Yesterday’s lunch was tooooo good! Asian inspired fried rice with mixed vegetables, a bit of sesame oil, soy sauce, miso paste, jalapeños, spring onions, lemon, cilantro, ginger and garlic powder + a big salad made of mixed lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, green olives and chives
Today for breakfast I was introduced to another common Chinese street food, nian-gao tuan, which is a sticky rice cake, much like mochi, stuffed with sweet or savory fillings. Mine was filled with fried dough, pork floss and pickled greens. Flavorful and filling!!
Fried rice is honestly my favorite thing to make idk why. Also I found this recipe on Pinterest for homemade wonton wraps so next time I think I’m gonna try those out and bake them with cream cheese that’d be fun.

Vegan friendly “Vegetarian Box” filled with stir fry vegetables, tofu salad, different fried tofu with sweet and sour sauce/satay sauce, vegetable tempura and Thai soup. Also with rice that hadn’t arrived yet, I couldn’t keep my hands off all this food 😍🍱🍚💘
