Today has been very stressful, and very disappointing. I was planning on going to ladies’ night in the weight room tonight to learn how to use the machines, and then realized I had a bunch of math work to do… However, I’m using this as an incentive to get in gear and hire a personal trainer, like I had originally planned on doing! Gotta keep my head up💪🏻👌🏻

A tsp of maca powder
A whole yellow beet
A tsp of honey Flax almond butter
Add organic vanilla hemp milk

Blend until smooth
