Pumpkin and sweet potato pie 🌱

Chop pumpkin, sweet potato and the red bell peppers finely and sauté it in a pan with vegetable stock - toss in some spinach and other preferred vegetables. Place everything in a form and spread humus on top. Bake it in the oven 200 c for 10-15 min. Take it out and enjoy 🌿✨

My twice baked sweet potato:

Bake half of a sweet potato until it’s soft. Use a fork and scoop out the meat onto a pan where you have sautéed some spinach and kale, put the mix back into the sweet potato skin and bake it again for about 10 minutes 🍃

On the side I baked som cubed sweet potato and thinly sliced tomato on the side. I drizzled with a mixture of nutritional yeast and water, that, when combined, is a very delicious dressing ✨
Sprinkle with some fresh herbs 🌿

Я писала недавно про любимый балийский салат Gado-gado.  А вот вам еще один бриллиант балийской кухни - салат Urab. В оригинальном рецепте он готовится из паровых овощей, но моя любовь к свежим зеленым салатам тут одержала верх, и я приготовила свою версию. Пряный соус получается очень ярким и насыщенным, а тертый кокос делает салат таким сытным, что его можно подавать как основное блюдо.
