vegan chocolate chip cookie


I love the combination of ice cream, chocolate chip cookies, and brownies so much. I got the Ben & Jerry’s vegan PB& Cookies ice cream (my personal favorite) and decided I wanted to make an ice cream sandwich sorta thing, granted I’ve done this before but this time seemed way better than the other times. I put a little peanut butter in the cookies and brownies to keep the peanut butter theme and it was all great! I think I ate the whole thing in 2 days lol

The Best Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1 stick vegan margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup smooth soy nut butter
- 3 tablespoons water, 3 tablespoons oil, and 2 teaspoons baking powder (mixed together to sub for 2 eggs)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 9 ounces vegan chocolate chips

Roll into balls (about golf ball size) and set on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Pop in the oven at 375 degrees for 9 minutes and let cool. Makes about 30 cookies.

These cookies are seriously awesome! They’re soft but with a slight crisp on the outside and they just melt in your mouth 😍 so so good and perfect for the holidays!

Healthy vegan chocolate chip cookies ✨

Mash 3 large bananas in a Bowl. Add 2 cups of rolled oats, and stir with a spoon to combine - add more oats if the mixture is too runny. Add cinnamon, chocolate chips and other ingredients after taste ( be carefull not to add to much extra, because then the mixture wont stick together ) Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 min on 350 (180 c) ✨ enjoy❤️

All the amazing amazing amazing food I got a Vegan Soulfest in Baltimore on Saturday. This was like one of the best days of my life. A vegan festival filled with Black people. I was in heaven! It was an awesome event, I enjoyed it way more than the 2 vegfests I’ve been too. There were tons of vendors selling tons of stuff but I’m a sucker for food so that was priority #1

But yea everything was delicious. I brought a lot of it home because I couldn’t eat that much food in one day! I got lots of mac & cheese and vegan chicken, a rib sandwich, a cheese steak, chocolate chip cookies, carrot cake. The mac and cheese in the last 2 pictures is my fav, it’s from Sweet & Natural and the drumsticks above are too good for this world. I had way too much fun throwing money at people… Black people :))))

I finally perfected my chocolate chip cookie recipe ! 🍪 I made 3 batches instead of doing readings (that I did later 😇) yesterday afternoon ! They’re HCLF, oil-free and delicious ! Here’s the recipe : Chocolate Chip cookies (makes 20) 2 cup wholewheat flour,
¾ cup sugar, ¾ cup plant based milk (I use soy)
½ mashed banana
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Mash the banana and combine with the wet ingredients and the sugar. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredient bowl. Fold in the chocolate chips and combine well. In a non-stick plate or an oven rack lined with parchment paper, scoop one tablespoon of mixture until there is no dough left. Cook for 9-11mn until golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool down before enjoying !

walmarts great value brand chocolate chip/chunk cookies, chocolate covered graham crackers, fudge stripes, and possibly a few others are accidentally vegan!

EDIT: Walmart recently added whey (a milk ingredient) to all of their great value brand cookies. However they still carry other generic brands that are still accidentally vegan(like most, if not all, homekist cookies). honestly just check any cheap/generic cookies you come across at any store. and remember that if it says “MAY CONTAIN/CONTAINS TRACES OF” milk/egg but doesn’t have any nonvegan items in the actual ingredients list, then there is no conflict of ethics here (just means there might be some cross contamination) and thus still vegan!
