I get so sick and tired of constantly hearing this as a criticism: “but that’s not in the books"
I get it. You loved the books. You still have them. But this is a tv show, even if it is based on the book(s), it’s a completely different ballgame. Common sense dictates that there’s gonna be some changes made. Depending on who you ask, some of those changes will be good and some won’t. Either way, it doesn’t have to follow the books to a tee for it to still be as good or entertaining.
I’ve had Paijwen for years, and she’ll always hold a special place in my heart. However it’s time for me to move her blog to my alt account, which I hardly ever use (except to place good blogs that have seen some things, that I don’t want to delete… much like this one).
Truth is, I just don’t play WoW anymore. All the stories that I’ve had going are more so just assumed in the background. Paij still fights for a way to break @lazraelbandtherion ‘s hold on her and her son, she still stalks @allasticus to ensure that he’s safe, she leaves gifts and letters of love and adoration for her son Aeniver, and still leaves traces of herself in the forest for @kharrisdawndancer to find- just to give the feeling that she’s always there, and always will be.
If you’re one of the many WoW followers I have, that have moved to FF:XIV (or dabble), you can find that universes Paijwen by the name of W’rhed Ren, a Wolf Tribe Miqo’te from Othard. Since I’ll be building the lore to the tribe, as well, posts about that will follow later on down the line. You can find her at @rhed-wolf if you’ve an interest.
Currently I’m reblogging posts from Paijwen’s blog to W’rhed’s - that that are relevant - and with 5k posts on Paij’s blog… I may just stop doing that soon. Regardless, this is the last piece of ‘content’ that Paijwen’s blog will see until I return to WoW.
