More pictures from our outdoor adventure today at The Wind Cave Trail. This hike was pretty easy and insanely beautiful. The only downside is that it was very busy (Camelback status) and they charge for parking. We decided to park a ways off and just walk through uncharted desert sans trail to get to the trailhead - probably frowned upon by the parks department. This hike is just about 3 miles roundtrip, assuming you pay $6 to park, for us it was closer to 5/6 miles. This trail is located at Usery Mountain in Mesa.
I’m obsessed with Arizona and so fortunate to live in a place where I can hike in the sunshine in January! An undisputedly great way to spend the day off.
