hey guys 😊 just wanted to give you a tint update on the upcoming imagines in the next few days :
(in no particular order)
RULE BREAKER (smut)
BIRDS AND BEES (fluff)
FIREFLIES (smut)
THE BEST THING (fluff)

*a still untitled smut* (praise kink)
those are the almost finished ones 🙌 i know i am taking a bit too long 😅 i just dont have much time to write these past few days with work and all … i hope you are going to love those when you read them. ❤
p.s. a reminder to keep tweeting to Julie Plec and the writers of THE ORIGINALS about Kai being on the series … In the FB live chat from Comic Con Julie sort of teased we are going to see MORE characters from TVD. Lets make sure that Kai Parker is one of them. 😈❤🙌

THIS IS A REMINDER KAI CAN STILL BE ON THE SHOW

I mean, there’s loopholes in the show, right? There could be new possible prison worlds that have been created by other covens. Maybe there is even a second after-life world, which was not sucked away into an abyss.

There are ways for the writers to make sure some characters don’t die permanently.

We just have to make sure Plec knows that we want Kai back, and that we’re determined on getting him back.

Tweet about it, tag Plec, tag other story writers, the cast, crew members

Post story line ideas, show and prove that there is so much potential for Bonkai.

Make videos about Bonkai, I swear, when I was Bonkai fanmade videos I just grow more and more passionate about this ship.

Don’t watch season 7. “Boycott” the show, and make sure the writers understand that in making a TV series, producers need to listen to the audience. This isn’t some “listen to your own heart and feelings” type of shit. The mere existence of this show depends upon the audience and the reviews. When they see the reviews and view plummet, they may look for ways to bring them back up. Let’s make it clear that we need Kai back.

Endlessly post, tweet, Instagram, Tumblr, blog, write, and so on about Bonkai. Bring as much attention to this ship as possible. Let’s make it clear to the producers this isn’t some ship we’re just gonna give up on and let go. Make it clear that we need Bonkai to work out.

Reminder: Tag those who are involved. Tag Plec, Chris, Kat, Ian, Paul, Candace, and others who produce the shows.

so TWEET, BLOG, UPLOAD VIDEOS, INSTAGRAM, AND TAG BONKAI-RELATED POSTS, AND PRODUCERS, ACTORS, AND CREW !!

We got this !!!!

So Plec and I had a little talk this morning, lol

I’m sorry this took me so long to post, but here we go. I put everything in the right order. I’m probably changing my username in a bit anyway, so I’m not blurring anything out. Like wasabicakes posted here, Plec tweeted about how she would have supported a relationship between Kai and Katherine (unlike Bonnie and Kai, of course).

But while she usually ignores my tweets, she actually replied to me this time. And it’s not much, because there was so much more I wanted to discuss, but she did read all of it. I’m pretty sure she wouldn’t have replied if I’d actually confronted her about the treatment of both Bonnie and Kai as characters. I stayed super polite (lol) so she would keep replying and this is where it got me:

So, again, it’s not much. I think she kept replying because I didn’t outright say I shipped it myself, seeing as she’s purposely ignored 99% of bonkai-related tweets thus far and even purposely ignored some while she was replying to me. And I disagree with most of what she’s said, as well as think that she has the tendency to portray herself as the victim. She said she was “trying to be cute and coy” and “playful”, but that it backfired, because apparently people started “treating her like crap” (possibly the bf material trend? or people just pointing out the flaws in her reasoning?) and she “gave up trying to reason”… She also doesn’t understand why we could possibly be hurt by what she said? Like… Sure, Jan… A lot of it sounds like she just didn’t like being confronted with the flaws in her writing, the plotholes, Kai’s redemption, treatment of Bonnie etc.

I understand her to some degree from a writer’s POV in the sense of wanting to tease something or give a heads up and that it blew up in her face, maybe to the point where people started calling names and talking about her personally or fat shaming her. Because nothing about her appearance has anything to do with how terrible her writing is. However, from what I’ve seen, the people who directly tweeted her, always did so in a civil and reasonable manner, so… *oprah-so-what-is-the-truth.gif*

Her saying that it’s not strange that fans enjoyed bonkai, implies to me the problem wasn’t so much bonkai as a ship, but bonkai within the context of what she was going to do in the finale. To me that feels like another sign that they were going to make it happen initially, but dropped it so then it became something she didn’t think people should support or wanted to support herself. So she definitely thought we would drop like flies after the finale, lol.

