Challenge yourself to consuming: 100% 75% or 50% RAW FOODS. That’s whole, uncooked, unprocessed goodness. Includes fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains & legumes, so long as they haven’t been heated above 46 degrees celsius (115 degrees fahrenheit).
Choose the commitment level you’re comfortable with. I’ve done 80% before, so I’m comfortable doing the 100% challenge this month – but it’s a personal thing!
