In early 1900 Rachel and Will had a short fight about… something. Rachel drew him this adorable picture when they made up.
(He may have taken the blame for something she did over Christmas?? I really can’t tell due to a lack of context and an overabundance of sarcasm. I get the idea it wasn’t anything too serious and the picture was just Rachel being mockingly dramatic.)
“I have reason to believe that they had a pleasant journey.” Wood engraving by Joseph Swain, based on the artwork of Thomas Gedge Cheeseman. Published in The Cornhill Magazine new series, volume 4, 1885.
