Easiest, simplest, yummiest dinner after a long day of training. And yes, dinner is currently at 9pm cause that’s just how things are rollin right now 🙊. Spinach, jasmine rice (the @traderjoeslist microwavable bags are bae), hummus and smokey roasted chickpeas. 💜 ••••••••••
Recipe for the chickpeas is: -1 can of chickpeas -1 tbsp olive oil -sea salt ~ spices: paprika, chilli powder, cayenne pepper. 💫Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put chickpeas in a bowl and add olive oil. Toss until evenly coated. Transfer to a pan and sprinkle with sea salt + spices. Bake for ~30 minutes, tossing them occasionally. Enjoy!💫

-base: frozen bananas, splash of almond milk + vanilla extract for the base -chop up frozen bananas and put them in a food processor with almond milk/vanilla extract
-blend, pulsing the blended from time to time, to avoid chunks -when the mixture is creamy, transfer to a bowl
-top with @ugobars chunks, sliced banana, medijool dates, @theskinnypop popcorn, and @crazyrichardspb crunchy natural peanut butter 🙊…
