, sweet woman who mysteriously reminds him of his late mentor, and oh, now that he’s looking at Izuku and Inko together, a lightbulb clicks in his head b/c the resemblance between them is suddenly so obvious, it’s a mystery how he missed it for so long

it’s time for them to discuss Izuku’s attendance at the new school dorms, but before they do, Inko pulls him aside and asks him, asks Toshinori, how his injuries are, worry written all across her pretty face

Toshinori’s heart flutters

Where do I even begin???? This is going to be so long… so I’ll continue it under a cut.

Okay well, let’s start with an issue of contention (for some ungodly reason). Clark’s amazing intelligence.

Even as a kid, Clark knows his science. So much so that even a young Lex Luthor is impressed.

And Clark, despite not being very wealthy, is eventually accepted into the Ivy League College (at least in the DC Universe) of Metropolis University solely on his grades, and not on a sports scholarship. He graduates in two years, much to everyone’s disbelief. His professors adore him, and figure (not incorrectly) that he is a genius.

Which is why, in All-Star Superman, you have him solving some of the biggest riddles (literal and scientific) in the universe. Such as “What happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object?”

That’s the right answer, by the way. Plus, throughout that particular comic, he pretty much discovers tons of amazing things, just using his intellect. (I mean, he’s the son of Krypton’s greatest scientist, so why wouldn’t he be a genius??).

This sort of intelligence is crucial in his victories over many villains.

Take this example from the Smallville comics. Hades, the villain here, is a Greek God – all powerful, and attempting to take over the world. Supes gives him the threat shown above. Whether it’s a bluff or not, the risk for Hades ends up being too great. So Hades threw up the white flag and took off – no fuss, no further destruction. Very effective. And Clark didn’t even threaten to kill him, because Hades, as an immortal, would survive in space. But he knew exactly what would get under Hades’s skin, and exploited it.

Nikki Bella: A Story Of Sexism In Wrestling.

If you were watching Monday Night Raw today, you are well aware that WWE Diva’s champion, Nikki Bella, defended her title and is now on the way to breaking the record for the longest reigning Diva’s champion in the companies history held by former employee — AJ Lee. There’s been a lot of criticism about the reign itself as people feel that Nikki is only where she is because of who she’s dating — John Cena — and because of the bad terms the company is on with AJ Lee’s husband, CM Punk.

It’s all fine and good to have negative feelings about a heel (villains) victories, but a lot of fans tonight on Twitter and elsewhere around the web took it way too far. The character of Nikki is a strong, athletic woman who claims she’s the best because she’s managed to hold the title for so long, despite the fans knowing that she’s only kept it due to interference from her twin sister and cheating. This is what makes her a heel. Never once has her character used a man or his influence to get a leg up on the competition and hold onto the title, which makes everything I read on Twitter even worse.

Some of the things I heard her called tonight: A cum bucket a cum guzzler; a slut, a whore, 5 cent hoe. It’d be one thing if her character was well known for being a whore, but this is never the case. The hatred for her goes beyond a fictional story and straight into her real life and that’s unacceptable.

I feel this is a blatant case of sexism because if you look at a guy I previously mentioned in this article — CM Punk — he’s also been known as a guy who broke records for holding titles a long time as a dastardly heel who cheated to gain victories and claimed he was the “best in the world” yet you know what he got? people calling him great, one of the best, the true champion. He might have heard some negative things from time to time like people telling him he’s a loser and a cheater, but not once did someone take out a personal attack on him despite his history of sleeping with almost every woman in wrestling, no one called him a man whore. Or if they did, they said it as a personal accomplishment.

“CM Punk bagged Maria? wow, what a brilliant guy.”

This is a blatant case of sexism and it made me ashamed to be a wrestling fan to hear all these people saying what they said and reading the replies agreeing with it.

What makes the attacks on Nikki seem even worse, is that outside the ring she seems like a better role model than most women on the roster. She’s often posting inspirational quotes on her instagram for her “Bella army” to read and get inspired from. She promotes positive body image by spreading the message that you can still care about how you look, wear make-up and dresses and high heels, but also be an athletic, strong woman. She promotes a lot of positivity.

Wrestling is meant to be fun … if you hate the character, fine — boo them, tell them they suck and that you hate them. That’s all well and good, just don’t go attacking them personally. They put their bodies on the line for you and you can at least appreciate that, whether you love or hate them, it doesn’t matter.

Sci-Fi/Fantasy Bad Guy Brawl

Somewhere in the infinite possibilities of the multiverse, there is a small pocket dimension that has a single planet and four unlikely enemies.

