Mint chocolate chip “ice cream”. So good! I blended 5 frozen bananas, 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder, 1 drop of peppermint extract. Then I mixed in cacao nibs with a spoon. Recipe from Megan Elizabeth’s YouTube channel called EasyToBeRaw.
Of course I had to make vegan mint-chocolate chip “ice cream” for St. Patricks day breakfast! 🍀 Another recipe I got from @easytoberaw. Just 5 bananas (peeled and frozen overnight), 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder, & 1 little drop of peppermint extract mixed in a food processor. Added in a few cacao nibs afterwards. The spirulina is added just to get the green colour. I honestly hate the taste of spirulina, but luckily I can’t taste it at all in this recipe… the bananas & mint overpower it!
Made a blueberry maple pie earlier this week! The base was dates, pecans, almonds, figs, coconut, and maple syrup. It had a vanilla maple #cashewcream and I topped it with a marmalade #blueberry sauce. So dreamy. #vegan #vegansweets

Today I made @fullyrawkristina’s healthy pumpkin pie, and oh my goodness it tastes amazing! Plus it’s gluten, dairy, & refined sugar free! The crust was made with pecans, dates, & cinnamon… & the filling was made with fresh pumpkin, dates, fuyu persimmons, cinnamon, vanilla bean, fresh ginger, & allspice (allspice was not in the original recipe but I threw some in).
It’s been such a long time since I made any type of multi step healthy-ish treat. So today I prepared some tasty “raw chocolate crunch slices w/ strawberries & cream”, which are made with sprouted buckwheat, cacao powder, cashews, coconut, honey, pineapple, dates, almond milk, & strawberries.
