Was helllllla starving when I came home today… so much so I (literally) threw whatever veggies I found in my fridge into a pan, cooked it like I was on an episode of Iron Chef, then made a rather mushy fried brown rice with green onion, peas, and sweet yellow corn, and topped it off with roasted pine nuts (ran out of tofu ahhhh but it’s ok, pine nuts are 👌🏼🙌🏼) and avocado 😍 on the side. Made this in <10 minutes! 😱😊 Secret ingredients 😉 include: coconut oil, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, dried basil, pepper, garlic salt, and a bit of sugar. 👌🏼 Hope your day is going well! So crazy to think it’s already the last Monday of July!! 😱😄