The names of these enemies are:
Emperor Palpatine
The Borg Queen

Each of these villains was pulled from their respective realities to this world with no heroes and no civilians. Each one has been told that the only way to return to their world is to destroy all of their enemies on this one.

Each villain was brought here at the height of their power, and they are not alone. Each of them has been given a continent on this planet, modeled after the places they call home. They also have every ally, minion, and slave that was ever theirs to command.

Let’s take stock of these armies…

Sauron - Whole and corporeal, Sauron possesses his precious One Ring and all the forces of Mordor. Not only does he command his orcs, trolls, and the Nazgul, he also has the army of Balgrogs that followed him during the First Age. Also on this world he has his servant Saruman and their spy Grima Wormtongue, as well as all men who ever served him.

Emperor Palpatine - Though unable to leave the planet (or blow it up with the Death Star) the Emperor has no shortage of resources. His entire continent is modeled after the imperial city-planet of Coruscant and it is full of clone troopers, storm troopers, and battle droids (with all battle accessories and vehicles included.) In addition, the Sith Lord has every one of his Sith apprentices alive and present for the conflict, including Darth Maul, Count Duku, and Darth Vader. General Grievous is also at his command, along with Boba Fett and every other galactic bounty hunter ever employed by the Empire.

Voldemort - While “He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named” has the entire continent of Europe as his territory, the majority of his forces are concentrated in England. While there are no good wizards to oppose him or Muggles to oppress, everything else is there. Diagon Alley, Gringott’s, the Ministry of Magic, and even Hogwarts are all present, as well Malfoy Manner. Every witch and wizard that was ever loyal to the Dark Lord is there, along with a whole host of other magical resources such as his snake Naigini, the basilisk from the Chamber of Secrets, dementors, inferi, giants, trolls, and werewolves. He is armed with the Elder Wand and each of his horcruxes is accounted for.

The Borg Queen - Like the Emperor, the Borg Queen is unable to leave the planet until all of her enemies have been destroyed, but she and her borg drones still have all of their other technological resources. An entire continent covered with the Borg Collective, and cube ships flying overhead.

So… who will be the victorious villain? What would such a battle look like? Which match ups would you most want to see? How long would the war last, and what would be the major turning points?!

I know how it plays out in MY head, but I want to hear what YOU think!! I hope to hear from you!

Killian and David this generations Chandler and Joey!

I definitely can see what you are saying.

Here is Charming and Killian scared when they are being attacked by something when Emma isn’t around.

This looks like from last night after both agreeing Killian is best for Emma.

Walking into the Charming apartment after a victory against the Villain.

After a long day of working at the Sheriff station Charming and Killian relax.

The day they find out Emma is pregnant Charming accidentally gets too excited and displays his happiness for Killian in a new way.

Showing up to cook on a summers night at Regina’s.

Here is the day Kilian told Charming he was proposing to Emma and Charming gave him the ultimate ok and now Killian wants to hug him.

Emma and Killian manage to have twins and on this day Emma dresses them alike. Sleep deprived Killian can’t remember which is which so he and Charming flip to decided.

And when no one is looking the secretly have their own handshake because the are not only in laws but brothers.

Somehow Joey ended up being Charming and Killian is Chandler.

This is so good it should be in a movie somewhere.

Imagine the main hero is in a fight with the main villain. The main villain goes like woosh! and uses a scary dark magic spell and shoots dark beams at the hero. The villain is so strong, he subdues the hero with his spell.

As the hero slowly fades struggling to repel spell the main villain says “I will put out you like the pittiful little flame you are Harry Smotterrrrrr! mauahaha (evil laugh of course :P)” he added, “I will dim the light you so desperately tried to scatter!”

The spell explodes and the hero is blanketed in dark fog as he/she slowly fades from existence. The hero then remembers all the people who helped - friends, family and everyone who believed in him/her. He/she then remembers the time when his/her “special someone” last met who said “you have strength, right here” *touches his/her chest.       *cue epic music*

Just as the villain was about to celebrate, he heard an echoing thunder coming from the dark fog and it resonated along the ground up his spine and said “Villian, you are gravely mistaken!” Nothing… can dim the light that shines from within!!” Boom goes the dynamite, the hero goes wingardium leviosa or whatever awesome spell there is out there or maybe it could be like some awesome martial arts skills omg im typing too fast ok relax. Now the super hero emerges out of the fog with a awesome powers (and an awesome snow dress? maybe) and defeats the main villain! Victory! Muahahaha o wait that’s an evil laugh. Hihihi?

