How To Attract What You Desire

Before you begin:

• Know what you want. What you really want. And don’t think of “how” you’ll get it.
• Write the desire in present tense on a card. It is now your goal card.
• Carry this card with you and read it often. This is putting the desire into your subconscious mind.
• Check if your goal is really what you want. Can you imagine bigger? Are you letting fear stop you? Are you answering your soul’s calling with this?

Night:

• How you fall asleep determines what shows up in your life. Everytime. Without fail. So we start our day how we fell asleep the night before, actually. Ask your self one question before you sleep: “If my wishes were fulfilled, how would I feel?” Fall asleep to that question satisfied.
• Record an MP3 or voice note of your OWN voice, reciting positive affirmations. Get examples online but personalize them. Your subconscious mind trusts your own voice. Use it.
• Never ever let yourself fall asleep feeling stress or failure. Don’t invite it in.

Morning:

• When your eyes open, set your intention for the day.
• Did you have any dreams last night? Write them down.
• Write 5 things you’re grateful for. Increase to 10 after a while and begin to include wishes that are yet to manifest e.g. “I’m grateful I now weigh __”

Day:

• Read Think And Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. (PDF’s online) Read slowly and reflectively.
• Read Feeling Is The Secret by Neville Goddard (PDF’s online)
• The Secret book/DVD is great for beginners but you’re going to have to dig deeper to pull this off.
• Do what makes you smile. Read, play your music, call a friend, go for walks. Do whatever you can to lighten your mood.
Write about your desire as if it’s already happened.
Visualize your life ASSUMING the desire has already happened. How do you feel? What are you wearing? Where are you? Was manifesting easy and fun?

1. Book Of Shadows- A witch’s book of spells, rituals, personal feelings, etc. It is a general book for any metaphysical or religious information that you wish to put into it, among other things.

2.Bestiary- A sometimes hand-written encyclopedia or manual of mythological and magical creatures and beings, used for reference when you want to work with a non-human energy, or for general research.

9 Ways To Increase Your Vibration

1. Questions - transcending illusions requires you to question them. Illusions are beliefs we give our power to, they are designed to keep us living through the ego - which keeps our vibrations at a low level. When we question our reality & what we think we know - then we have the potential to transcend illusions, which raises our frequency. It’s like lifting a veil that’s been tightly fitted since birth, keep in mind that this will take time and there are many layers to every illusion.

2. Love - build your life around what you enjoy. Surrounding ourselves with the people, places and things we love will help us move into the love vibration - which is the highest vibrational state. When we’re doing what we love with the people we love our vibration will increase, the opposite is true when we surround ourselves with things we hate - our vibration will remain at a lower frequency.

3. Breath - your signal to the universe. When we take long, deep breaths we are sending a signal to the universe to say “I have an abundance of air” - as opposed to short, sharp breaths that send out a signal of lack. Having the mindset of abundance raises our vibrational frequency - attracting more abundance to us in other areas of our lives. 

4. Food - love your body. The body is our vessel & when we feed it healthy foods we increase our vibrations because we are showing love to ourselves & the body. Processed foods, sugary drinks and toxic drugs like alcohol are the most common culprits for keeping our vibrations low.

5. Thoughts - how we think determines how we live. To increase our vibration we need to think higher vibrational thoughts - love, peace, abundance - but that can be difficult at times. The best way to think these thoughts is to align our actions with the kind of thoughts we want to create because our actions create our thoughts. It’s a lot easier to think in a higher vibrational way when we’re around the people, places & things we love - so distancing ourselves from negativity is a great way to increase our vibration.

6. Nature - vibe with the planet. Mother nature offers us a higher vibrational environment for us to align ourselves with. Observe how everything behaves in nature and take note of sights, sounds, feelings & smells - make time to relax around some greenery. Breathing in fresh oxygen from the trees is another great way to raise our vibration.

7. Creativity - expression from the soul. We are not our bodies or minds, we are the consciousness that drives the vessel - allow it to express itself creatively to tune into who we truly are and we will notice our vibration increasing. 7 Signs Your Vibration Is Increasing

1. Clarity - less confusion, more decisions. You are developing a deeper understanding of yourself and what you came here to do - you’re making decisions based on this new understanding and feeling less confused about your direction in life.

2. Sense of purpose - each interaction you have feels significant. You may have been questioning everything during your initial stages of awakening, but now that your vibration is increasing you feel the importance behind each interaction. You are recognising that they were meant to happen and understanding why they are significant for your journey.

