Today’s power breakfast:
1 apple
1 pear
1 banana
Romain Lettuce
Spinach
2 SP flax seeds
1 glass iced cold water

Put all ingredients in a Blender. Blend it very well. Ready!

I love to have this kind smoothie for breakfast, because it gives me energy and keeps me full for a long time ( fiber from fruits and greens). I dare you to reach out for a cup of coffee after this smoothie! Greens give you energy without crashing you later , such as coffee does.

WHY greens?

I talk about GREEN juice and GREEN smoothie, GREEN this and GREEN that.. But WHY do we really want as much greens in our diet as possible? The reason is because GREENS are health!

We don’t eat enough greens, so whenever you have a chance go ahead and order that green juice, or a lovely green salad. Leafy greens make our body alkaline, which means we are  disease free, healthy, radiant and beautiful!

I always have some kind greens in my fridge, so I can make a glass of green juice or a smoothie any time of the day. Choose your favorite and experiment with it, but don’t forget to rotate and switch around.

Here are my top 10 leafy greens:

  1. Kale.
  2. Spinach.
  3. Rainbow Chard.
  4. Broccoli.
  5. Collards.
  6. Cabbage.
  7. Swiss Chard.
  8. Romaine Lettuce.
  9. Mustard Greens.
  10. Iceberg Lettuce.

Basic green juice.

  • handfull of spinach
  • 1 or 2 apples
  • 1 cucumber.
  • 5 stalks of celery
  • ½ lemon

Run all the ingredients thru a juicer. Ready!

Basic green smoothie.

  • 1 cup of kale
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup of water

Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend till smooth. Ready!

Hello, my loves! I just came back from Pilates class and I was craving my detox-juice. I like to have it from time to time, when I feel like my liver deserves some detox.
I put lots of dandelion leaves in this juice, because of it’s knowing detoxing effect on a liver. It tastes very bitter, so I like to mix it with yummy coconut water and a couple of cucumbers.
Here you go:
1 coconut ( water only)
Bunch of dandelion leaves
2 cucumbers

Run through a juicer. Ready!
