tunes with tuesday

NOT A COMIC! Spread it around! And stay tuned for comic strips every Tuesday & Thursday! No I’m not ashamed in promoting myself!

(I now just realized Pikmin Go was supposed to be Hay Pikmin. But if they do end up making a Pikmin mobile game, CALLED IT, UNINTENTIONALLY!

instead of currently being at university restlessly sitting through lecture and suffocating in the humidity with broken out skin, very little makeup, and half assed hair, let’s pretend that at this very moment I’m actually at home, in my comfy flannel with nice makeup, hair done, and clear skin. yeah. that sounds good.

Today marks the day that the Creatures officially end.

I can’t even begin to say in my own words how much a big part of my life that this group was. for the past 6 years, i was so inspired and so in love with what was a group of friends having fun, playing video games, and making a living off of it.

I remember being there for the charity stream for whenever the group decided to move to colorado and move into the very first Creature House. I remember being one of the first to subscribe to the creature hub. I used to tune in every tuesday to watch James and Aleks play games and act like a bunch of dumbasses. I was there for the balsamic vinegar stream and i remember it like it was yesterday.

Every October was special to me not just for Halloween, but for tuning in to watch the 24 Hour Livestreams, trying to stay up to watch the entire things, and ending up passing out.

I was there since Gassy was kicked out. And it was such a big shock to me at the time, but i had eventually gotten over it. Then as the years went on, it seemed something was off. Once Sly left the group I feel it went towards a downward spiral where it seemed like every year someone was leaving the group. And now it’s come to this.

So to Dan, Jordan, Seamus, Sly, Dex, Kevin, Gassy, James, and Aleks, thank you for being such a big part of my life, and I will never forget it.

and now the era of the Cow begins

Without realizing it, Maya Angelou met Tupac Shakur, and the two ended up sharing a powerful moment together. Tune in Tuesday at 8|7c on @pbstv

I’m not including their likes, but know that they usually like a lot of their pictures (but not all). Note that Taylor has recently been MIA, but Karlie is still active on Instagram and Snapchat. If I missed any posts/updates/replies, please message me.

I linked their posts on the username (on the left). I also included their friends’ posts if they are both in the picture (not all but most). Anyway, here is Kaylor 2012 - 2016 in the media.

She Knows He Will

If my man was fighting
Some unholy war
I would be behind him
Straight shook up beside him
With strength he didn’t know
It’s you I’m fighting for
He can’t lose with me in tow
I refuse to let him go
At his side and drunk on pride
We wait for the blow

She’s the picture of cool, calm, and collected, nothing about her gives away the fact her heart pounds almost painfully against her ribs. Happy will come for her. She believes in him, and over the last couple of hours as her captors have tried to methodically strip her of her dignity, to break her down, physically, emotionally, mentally she’s kept it in her mind that her Old Man will come, that single thought is what gives her strength, what keeps her holding on.

They’d prepared for this they knew it could happen.

One day.

She just didn’t think that day would be so soon.

“This can all be over if you just tell us where they’re keeping the guns,” a voice rolls from behind a mask and with a choking laugh she shakes her head.

“I’m just an Old Lady, I don’t know shit,” she says and when her head snaps back from the force of a blow she barely feels, she just laughs some more, and that laughter carries her even when she sees the glint of the blade, and when the first cut is made she refuses to scream, refuses to cry. She won’t give them the satisfaction.

Besides. Her Old Man will come. She knows he will.

We put it in writing
But who you writing for
Just us on kitchen floor
Justice done,
Reciting my stomach standing still
Like you’re reading my will
He still stands in spite of what his scars say
And I’ll battle ‘til this bitter finale
Just me, my dignity and this guitar case

“Hey girl,” Happy’s voice rasps in her ear and with a roll of her head she smiles, blinking blurred eyes at his scowling face.

“Happy,” she whispers with a smile, “I told them you’d come. I told them you’d find me.”

“You did good baby…”

“I didn’t tell them anything Happy, even when they hurt me.”

“I know baby, I know. You can let go now,” he says and shaking her head she tries to see him clearly, and when her vision finally clears she finds herself alone, and it’s almost too much for her to bear. She could have sworn he was here. She heard his voice, felt his breath on her skin, but here she is, alone.

Somewhere in her mind she knows hallucinations are a by-product of torture, sleep deprivation, all kinds of things…but it doesn’t break her heart any less, and with a soft cry she closes her eyes.

“Hey girl,” Happy’s rasping voice wakes her and for a second she shakes her spinning head.

“You’re not real,” she cries breath hitching in her chest as she squeezes her eyes shut. “I know you aren’t real.”

“I’m real,” he insists but she doesn’t believe him, that is until he rests his hands on her face, forcing her to look at him. “I’m real.”