Totally want that in a movie :3

look so think whatever about the book plot

but I am still laughing at the fact that the people who want to force the author to change the story to suit themselves and screw everyone over (as Regina says, change the entire balance of how things work so the heroes suffer and the villains are victorious) ARE THE BAD GUYS

do you think adam and eddy have gotten a little tired of being told how to write their own show whilst the irony whistles blissfully over the head of those they are pointedly calling out

The reason anti-Scott fandom will never ever let the Season 2 finale Discourse die is because Scott’s actions there expose the two biggest lies fandom likes to perpetuate about his character.

1) Scott is dumb and only succeeds because he surrounds himself with people smarter than him and then takes credit for their plans/insights.

2) Scott is too moral, too perfect, and this is bland and boring and that’s why people don’t like him.

Let’s take a look at Lie #1. It’s no surprise to anyone that anti-Scott fandom likes to paint Scott as stupid, despite tons of evidence to the contrary, but no single episode embodies how false this is more than the season finale of episode 2. The episode is literally called ‘Master Plan.’ Scott looks at everyone’s surprised faces and says flat out ‘Everyone always says Gerard always has a plan. Well, I had a plan too.’

Its literally the only time Scott has ever directly claimed credit for a plan or a victory over a villain. Its also literally the only time Scott has expressed pride in his own intelligence or strategic thinking. And this, to fandom, is unforgivable. Lydia’s allowed to do it all the time. Stiles too. So was Allison. But Scott does it once, and once only and it incensed anti-Scott fandom.

Mostly because there’s no way to refute it.

Every other time, there’s wiggle room to make assumptions about what other people might have contributed to Scott’s plans. But not this time, and if you look closely at most arguments about the actual planning part of all that, you’ll notice two recurring themes. The first is a lot of talk about how Scott ‘went behind everyone’s back and didn’t even tell Stiles’, and how this was a Bad Thing. The second is a lot of supposition that Deaton heavily influenced Scott in forming this plan. The latter is pure conjecture….we know for a fact that it was the confrontation outside of the hospital that alerted Scott to Gerard’s condition, and literally the only other thing we have to work off is a flashback of him and Deaton filling the fake pills with mountain ash….its pretty clear that Scott came to him with the information about Gerard and probably asked for advice or input, but he’s also very clear about expressing that HE had a plan, not Deaton.

And as for Scott going behind everyone’s back, especially Stiles….ask yourself this. If anti-Scott fandom is truly so firmly convinced that what Scott did to Derek in the S2 finale was terrible and crossed the line and he shouldn’t be forgiven for it….why would they portray it as a Bad Thing that Scott didn’t confide in Stiles? Why would they WANT Stiles to have been party to it as well? There’s never any talk of how Stiles would have definitely talked Scott out of it and that’s why Scott should have confided in him. No, its just….Scott should have told/consulted Stiles. That’s it. The end. Because the issue I think a LOT of people truly have with the finale is not even the plan itself…but rather that it was Scott’s plan. That nobody else can be credited with it. Scott not telling Stiles means there’s no way to say ‘oh well, Stiles came up with the gist of the plan, Scott could never have come up with it on his own.’ And ask yourself honestly….if Stiles HAD been party to coming up with the plan….do you truly believe his fanbase wouldn’t have found justification to forgive him for it? That he wouldn’t have been applauded for his cunning instead? The plan, instead of being used to vilify him, instead being used as the angsty obstacle standing between Derek and Stiles that they needed to work past, that Derek needed to forgive Stiles for, before they could have their Epic Romance?

All of which brings me to Lie #2: Scott is too moral, too bland, too perfect. We hear all this talk of how Scott did a terrible thing by stripping Derek of his agency….but that’s hardly the only time something like that has happened on the show. And yet none of the people who raise this objection ever seem to have any complaints about Peter’s assault of Scott in the pilot, or Derek manipulating Scott into helping him kill Peter….there’s no acknowledgment of Peter violating Scott’s mind in the locker room in S1 while Derek stands complacently by….no objection to Derek having his betas drag Jackson into the bus depot and hold him down, struggling, as Derek paralyzes him with kanima venom….no endless discourse about how Jackson spent literally all of S2 stripped of every bit of his agency, nobody’s in a rush to bring up over and over again how Peter violated and used Lydia, no talk about Stiles getting his borderline alcoholic father drunk to ply him for sensitive case details, and so on and so on.

