vegan oats

Is it just me or does adding apple to oatmeal make it feel more like fall time? Oatmeal was cooked in soy milk, with cinnamon, and nutmeg. Then topped it off with, coconut, banana, Apple, and can’t for get the peanutbutter🙃

Up close and personal: overnight oats. One of my top healthy meals of choice.

Blend the following ingredients in a blender or food processor:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 heaping tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp maca (optional)
Transfer liquid mix to a bowl or jar and add between ¾-1 cup GF oats.

Allow oats to soak in fridge for at least one hour or overnight.

I topped my oats with fresh strawberries and pomegranate seeds, cacao nibs, desiccated coconut and a scoop of raw cacao powder.

Getting on the turmeric oat trend😂 I’m not the biggest fan of turmeric, but you can’t even taste it when it’s in the oats essentially when you have a butt load of peanutbutter to cover it all up🌟

To day is the PERFECT weather day! it’s all cloudy, cold, and I’m hoping it’s going to rain. What’s a better way to start the day than with some hot creamy oats on a crisp fall morning. {frozen blueberries, fresh strawberries, cinnamon, and of course maple syrup}✨ if you haven’t put frozen fruit in you oatmeal you need to! I think it even makes it sweeter.? Plus the frozen blueberries makes it look all Galaxy!
