ughwhocares answered your question: so is Sleepy Hollow like Once Upon a Time bad or…

whoa rude, don’t compare SH to OUaT

from what I read of the synopsis of Sleepy Hollow it’s about a zombie ichabod crane living in the current world and also the headless horseman is one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse.

i believe everyone who says its very good but like it defies all logic because how does that not sound like a hot mess.

Fun fact: My biggest fantasy skill is woodworking. I want to make, like, desks and benches and bookshelves and all of that shit.

YESSSSS  ok, i’ll take a welding class if you take a woodworking class. we can share our struggles and our triumphs, and one day rule the world with our creative-as-hell furniture/bookshelves/etc? or, well, maybe not the world but it will be sweet regardless.

i’m publishing this so as to make it harder for me to back out. deal? deal. good.

ughwhocares replied to your post: HOW WAS YOUR DATE? WAS HE A BOYCREPE?

My dealbreaker is people who think Europe is shit. Get OUT (of America’s ass).

Yeah, that was kind of a big one for me. Perhaps some of you are familiar with this Mark Twain quote…

“Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one’s lifetime.”

I agree with you, Mr. Twain (if that’s your real name)! I can’t abide people who see no value in travel and have never left the country in the first place.  And I abide even less (?) the people that have traveled and got nothing from it. I call those people, cretins.

@ughwhocares

I will be. I just got myself into a situation that I shouldn’t have and it escalated and predictably blew up in my face in a worst nightmare kind of way and now I’m not really sure what to do except wallow in guilt and shame in a very vague, semi-public way. Thanks dear.

ughwhocares replied to your video “hanging out at the house trying to make a music video w ken. final cut…”

love u both, also ken is my current fav snapchatter, keep up the good work

ya do you know what it’s like living with his snapchatting?

i’ll tell you. you’re sitting next to him on the couch and he pauses captain america then screams at the top of his lungs in 3 quick intervals

and then explains nothing.

ughwhocares replied to your post: I really don’t understand…

I just think her game style is repugnant. (And lest you think that I admire the dudes who used a similar emotionally manipulative style—I don’t. I definitely don’t like those assholes either.)

I’m admittedly pretty into game players who manipulate people and strong arm their competition into submission. I think it’s particularly great in Amanda’s case because everyone knows she can’t win a competition but are still terrified of her. I think it’s pretty impressive.

Granted, I find her to be a super annoying person. The way she cries and throws fits whenever McCrae tries to talk game with another female is terrible. I’m really over her crying about not winning comps. She’s argumentative and threatens people, which is annoying but I think will be good for her if she makes the final 2. People will feel more personally hurt my McCrae or really anyone else than they will Amanda because they expect it from her.

She definitely does not crack my top 5 favorite players, and likely not even my top 10. There are also people I would rather see win this game, but I wouldn’t be too mad about her winning.

I am also now kind of curious who your favorite past players are because I doubt our lists will overlap.

ughwhocares replied to your post: her show is probably really good, i have heard really nice things about it and i am really glad that you guys enjoy it

maybe she’s not perfectly articulate in interviews? maybe that’s why she speaks through film/television? because from what I’ve read in reviews, season 2 addresses “THE RACE ISSUE” brilliantly.

i mean i personally don’t feel race is an “issue” that can be “addressed” in a show, particularly by a white woman, but perhaps that’s why i don’t enjoy her art? i hope it says some good things - let me know what you think when it airs!