No. The one time a character was stripped of agency and fandom just can’t seem to get past it just so happens to be Scott making Derek bite Gerard. And this wasn’t even something Scott was just gunning for to happen. He wasn’t going through the motions trying to stop the kanima and Gerard until all the pieces were properly in place. He was running around frantically, same as always, trying to keep everyone safe and alive and trying to stop Jackson and save him LONG before everyone wound up in that warehouse. His big plan was actually just a big failsafe. It was a desperate, hail mary, In Case Of Emergency - Break Glass kind of a plan.

And yes. Being all of that, it was also ruthless. It was a ‘get the job done no matter the price’ kind of plan. It wasn’t ideal, it wasn’t a Good Thing, and yet it was exactly the kind of thing anti-Scott fans claim to hate Scott for not being capable of doing…he’s too naive, too soft, too incapable of doing whatever it takes to protect his pack. It was the kind of plan people WOULD expect of Stiles, or of Peter or Derek or Lydia or even Allison….and the kind of plan all of those characters would be forgiven for because ‘look we don’t always have to agree with what characters do to like them, they make mistakes, they make compromises, perfect characters are boring, we like characters who are REAL, who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty.’ Any of that sound familiar?

But if Scott IS actually capable of being ruthless if the right circumstances conspire to make him feel he has no other choice, then a whole lot of fanon dominoes start to fall and fandom can’t have that. How can Stiles be the necessary flip side of the coin to Scott’s pure morality if Scott doesn’t actually need Stiles to make the ruthless choice, to do the thing Scott isn’t willing to do himself? How does his constant suspicion work as a balance to Scott’s too trusting nature if Scott isn’t actually naive and more than capable of recognizing Gerard plans to double cross him and he needs to plan accordingly?

And while I’m sure there are exceptions, that’s why as a whole, fandom will never ever ever let the S2 finale discourse die, because they literally can’t afford to. The entire mythology fandom has constructed to justify their contempt for his character is discredited by that one single episode, and by constantly forcing Scott fandom to remain on the defensive about it any and every time its brought up, for over four years his detractors have very neatly circumvented ever having to acknowledge what that episode displays about Scott’s intellect and his willingness to cross the lines if the right pressure is applied.

If you’re in the mood to sink your teeth into some epic fantasy, we recommend A Crown for Cold Silver.

Early in A Crown for Cold Silver — the debut novel by Alex Marshall, a name rumored to be the pseudonym of an established fantasy author striking off in an epic new direction — an old woman’s battle scars are mistaken for matronly wrinkles. It’s a tiny detail, but it speaks volumes.  In Marshall’s fictional, vaguely medieval world, Cobalt Zosia is a legendary retired general who once led her fearsome Five Villains to victory in a land rife with injustice, mostly of the haves-and-have-nots variety. Now in hiding with her husband, the mayor of a rural town, the elderly Zosia is yanked back into the machinations of blood, treasure, and empire when her village falls under the swords of a band of marauders — part of an army Zosia thought she’d made her peace with decades ago.

Check out Jason Heller’s full review here.

It’s killing me trying to figure out who’s behind the pseudonym “Alex Marshall!” Also, I really want someone to do me some Cobalt Zosia fan art, but in the meantime I’ll content myself with the Women Fighters in Reasonable Armor tumblr.

the saddest part in civil war has got to be the fact that bucky was never able to retrieve his backpack

his backpack full of important stuff. so important that it was the first and only thing he grabbed when they were catching him. probably filled with clothes, some cash, his diary, gatorades (according to chris evans in an interview lol) things that help him stay as normal as possible, as civil as possible, things that keep him human and not the thing hydra turned him into, things that keep him bucky.

bcos isn’t that just really what he wanted? to be normal?

he visited the captain america museum after the washington d.c. incident, probably curious to know who he was back then and why that walking american flag would rather die than fight him back. he was probably asking himself why ?     am i really that important ?

he has an apartment, has all variety of junk food at the top of his fridge, HE BUYS PLUMS FOR FUCKS SAKE.

tell me in the face that this poor troubled guy isnt just trying to live an ordinary/typical/synonyms/synonyms life

yeah. he really just was.

and tbh when the armed guys was trying to catch him in his apartment,  bucky wasnt running because he felt guilty. why the fuck would he?

he was running bcos once he’s held captive, there is no getting back in his apartment, there is no getting back in buying plums, there is no getting back to the one thing hes tried so hard to have, the feeling of comfort, release and acceptance . But all things gone because of a butthurt sokovian citizen who is btw the most victorious villain in mcu history but also is a fucking dick.

…..sad realisation tho ! ! i guess u really just can’t have all that when u were the fucking fist of hydra ha ha ha *slowly curls up like a worm that i am, cries and shouts bucky!! barnes!!!! deserve better!!!!!!!!*
