uf gainesville

Richard Spencer showed up an hour late for his own press conference and quit the speech a half hour early after being belligerently heckled for two straight hours by a half-full auditorium. It was beautiful. It’s all on video forever; check the Gainesville Sun and Gainesville Alligator facebook pages.

Aside from a few boneheads wandering around being creepy, there’s been diddly shit going on in the town itself. They couldn’t bus in enough fools to occupy more than one space.

I’m not happy the event was allowed to happen, but Gainesville sure turned it around. The sites of protest were absolutely filled with good guys overwhelming the boneheads. Enough people stood up and showed up that the scary aggressive protest stuff wasn’t even necessary, which is nice, very nice. Right now, the bad guys are on the back foot.

But listen: Let me emphasize the “right now” part. There are still all these boneheads in town, and with the event over there’s nothing to keep them in one spot. Right now, and this evening, is when those flash mobs might start happening. Keep an ear to the ground, yeah?

At the University of Florida protests last week, one protester out of about three thousand (nice) sucker-punched a Nazi, while three Nazis out of about two dozen (lol) tried to literally murder some random people at a bus stop.

Would you like to guess which side the media is trying to paint as violent?  Go ahead.  Guess.

BIG HEADS UP: Today the nazis are going to attempt to perform flash “protests” around town at Jewish- and POC-owned establishments and places of worships.

They will find a location to harass for a few minutes and then flee to other locations in order to make it appear as though they are here in larger numbers than they actually are.

They are expecting us to chase after them because they want to decentralize our protest in order to make use look smaller.

It may be wise to set aside specific taskforces to stand at these establishments and chase nazis around town so that the rest of us can stand en masse at the primary location. In general, DO NOT LEAVE THE PRIMARY PROTEST ZONE!!

To all of the minority-owned businesses and places of worship that feel anxious or fearful today: we love you and stand with you through this troubling time. You make Gainesville great and we intend to keep it that way

The Daily Stormer is openly urging Spencer supporters to disperse into small groups for flash mobs all over Gainesville, not just on campus. They have clearly said that the idea is to create fear throughout the entire city stating, “The point is to confuse the situation and to create public attention, to make it feel like the entire city is taken over by our guys.” The places they’ve named in particular are: Lubavitch Chabad Jewish Center, the Institute of Black Culture, The Gainesville Sun and Starbucks on Archer Road.

So it looks like white-mediocrity luminary and America’s favorite punching bag Richard Spencer is still planning on showing up at the University of Florida even though Fuchs denied his request. I don’t know if dates or times have changed, but I’ll send news down the pipe as it comes to me.

To paraphrase the late, great Woodie Guthrie, “Let’s show these fascists what a coupla swamp crackers can do.”

Copy-pasted from Conrad:

The Cost of White Supremacy’s “Free” Speech

Gainesville, FL. October 2017

* Hundreds of hours of staff and faculty’s intellectual and emotional labor spent talking, planning, arguing, and deciding on how to cope with UF’s decision instead of serving students

* A Campus that resembles a police state instead of an educational institution with hundreds of men with guns marching around causing more fear than feelings of safety, specially for communities where police are symbols of repression

* Staff, faculty, and students trying to work, teach, study with a constant and exhausting background of anxiety and paranoia

* Students of color’s lack of confidence in our institution’s commitment to their wellbeing being reaffirmed a thousand fold.

* Staff and faculty (specially those of color) having to cope with the added emotional labor of being there for students in distress while they themselves have to cope with being in distress

* Loss of trust, respect, and support in the institution by students who will be here long after Spencer has moved on to another city and will become alumni less likely to give back

* Loss of enrollment and hiring of top talent from students, faculty, and staff who now see this as an unsafe place to study and work

*Loss of committed faculty and staff who feel their health and safety would be better protected at another institution

*Loss of trust, respect, and support in the institution by community members, leaders, and stakeholders (all of whom will be here and make UF pay for the consequences of that lack of trust long after Spencer has moved on to another city)

* Loss of the incredible and rare opportunity to challenge unjust laws and stand on the right side of history and against white supremacy

I haven’t even mentioned the material cost usually quoted as the $600,000 being spent on security because that is absolutely nothing in comparison to the human toll that we are paying.

I have sent this list to UF administrators in hope they will read and understand what this is doing to us. In doing so, I fear for my livelihood, but that fear pales in comparison to the fear I have for this world if we do nothing to stop white supremacy.

If you’re a student, faculty, or staff and have paid the cost so far, know you are not alone. Add more “costs” below, if you feel so inclined.

In love & Solidarity.

They done fucked up and gave us a schedule:

This is from the daily stormer:

The Stormer Plan for Richard Spencer’s Florida Gig
Andrew Anglin
Daily Stormer
October 19, 2017

Our hero goes subtropical…!

But the enemy is ready for him…!

I know some Stormers are going to Florida to see Richard Spencer today.

At the Curtis M. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Florida in Gainsville, Florida. At 2:30 PM.

There are going to be hundreds of cops at the event.

At least 500.

Washington Post:

The University of Florida is bracing for the possibility that thousands of demonstrators will descend Thursday to protest a speech by white nationalist Richard Spencer even as administrators pleaded with students to stay away from the corner of campus where Spencer is scheduled to appear.

In an interview Wednesday, UF President W. Kent Fuchs said he believes Spencer benefits from demonstrations.

