Accidentally Eloped || Vaith

Venus’s head was spinning. There was no crazy, elaborate story this time. Simply that she was drunk. For no crazy, elaborate reason. She just wanted to drink. So, there she was at Sides, drinking her night away like no other. Her vision was blurred and her head rushed when it turned, yet she could still make out the face of Faith, the girl she had kissed before, clearly. Letting out a deranged laugh, she called out for the girl, “Faiiith!”

Infinite Houses (11/∞)

House Vaith of the Red Dunes is a Dornish noble house. Their seat, also named Vaith, is placed on the river with the same name. West of Vaith are the deep sands of Dorne; the head of House Vaith has the title Lord of the Red Dunes. Old Lady Vaith was reportedly mad during the reign of King Aerys I Targaryen, though according to Egg, Ser Duncan the Tall could have been more courteous in what he said to her.

What if Rhaegar Targaryen had married Lyanna Stark instead of Elia Martell?

Westeros is a much different place then the one we all know and love. House Targaryen still holds the throne and Robert’s Rebellion never happpened. Robert Baratheon never took the throne or married Cersei Lannister. The War of Five Kings never happened. But that doesn’t mean things are fine in Westeros.

The realm has seen two different wars since the death of the Mad King Aerys and the rise of his son, Rhaegar: a series of rebellions and an attack from the Others, North of the Wall. Both were beaten back with heavy consequences but spring has finally come and with it, the realm tries to recover and finally find a lasting peace.

This roleplay is heavily character & character-development based, aside from events dropped by the mods. Every character-based plot comes from the players themselves, and many characters are needed to fullfill important plots!

Luna Vaith | Twenty-Two | Lady in Dorne | Anushka Sharma
Living in Wyl | Betrothed to Adam Wyl | OPEN

Trigger warning: suicide.

Luna Vaith is the youngest child and only daughter of Daeron Vaith, and she has two older brothers. She was the jewel of her family since she was young–the diamond in the rough. Her father spoiled her beyond belief and always believed that she deserved the best. He always told her that she deserved to be the Lady of some great house in Dorne, and even told her that he wished she had been born the oldest of all her siblings.

Luna soaked up all the attention–she loved it and thrived on it. She never felt like she lacked anything–which she didn’t–and has never felt self conscious because of all the attention.

At fifteen, she was betrothed to Tanith Wyl. He was second in line to House Wyl, but Luna didn’t care. She had heard valiant stories of his trip through Essos, and when he finally returned home and she first laid her eyes on him, she found him to be everything that she had ever dreamed of. She could see herself the beautiful bride of Tanith and wanted nothing more than to marry him and near his children. She begged her father to go live in Wyl before they were even married, and he agreed, though reluctantly.

Tanith wasn’t there when she arrived though, as he was visiting a friend in Dry Well. He was gone for months, but she waited patiently for him to return. When he did however, he came back married to Raisa Wells. Luna was devastated. All her dreams came crashing down around her. During the first week he was back, there were many times when she stood on the balcony of the highest tower and contemplated jumping, but she could never bring herself to do it.

During the war, Tanith’s father and elder brother died, and while she tried to comfort him, he was either too busy being lord to his house, busy with his wife, or he altogether just pushed her away. When the war began to reach it’s end, Tanith offered up his younger brother, Adam, for Luna instead. Her father accepted, and now she’s betrothed to him instead. She’s distraught at the thought of marrying her

When the War with the Others was announced, although she couldn’t admit it to anyone else, she was almost relieved for a few seconds when she found out that Adam would be going to fight. She knew that if he returned, she would have to marry him, and nothing could be worse than being married to her true love’s younger brother, but she’s too afraid to tell anyone else that. Adam returned, and though he was injured he seemed otherwise alright, and Luna almost feels upset about this, though she knows she shouldn’t.
