If Yuuri was a stripper back in Detroit Pt 18
  • Viktor: So why did you pick that black outfit of mine for your Eros routine?
  • Yuuri: It reminded me of a dance routine I did back in my stripper days.
  • Viktor: Seriously? Do tell~
  • Yuuri: Nothing that exciting, it was just for a Rihanna song.
  • Viktor: Which one?
  • Yuuri: S&M
  • Viktor: ...
  • Yuuri: It kinda had that bondage look about it that I like.
  • Viktor: ...
  • Yuuri: You okay?
  • Viktor: *nose bleeding*

(first off I'd like to thank y'all for making this wonderful blog, I love reading everything on here. It also says we may submit new prompts? If not, feel free to delete this) Could I request Steve accidentally finding, and liking pole dancing? It's a full body workout, and it also helps with balence and coordination. Bonus if these skills somehow come out in the middle of a mission + teams reactions.

It was a quick lift, twist, and spin (ok, more like a kick but the HYDRA agent’s face was in the way of his boot) and Steve didn’t think anything of it.

Until he saw Tony smirking wickedly and blast an exit in the far wall with a repulsor beam.  They were on the quinjet headed back to Avengers Tower when it started.

“Interesting new moves, Cap.”

“-No, I mean it! Where’d you learn that? I’ve only seen that sort of thing in certain types of establishments.”

Bruce was looking on confused and a little anxious.  The Hulk exhausted him and he clearly wasn’t sure if he had the energy for Tony’s troublemaking.

Clint swallowed a bite of his protein bar and smirked.  “Oh yeah.  That was a pretty great kick to the head.  Very acrobatic.”

“-I’m just saying!”

Before Steve had a chance to defend himself, Maria Hill’s voice carried from the far corner where she was bandaging Sam’s wrist.  “He takes pole dancing classes with me.”

It was true.  He’d stumbled upon the class by accident and after a little coaxing he’d joined and he loved it.  Not just because he got to spend time with teammates he didn’t always see (Darcy helped him catch up on what he missed while he was in the ice better than anyone, Nancy in accounting had the best recommendations for restaurants, and it was one of the only times he saw Pepper really relax), but because he felt centered and strong and sure-footed in a way he didn’t after his usual exercise regimen, even his gymnastics.

Tony sputtered on his smoothie.  (The inclusion of a smoothie bar on the quinjet had been mocked exactly once) “Rogers I underestimated you! He doesn’t blush the whole time?  Romanoff, you’re not jealous you’re not in on this?”

Natasha didn’t look up from filing down the nails she’d broken. “I’m the instructor.  He doesn’t blush.”

“Huh.  And here I thought the forties would have made you a little conservative.”

“Tony, I was a first-generation kid living in with other immigrants and spent my life getting beaten up for defending people from bullies that didn’t respect them or their rights.  I Captained the first interracial special ops team.  What part of that seems conservative?”

“I meant, you know, sexually.”

Natasha snorted and gave an emphatic “Nope!”, also without looking up from her nails.

“Oh my god.  Did you just. Did you just announce that you and Cap are banging?”

Steve groaned.  “Tony-“

“Pole dancing, dating the scariest human this side of Barnes. What’s next? You gonna tell me you’re dating him, too?!”

Steve rubbed the back of his neck.  “…Well….”

“Oh my god.”  Tony closed his faceplate.  “I need to rethink everything I thought I knew.  I’ll see you all at the Tower.”

Once Tony took off it was quiet for some time, everyone recovering from the fight (or digesting information, Steve wasn’t sure which.)

After several minutes, from one corner came a quiet ‘Told you’ and Sam begrudgingly passed Clint a twenty dollar bill.

Steve wasn’t sure he wanted to know which part exactly they’d bet on.

Crystal and Stone Cuts

How Different Shapes Can Influence Energy Flow

By Rainy-Day-Witchcraft

This post a little spinoff from my “Explaining Crystal Healing” post, and describes how energy is directed throughout a stone based on the different, both cut and raw, shapes of gemstones. Enjoy ♡

