Oil-free chips and chili 😍😍 Best lunch ever! I bake the chips on parchment paper for ~50 minutes, shuffling them around halfway through. 👌 So good!
Today’s chili: carrots, peppers, mushrooms, chickpeas, kidney beans, tomato paste, oregano, black pepper.
We don’t have any chili powder. 😬 I might try a non-spicy one if I can find it but in general chili anything hurts my stomach. 😔 I used to be able to eat spicy food! I’m not sure why my stomach doesn’t like it anymore.
I guess I’ll survive. 😉 I have plenty of other tasty things to eat! Speaking of which, I just uploaded my how-to recipe video for that sweet potato crust pizza! 🍕 We made it twice so far. It’s so good!
