turned headstand

Day 6 (I think?) of the #lovingyogis February asana challenge….rotated headstand (which I guess would be paravrtta salamba sirsasana….but correct me if I’m wrong!)

All the benefits of a headstand (directs blood to the brain, stimulates nervous system, improves concentration, strengthens and tones core and neck muscles…to name just a few) with the added core twist. Harder than it looks and requires good core and balance.

Mini-me baby yogini Lola, my biggest love of all, could see I needed a hand so she came over to help me :-)
