•120g blackberries, cut in half.
•250g plain flour
•125g hard butter/margarine
•65g half spoon/stevia baking sugar
•5-15g cinnamon (optional but it tastes soooo much better with it)

•Small sharp knife
•Chopping board
•Big plastic/china bowl
•Oven proof dish (mine is approx 30x20cm)

•Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 4 (180∘c) and clear the middle shelf.

•Weigh out all the ingredients accurately.

•Prepare all the fruit.

•Place the fruit in the bottom of the oven-proof dish and sprinkle with sugar.

•Sieve the flour into the big bowl. Cut the butter into small chunks and add to the flour.

•Rub the butter into the flour using only your fingertips (no palms!!) until the mixture looks like fine breadcrumbs.

•Stir in the sugar and cinnamon and spoon the mixture over the fruit in the dish, levelling slightly.

•Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the top of the crumble.

•Place on the middle shelf in the oven for 20minutes until golden brown.

•Once taken out of the oven, leave the crumble to stand for 5-10 minutes.

•Cut into six equal portions, serve and enjoy :)