“I really believe that the protests are the oxygen on which the white nationalists and white supremacists survive,” Fuchs said. “I want the protesters to not give them what they seek. We need to speak up on our own platform, not [Spencer’s].”

Signs of Spencer’s impending visit were already evident Wednesday on Florida’s Spanish moss-shrouded campus.

At least 100 Florida state troopers gathered outside the Phillips Center on Wednesday to walk through preparations. A few students waiting at a bus stop watched silently as the troopers marched through the parking lot in formation and then stood around their commanders in two groups, listening to instructions.

A couple of local television news trucks were parked outside the Curtis M. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, where Spencer is set to deliver his afternoon speech Thursday. Huge stacks of metal barricades that were ready to be erected into crowd control fences sat gleaming in the grass.

The Jewish student center extended its hours — with extra security. UF has more Jewish students than any other university in the nation, according to Hillel International, a prominent Jewish student organization.

Good stuff, good stuff.

Here’s the Plan

I’ve waited to post the plan because I didn’t want it out too early.

But the deal is:

There is a state of emergency
There are hundreds of cops
The cops can do anything to you during a state of emergency
There are going to be thousands of anti-whites
The cops are planning to corral left and right protesters into different areas
We have been lied to before by the cops
So, this is the plan:

Bring signs and flags and shit, but keep it in the car
It’s best if you have a bullhorn in the car
DO NOT bring any type of weapon at all (we are not streetfighters, that’s an urban myth)
Arrive as early as possible (11 AM)
Go to the event, preferably with a group, dressed normally – no uniform or racist anything, no white polo and khakis, no flags or signs, if you’ve got Nazi tattoos cover them up
Our people are going to be giving out the tickets, so walk up and don’t look like an antifa (but don’t look too Nazi either…)
Don’t talk to anyone who is not in your group, at all, even if you know them
If you don’t get a ticket, don’t fret
Don’t go to the designated protest area/TRAP ZONE
Go other places in the city of Gainsville and stage multiple flash demonstrations with a group of people
Okay, so the more detailed version.

1) If You Get a Ticket
If you get inside the event, then great. Mission accomplished.

You’ll be able to see Richard’s historic speech and everything nutty that happens, and you’ll have stacked the audience so there is less chance of these people trying to riot inside the building and the whole thing getting shut down. That is good.

If people start to riot, just do what the cops say. No one knows who you are, no one is going to attack you.

The the event gets shut down, move to step two.

2) If You Don’t Get a Ticket (Or the Event Gets Shut Down/Ends Early)
You can go anywhere in the city to stage the flash demos.

People have phones with cameras, the media is interested, it will get coverage. As long as it’s a public place.

For example:

You can protest Jews, black crime, Jewish media, Jewish coffee – whatever.

Protest all of it.

You can also demonstrate in favor of things, if there are statues of historically great white men (there are).

It doesn’t really matter.

I wouldn’t say protest those addresses I just listed. There might be cops there because of this article. I’m just giving you an idea here. Just Google Maps something up, and go there. Then do a short demo, then go somewhere else and repeat it.

Also, I would say to stay off campus, unless you can get in the event. The entire campus is going to be crawling with security and cops. And you’ll get gassed like a kike, or beat up and/or arrested.

The point is to confuse the situation and to create public attention, to make it feel like the entire city is taken over by our guys.

Flash demo should be ten minutes, tops. Make noise and get in the car before the cops show up. Obviously, it’s not illegal, but they might attack you or whatever anyway – who knows. The city has a state of emergency, so they’re allowed to just attack you on sight.

Obviously, if cops tell you to do something, do it. But don’t get into a situation with cops.

Don’t get in any kind of situation.

Driving around the city staging flash demos should be fun as hell.

Just – all of you guys, I’m serious – if you don’t get in the event, get off the campus quickly. As soon as you get denied a ticket, go to your car and hit the first spot you find on Google.

It’s best if you’ve got the bullhorn.

Protesting Starbucks with a bullhorn would be great – “we’ve had enough of this anti-white Jewish coffee!”

But, if you’re going to do chants with a group, keep them SIMPLE and GOOD.

“You/Jews will not replace us” and “Shlomo go home” are examples of SIMPLE and GOOD chants.

Orlando Sentinel:

UF President W. Kent Fuchs said he expects more than 500 law-enforcement officers will be on the university’s campus Thursday and that the total cost of providing security will top $600,000.

“I fully understand freedom of speech cannot be burdened legally with the full cost of this, but on the other hand we’re being burdened,” Fuchs told the Associated Press. “So taxpayers are subsidizing hate speech.”

That’s a lot of money.

And they don’t have any choice but to pay it. It’s the law.

You can thank the Founding Fathers for that.

Hail our people.

Hail Victory.

From a local:

Okay but honestly fuck University of Florida

As a resident of alachua county, I’m helping to foot the bill to let a nazi speak. I’m footing the bill for the extra security that is essentially going to turn Gainesville into a police state. Rick Scott LITERALLY DECLARED A STATE OF EMERGENCY and UF is still letting Richard Spencer speak. People are literally afraid for their lives and UF is letting him speak. Students who pay good money to go to that university are having to choose between going to class and their safety (because class still isn’t canceled, wtf). I literally left my hometown because I’m afraid to be near it right now.

UF doesn’t care about the residents of Gainesville or their students. I’m disgusted beyond words. They would rather put peoples safety at risk and cost taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars than eat a fine that’s probably less than the tuition that a single grad student pays.