And, finally, the best replies:

  1. I said that we got upset because Kai might be an asshole, but so are Damon and Klaus (and I tweeted the bf material stuff before she replied, but she replied to the first one) and she replied “yes, but the difference is I already knew the ending”… And while I don’t think it was her intention, it sort of slipped out that even she knows Kai isn’t inherently worse than Klaus or Damon. And the only thing that makes Kai supposedly worse or different is her knowing what she was going to do in the finale with the wedding and the Sleeping Beauty Spell, for which she had to create this narrative and tell people that Kai was irredeemable. Which is still bullshit, but ok.
  2. Plec agrees that she shouldn’t have made it seem like we couldn’t enjoy bonkai. Bless

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY, Y’ALL!!!!!

“We’re bad for each other” – 5x17

So, at the end of this episode Damon and Elena “break up” because they are bad for each other, because they have a bad influence on Jeremy and because they do bad things for each other. But I find it funny that it happened after the same episode showed the exact opposite and proved every single one of those statements to be wrong.

Because this episode perfectly portrayed why Damon and Elena work and why they have worked since day one.

Some time ago Julie Plec tweeted about an episode that felt a lot like S1 to her, and I think she was talking about this one, maybe because that’s how I felt watching it. But that’s not even entirely true, because I felt like I was watching four seasons of DE’s relationship all condensed into one episode.

“You’re making excuses for someone you love. That’s what you do.”

Here it is, their famous understanding, that uncanny ability to see right through each other, the one they have had since that time they sat in a kitchen, talking  about cheerleading and ex-lovers. Or even before then, when two strangers met in the middle of a road, dreaming about passion, adventure, danger and consuming love.

- “And you keep trying to make this about us.”

- “Yeah, because you keep trying to make it about anything else.”

- “You know what? Fine. But don’t pretend that you came here for Jeremy. If you want to talk

about last night, talk.”

And here is the challenge, the push and pull they always shared, their tendency to call the other out on their bullshit, looking for the truth, however harsh it may be.

And together with the challenge comes the honesty. Damon is honest when he says that he doesn’t know what to say nor what to do or even think, because neither of them does. Right now they’re stuck in this limbo where their minds say no but their hearts say yes.

One of the scenes I loved the most about this episode (who am I kidding, I loved them all) is the one in which they’re confronting Liv. Once again, they lay it all out there, not scared to voice their opinion, no matter if the other doesn’t like it. Elena doesn’t like that Damon has to resort to torture the witch, Damon doesn’t like that Elena is willing to risk her life like that. (Btw, I love how they made it clear that Damon has no problem in respecting Elena’s choices, as long as she’s not in mortal danger). Sounds familiar? Yeah, it’s basically S2 and S3 all over again. Like many other times in the past, they have to compromise and this time their compromise comes in the form of Jeremy Gilbert. What happens when he steps up is just amazing to me. Because that’s when we see the power of this little dysfunctional family, who had to face dangerous obstacles and tragedies, learning how to trust each other, since they only had one another. That’s the trust they build during S3, the one Jeremy had in Damon one episode ago when it came to Elena’s safety, the same one Damon is having now in both Elena and Jeremy.

Speaking of Jeremy, Damon and Elena spent the whole episode talking about him, worrying about him, they totally were the parents trying to decide what’s best for their kid. Apart from the school conference, they had this ongoing parents-son behavior during the whole episode. I mean, Damon basically told him to go to his room so that they could talk in the morning… And what about Damon telling Elena to put Jer on a plane and send him away? Once again, sounds familiar?

Anyway, in the end Jeremy managed to save Liv’s life and made a very mature, although difficult, decision. So much for Damon and Elena being a bad influence on him.

And then we have the “let go” scene, a clear parallel to 2x08, we all know that. But it was also a parallel to 3x22, when Elena let go of Damon. And yet, this time was different from both of the previous ones, because this time neither of them could actually let go of the other. Elena was careful to say “I need you to let me go”, she couldn’t bring herself to do it on her own.

Right now they’re in a place where they have everything that they have built over the past four seasons. They understand each other, they talk like friends, they trust each other, they challenge each other, they surprise each other (did you see the look on Elena’s face after Damon kissed her forehead?), and they have that insane sexual tension that leave both of them breathless (and also speechless, just like after their kiss in 3x10 and their make out in 3x19). But there is also something different, something more. Since they gave in to their consuming love, they completely surrendered to the power they both have over one another, and they’re losing themselves into each other. That’s why they can’t stay away and it’s even more difficult to let go (not that they were previously successful in doing so but still). But this is also why they need to put some distance and solve their issues, before it’s too late.

“And we’re never gonna get to where we need to go.”

