Wow!! This is by far one of my best vegan desserts I have baked and even though I wish you could try all of my desserts, I really wish you could try this one! (Maybe one day :)) Baklava, a staple at most bakeries, is a rich, sweet, flaky dessert made with phyllo pastry and nuts, and is usually sweetened with honey but not today! My own twist has four (yes four!!) types of nuts and is oozing with a deliciously sweet cinnamon syrup that pairs perfectly with the flaky phyllo pastry and crunchy nuts. So rich and divine, this is a perfect treat to bring to any dinner party!