  • Natural Point(s)⌇Best used when energy is meant to be concentrated and pointed in a specific direction. If a stone has more than one point, the energy will also tend to be directed in those multiple directions. Larger points make wonderful wands!
  • Grounded Point/Obelisk⌇Stronger version of the (natural) pointed stone, as the bottom of an obilisk-shaped crystal is flat, and allowing for a more grounded directional energy. Because these are meant to be placed standing and pointing upwards, they are best used when energy is needed to be pointed up from a flat surface.
  • Double-Terminated⌇Think of these cuts as having two poles, like the earth, moving energy in a elongated sphere around the crystal. Energy is taken in by each point and added to the ‘bubble’ of energy the crystal can work with.
  • Tumbled⌇Crystals and stones that have been tumbled (yet not quite into a perfect sphere) will have energy that softly emits in all directions, sometimes directionally varied if the stone is a little more abstractly shaped.
  • Natural/Raw⌇Energy flow with naturally shaped and formed stones, while being stronger than man-made stones, tends to be more sporadic than smoother or more even stones (unless, of course, the stone forms naturally with a smooth texture). Energy flow depends on the shape and texture of each mineral - Rough, cubed, pointed, etc.
  • Faceted/Multiple-Faced⌇Energy in and around faceted gemstones, such as those commonly used in jewelry, will be given off similarly to how a mirror or glass pane reflects/directs light; In this example, think of each face of the stone as glass, and energy as the light. This method of energy flow also applies to multiple-faced, non-pointed stones, such as some varieties of raw minerals that grow with cubed or edged faces.
  • Spherical⌇Crystal balls and spheres will give off energy in an evenly distributed way, as you expect a perfect sphere would. Spherical gemstones that are translucent and able to focus light (similarly to how a magnifying class can focus sunlight) can also direct energy in one direction if used in certain ways.
  • “Palm” Stone⌇Palm stones are similar to spherical stones in that they emit energy in a constant way, though these stones are more grounded. Because of their grounded nature and palm-like shape, these types of stones are ideal for emotional healing, grounding, or stress.
  • Worry Stone⌇Worry stones are created to, just as the name suggests, decrease or eliminate worry! These are made to work a bit differently than others; the piezoelectric energy of the stone is made to be given off as a trigger to physical touching or rubbing one’s thumb on the slightly concaved area of the stone. Besides metaphysical healing purposes, these are also made to give a person something do fiddle with in their hands to take the mind off worry.
Moon in Aquarius 🛫

In Aquarius, the Moon ascends from atop Capricorn’s mountain to join blue and futuristic skies. The Moon is far away from home, and she’s never been to Aquarius’ airy territory before. Up here, winds blow in unusual currents, and the Moon feels uncomfortable electrical chains running everywhere and connecting herself to all of humanity.

Aquarius Moon people have an emotional need to feel original and innovative, distinguishing themselves from other people by the manner they nurture others and by what they feel. It is not unusual for Aquarius Moon people to find that they somehow don’t belong to their family, to their home or to any kind of group they’re in. The Moon is highly receptive, and so, in Aquarius, she becomes able to receive and understand subtle electrical circuits propagating through the air, blessing the individual with an especial gift to learn quickly, grasping hidden information from the air and, from that, creating unexpected kinds of knowledge that other people might find hard to understand because of its complexity. The individual feels great care for human kind, and thus has an instinctual need to nurture the collective through their ability to offer knowledge and experimental solutions for worldly problems. These people are blessed with the ability to emotionally see the world through kaleidoscopic lenses, and the way they nurture others never ceases to surprise us.

Because the emotional structure here is unique, those with an Aquarius Moon unconsciously change their habits whenever they feel they’re resembling someone else in their lives. They are eccentric, and their feelings radically change over time, changing their ways, style and belief systems. This is maybe a reflection of the unconventional home and family they had as children. The maternal figure might have been friendly and tolerant; someone who took the time to teach the child how big the world can be and how different people can be too, although this placement does not favour emotional nurturing and warmth, for Aquarius’ air is cold and blue. Encouraged to be inventive and liberal at infancy, Aquarius Moon adults have a broad and universal view of the world, understanding deeply the mechanics behind the functioning of societies as a whole.

Contrary to the Moon’s primary instincts, the Aquarius Moon holds no grudges and is a freedom-lover, for she is a servant of the future now. It should be important to find balance between these two poles, achieving the emotional security to live in the present time and to be true to one’s emotions, even though these feelings may be quite erratic or disorganized. The Aquarius Moon individual may also feel drawn to big groups of people, where they usually assume important and influential positions, acquiring great popularity and social valorization over time.

The Moon is up in the skies, filtrating Aquarius’ electrical shocks and pouring refreshing waters of revolutionary feelings and inventions on humanity’s forehead. The Earth is moist with reforming ideas; humanitarian flowers blossom in Spring.
