Hey everybody! So along with fashion and music food is something that I absolutely love. I’ve decided that every once and awhile I’m going to post some of my favorite recipes on here, and hopefully you’ll see something you want to try out!

This is one of my favorite ways to prepare a salad, and it was something quick and easy to make for dinner tonight. The ingredients are:

Baby Spinach and Lettuce

Cashews

Swiss Cheese

Craisins 

and salad dressing made out of olive oil, a bit of lemon juice and a pinch of salt

Quick Info:  Servings 4 Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins Total Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 medium tomato(es)
  • ¼ cup(s) cheese, grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, fresh
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • pepper, black ground
  • 4 teaspoon oil, olive, extra virgin

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 450° F.

2. Place tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet.   3. Top with Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper.   4. Drizzle with oil and bake until the tomatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
