yesterday dinner was arugula, cherry tomatoes, white beans and corn salad + sauteed veggies + hummus, seasoned with evo oil, salt, parsley, pepper and lemon juice, matched with brown rice cakes and followed by an apple

NANA Week - Day 4:  Cake

wholemeal vegan pancakes sweetened with cinnamon&stevia, topped with creamy natural soy yogurt, sugar-free berry jam, fresh and local strawberries, banana, a lot of dark chocolate + green tea

a bit of sweetness to pull up the mood..

breakfast today was such chocolatey: wholemeal bread spread with vanilla greek yogurt, topped with plum; peach; banana and lots of melted extra-dark chocolate (something like six little squares ahaha) + soy milk cappuccino. oh lord i have to repeat this soon