The question is, what did she mean? Where do they need to go? To me, the answer was inside of this episode as well, even if it was hidden under other characters’ words and actions.

“She made me realize that I was good all along.”

That is exactly what Damon needs to realize, that the good located inside of him is not Elena, it’s him. She surely played a huge part in awakening it, but it was already there.

As for Elena, she needs to realize that she is capable of making morally dubious decisions and even killing innocents if needed. Because she did it in the past. Because that’s who she is. She is not like Stefan and Caroline, she is like Damon.

Damon and Elena need to overcome their personal insecurities and issues, in order to come out of it stronger as individuals and as a couple. Elena knows it, she needs it, they both need it. And Damon gets it. Their understanding comes into play once again, no words are needed, just the sweetest and most heartbreaking of the kisses. But they also know that this is not a goodbye. They need to take a step back so that they can move forward.

Their journey continues.

“Travel safe.”

After reading Julie Plec's tweets tonight I realized how extremely happy I am that Ian and Kat are leaving this shit show next season ( even though deep down I wish they'd left sooner). Bamon is the most interesting thing going on this season and even after one of their most amazing performances, Julie Plec shuts down the potential these characters have. Because they still want to have everything revolve around Elena. And I thought Dries was bad, I think Plec might be worse!

Why does it feel like two different writers are fighting over what they’re writing in tvd? Like one episode Bonnie’s saying “I don’t know what Damon was to me”, definitely not friendship, Damon constantly flirts with her and then he has a long monologue where he ends with “I love you, the same way elena loves you”, he goes to such extreme lengths for her yet Julie Plec tweets that there is only friendship, it feels like somebody is purposely trying to push the idea that they will only be friends no matter what the two characters have been through and no matter how contradictory some of their actions and words are from episode to episode? At this point it’s just baiting if the two of them are just friends, write for one idea not both.

Discussing why TO/Julie Plec are ridonkulous with Alex, klarolineepiclove
  • Alex: Julie Plec tweeted that the only reason the ratings will be down tonight is because of the PLL finale and the Glee 100th episode. Hahaha.
  • Me: She's got an excuse for everything.
  • Alex: And Klaus fucked Genevieve.
  • Me: Of course he did. Because Julie's the executive producer. And she thinks that she can put Klaus's dick in any and every other woman besides Caroline and we'll forget all about Klaroline.
  • Alex: And apparently there's a magical ring that keeps werewolves from turning during the full moon that Esther made......and yet she created the hybrid curse. And no one knew about the ring....till...now.
  • Me: I am just all kinds of done and totally unable to give fucks. Seriously, it's a joke. Julie has an excuse for everything. It's impossible for Caroline and Klaus to be together, but she writes in NOT ONLY a "magical, miracle baby" that's somehow a hybrid, but a solve all ring that Hayley can wear so she doesn't turn.
  • Me: #sofuckingdone
  • Me: Is everyone seriously not tired of her insulting their intelligence?

anonymous asked:

Lmao stupid bamon fans in that 2012 tweet exchange btw Paul and Plec he wasn't asking for more scenes with Kat he was throwing shade@ her. Go back and read Julie's tweet then read Paul's again. Y'all swear they all just love Kat smh.

Why so salty anon? Why is the idea that the majority of the male TVD cast finds Kat Graham gorgeous and want their characters to have a story line with her so irritating to you that you feel the need to drag her down in a strangers inbox? Why are you actively trying to tear down the idea that a beautiful intelligent black woman can be seen as desirable? Why are you so threatened by the idea that people who look like Kat can be seen as beautiful? Also why would Paul be throwing shade at Kat? And lets pretend for the sake of your bruised ego that for some reason he wanted to throw shade at Kat.

Whats your excuse for the rest of TVD/TO cast? Michael Malarkey wasn’t throwing shade when he said he wants Enzo to have more scenes with Bonnie and has been vocal about wanting them to explore Bonenzo. Joseph Morgan wasn’t shading when he alluded to wanting Bonnie to be Klaus’ love interest before Klaroline took off. Nathaniel Buzolic wasn’t shading when he thirsted after Kat at every con and was a strong supporter of Kennett even after JP shut it down. Zach Roerig wasn’t shading when he stated that he would love a romantic story line between Bonnie and Matt. Lmao I probably shouldn’t even get started on Ian I think we all know where that part of your bitterness is coming from and why there’s a reason we call him the Bamon King. Listen I can’t help that my fave is thirsted after like no other I’m sorry it is out of my control. I’m sorry your salty and threatened by a beautiful black woman but stop being bitter about it and accept Kat as your lord and savior like everyone else has or at the very least admit your true reasons for shitting on her unprovoked and stop dancing around the subject.

