Oooh… me likey! These Loire Valley guys sure know how to wrangle some excellent Chenin Blanc juice! Ripe Anjou pear, sweet apple, Meyer lemon rind, and lemongrass on the nose with full, almost waxy notes. Ripe pear and sea salt on the palate with a hint of tarragon and lemongrass on the finish. Tart, fresh acidity.
