My first time making onigiri.  I used some sushi rice, and seaweed and made some plain ones.  I also sauteed some tofu and mushrooms and mixed that in with the rice too.  For the sides I took some edamame and snow peas and steamed them with some orange peel.  And I added the peppers just for some more color, not traditional at all - but fucking delicious!