Hi Nisha! i thought 7x21 was a great episode. Then i read some postings about plec's tweets regarding bamon and that it's only a friendship. Is it me or is this utter nonsense? Did she basically say romantic bamon probably won't happen? I mean wtf?

sarah submitted:
Hello i am a new bamon. Well i watched the show last year and i fell in love with them immediatly. And i love your blog. I just wanted to ask you because i really need hope right now. Do you think that bamon will happen? Because apparently plec said that they will always be platonic to dullena fans on twitter. Last night episode, they mention elena again and again and it totally ruined the scenes for me. She better give us sth in the finale because honestly i really wanna quit watching.

Thanks for the link hookup boo! I’m happy but pissed at the same time. #BamonforElena has come back from the dead. Sigh. What’s your opinion on that? Do you think the Bamon kiss is going to happen despite him including Eleanor in the love confession?

Hi guys! Hope you don’t mind if I answer these together, my answers were all going to be very similar :)

Basically, Julie tweeted that when Damon said that he loves Bonnie “like Elena loved her,” he meant that he loves her as a “profound best friend.” She also made some tweets that appeased DE shippers about Damon still loving Elena, and encouraged them to watch the finale. To Bamon shippers, she made some tweets to say that right now Bamon are friends, and that that “might never change.” (Please note, this is NOT the same as saying that Bamon will always be platonic, but it’s also not terribly encouraging in tone for those who want to see a romance between them, or who already see the beginnings of a romance blossoming between them.)

She also tweeted to a Bamon shipper (who was being very polite from what I saw) that she would love to discuss her feelings about the “love you like Elena loved you” line in person, because she had valid concerns and that JP has responses, just that it’s too much to be tweeted. She followed that up by warning her that if they ever did have the conversation in person, to not bring shipping Bamon into it, because being a rabid shipper automatically discredits any otherwise intelligence critique you might have.

Furthermore, in a separate thread she suggested that people ship Bamon either because they hate Elena or they are book fans, but she later backtracked on this slightly and said that “of course” she understands why someone would ship it based on the show scenes alone, but that they are not a canon romance at this point.

Now, I am of a few minds on all of this.

The intrepid optimist in me sees a lot of showrunner-speak happening here, a lot of talking out of both sides of her mouth. That automatically pushes me to fall back and rely on canon instead, where the door is very much open for romantic Bamon imo.

But at the same time, I am definitely one of the people who was frustrated and turned off by the dismissive nature of her tweets, and can’t help but agree with others who note that people shipping Caroline and Elena’s ships that were still platonic but seemed ripe with romantic potential were actively encouraged, not spoken down to or even discouraged.

I have my theories on why we’re seeing this attitude, and specifically on why she was so quick to suggest people who have concerns are too focused on ships (ie. rabid, which… yuck). But then I’m not actually in JP’s head, so me speculating on her intentions and feelings is just that, speculation.

Anyway, getting off track.

All that to say, the door is still open for romantic Bamon. It’s no less open now than it was on Thursday/Friday when the episode aired, before she made her tweets. The question is, will they ever go through that door? At this point, according to Plec, all of the development we’ve gotten, no matter how passionate or intimate or brimming with romantic potential, is able to be hand-waved away with a simple “Nope, just friends.”

So, I’m thinking it’s best if we go into the finale with low expectations, at least if you’re like me and were completely demotivated by the things she said. I know there are plenty of folks who are still upbeat, and I think they have reason to be, and certainly am not trying to rain on any parades. But I also think it’s okay and necessary for others be more pessimistic, if that’s what’s going to make the experience more bearable.

At this point, I see no reason for them to not proceed with romantic Bamon. Yes, there are narrative obstacles that they’ve put in place (DE, BE, and Bamon’s own stubborn inability to acknowledge/articulate their feelings for one another), but that’s what building a story is all about. They aren’t reasons why Bamon is impossible.

But then it follows, that if they don’t give us something concrete for romantic Bamon at this point, something else is going on. And then we have to decide if it’s worth sticking around in the case where they may be baiting us with no plan to ever follow through, and moreover no intention to even respect us enough to acknowledge that it was bait in the first place. Like @darwinquark said on twitter, it’s one thing to feel baited by the show’s writing; it’s another thing entirely to feel baited and then be told by the showrunner that you’re crazy for seeing bait there at all.

So I don’t know if this is positive or negative, but it’s basically the messy place where I’m at right now re: TVD and canon Bamon.
