The original recipe is from Cosmo. I tweaked it then measured everything out for your convenience.

1 cup choc chips

1 Tablespoon margarine

1 cup cherry flavored Craisins

½ cup almond slivers

3 generous cups cornflakes

First melt the chips and margarine in a double boiler (or in my case, a makeshift one) on low/med heat. In a large mixing bowl, add the Craisins, almonds, and cornflakes. Fill a standard muffin tin with cupcake/muffin papers. Once the chips are melted, add to the mixing bowl and mix! Then drop clusters in papers. I like to  fill them 3/5 then crush into the paper with a spoon. Put in the fridge to cool for an hour, then enjoy, and store in the fridge in an airtight container.

Yield: 12 clusters