3. Perspective - you don’t sweat the small stuff. Vibrating at a higher frequency means that you’re able to put your problems into perspective by being present in the now. You are able to recognise when you are reacting from temporary emotion and instead are able respond from permanent consciousness.

4. Oneness - you feel connected to everything and everyone. You recognise that everyone you meet is a reflection of you and that there is no other - only oneness. This reduces all conflicts you had in your life because you seek to learn from each interaction rather than reacting to the illusion of separation that has caused the conflict.

5. Love - love attracts love. You fill yourself with love by surrounding yourself with the people, places and things you love and invite more of it into your life through this practice. You know that ultimately love is the cure for anything that seems to be distracting you from the now.

6. Peace - both within and without. You notice that you are more at peace with yourself than ever before, you seek to maintain and cultivate this peace by distancing yourself from anything that resembles drama. During this process you attract others who are seeking the same and will begin to inspire them.

7. Acknowledging the ego - living from spirit rather than mind. You are able to notice when your desires are coming from the mind, rather than the spirit - the ego rather than the soul. You understand that worldly desires of flesh and material are insignificant in comparison to the one true desire of the soul - love.

4 Signs The Law Of Attraction Is Working

 So you’re on the path to manifesting your dreams, great! But how do you know it’s working? Here are some things to look out for while you’re on the journey but keep in mind that anything that comes easy isn’t worth having and anything that’s worth having doesn’t come easy.

1. Synchronicities - you might be noticing number synchronicities such as 11:11 or 22:22 etc on the clock. You will start experiencing more “coincidences” like thinking about a person and then they suddenly appear in your path - this is a prime example of a synchronistic experience. Take them as signs you’re manifesting that which you’re seeking.

2. Meetings - you’re meeting different people and having more meaningful interactions that reflect where you’re going in your life. For example if you’re trying to manifest spiritual growth and you meet someone who just came back from the Peruvian jungle who shares their journey of spiritual growth with you.

3. Opportunities - after deciding what you want to manifest and using your actions to bring it into existence opportunities to do so will present themselves. This might take the form of people coming into your life and inviting you to do things with them or ads you see online - it’s different for everyone.

4. Feelings - you’re using your intuition more, feelings of being “drawn” to do things or go places without any other explanation. This is the universe trying to guide you toward manifesting your true desires based on your vibration. Listen to your intuition - it’s your inner guidance system.

If you haven’t seen any of these signs yet - don’t panic - there are others I haven’t mentioned, but these are quite clear signs that a big change is coming. Use your words, as well as your actions, to aid you in the process of manifestation - instead of saying “I don’t have it” say “I am in the process of acquiring it”.

7 Signs You’re Ready To Leave The Matrix

Leaving the matrix doesn’t have to mean living off the grid or cutting ourselves off from friends and family. It’s mainly about leaving behind belief systems that don’t serve us so that we can create the life we want to live - instead of the one imposed on us from birth.

1. Waking up - spiritual awakenings. When we realise that there’s much more to life than what we’ve been told in school, by our parents & governments we can feel the need to search for something that brings meaning to our existence rather than distracting ourselves with “entertainment” such as television to pass the time we have left on the planet.

2. Conspiracy theories - truth seeking. Discovering that the media is designed to keep us in a state of fear can lead us to begin searching for the truth in other areas of our lives. Through this journey of truth seeking many of us will realise that everything we’ve been taught is mostly lies designed to train us to be obedient civilians instead of the infinite beings we came here to be.

3. Questioning - healthy scepticism. Instead of blindly following what we’re told in life, we prefer to make a informed decisions from all the data available. For example assessing the state of graduates before making the decision to attend university or college, instead of enrolling just because “everyone else is”.

4. Religion - structured beliefs. Organised schools of thought such as religion may become harder to follow as we can feel as though they are limiting us. On the other hand, many of us can find liberation through religion after an awakening as it allows us to find joy in the simple things in life.

5. Society - not fitting in. Uncovering the truth about the way we’re being encouraged to live can make us feel like outsiders to those who are choosing to follow this way of life. It’s important to acknowledge that everyone awakens in their own time and if we want things to change we must live our lives as an example rather than preaching to others.

6. Knowledge - liberating our ignorance. Understanding that knowledge is power encourages us to empower ourselves more and more each day by embarking on the never-ending quest for knowledge. This usually occurs as a symptom of realising how much we’ve been lied to by parents, governments & teachers.

7. Solitude - preferring our own company. Spending time with ourselves to tune into the consciousness behind the mind allows us to receive downloads that can help us to understand our purpose. This “alone time” can help us to live a more authentic way of life as we become less influenced by the outside world.

We are not humans, we are multidimensional beings having a human experience.