“You’re real,” she sobs hands coming up to clutch his wrists. “You came. You came for me.”

“And I’m going to get you the hell out of here.”

Yes my man is fighting some unholy war
And I will stand beside you
And who you dying for
B - I would have died too
I’d have liked too
If my man was fighting
Some unholy war
If my man was fighting

Obama transferred $500 million to a climate fund three days before Trump takes office

  • With just three days left in his term Obama is taking steps to safeguard the historic Paris climate agreement — to the tune of $500 million.
  • On Tuesday, Obama transferred the sum to the Green Climate Fund, a trust created in 2010 to allow wealthy countries to financially assist developing nations in reducing emissions.
  • The United States has pledged a total of $3 billion to the fund. Combined with an earlier $500 million payment made in March 2016, the U.S. still owes $2B — a debt of which President-elect Donald Trump has pledged to pay none. Read more

Author’s Note: This is a Jax Teller imagine based on (Everything I Do) I Do It For You by Bryan Adams as requested by a lovely Nonny, as well as request number 6 for TT5. This imagine is rated T for language. Hope you all enjoy.

Even If

Look into my eyes – you will see
What you mean to me.
Search your heart, search your soul
And when you find me there you’ll search no more.

Don’t tell me it’s not worth tryin’ for.
You can’t tell me it’s not worth dyin’ for.
You know it’s true:
Everything I do, I do it for you.

Smoke hangs thick in the air, and the only sound she can make out over the ringing in her ears is the sound of licking flames. She feels nothing, and turning her head blurred eyes search the remains of the clubhouse. She doesn’t see him, and with a soft smile a tear streaks down her cheek.

Somehow she always knew it would end like this.

Jax always said Tellers die bloody, and Jessica Teller is no exception to the rule.

“Jess? Jessica!” a voice calls out and with what little strength she has left she manages to lift her hand into the air.

“Over here! She’s over here!” another voice joins the fray to bang about in my throbbing head. “We’ve got you love, don’t worry, we’re going to get you help,” Chibs’ voice fills her head, and with a smile she runs her fingers over his cheek leaving a streak of red behind. Chibs has always been one of her favorite people.

“P-please…” her teeth chatter loudly, “t-tell me J-Jax g-got out.”

“Jackie boy got out love, here he comes,” Chibs face disappears replaced instead with the face of the love of her life. Jax.

“Oh Jess,” Jax cries as he cradles her in his arms. She studies his face, memorizing every line, every dip, and how she wishes she could reach out, brush the hair from his eyes; soothe the cut that rides high on his cheek. “What did you do? What did you do?”

“S-saved…y-you,” she laughs coughing loudly and with the taste of blood filling her mouth she knows it’s bad. “I love you…”

“Jess, hold on…hold on….”

Look into your heart – you will find
There’s nothin’ there to hide.
Take me as I am, take my life.
I would give it all, I would sacrifice.

Don’t tell me it’s not worth fightin’ for
I can’t help it, there’s nothin’ I want more
You know it’s true:
Everything I do, I do it for you, oh, yeah.

There’s no love like your love
And no other could give more love.
There’s nowhere unless you’re there
All the time, all the way, yeah.

Look into your heart, baby…

He loved her so much but just now as he paces the waiting room of St. Thomas he can barely remember why over the anger that bubbles up inside of him.

“What the fuck was she thinking?” Jax demands to no one in particular, and when Chibs offers a cup of coffee he shakes his head.

“She saved your life Jackie,” Chibs points out, to which Jax just glares. He knows that. Do people think he doesn’t know that?

“She should have stayed home, like I told her to,” Jax spits and when flash of Jess lying broken and bleeding in the rubble of the clubhouse dances through his head his hands fist at his sides.

“Jax,” turning he watches Juice walking towards him with a few of the other guys. “What can we do brother?”

“You can go back to TM, search every inch, I want to know who did this, and get the word out. When I find out who’s responsible, I will take them apart.”

She blinks herself awake, and moving her hand she winces at the pinch in the crook of her arm, and looking down she sees the IV in place, and slowly the pieces fall back together. The explosion, the heat and noise.

And her heart kicks rapidly in her chest.

“Hey, hey, it’s okay,” Jax’s voice fills the silence and he leans over her, hands bracing on the bed, and she reaches for him, wincing when her ribs scream in protest. “Don’t move. Don’t move. The blast broke a couple ribs.”

“You’re okay?” she asks and he nods, smiling. “Everyone else?”

“We’re all whole darlin’, you made sure of that,” Jax smiles at her, and with a tear escaping from the corner of her eye she lets out a shaky breath. “What were you thinking Jess? I told you to stay home.”

“If I would have stayed home Jax, we wouldn’t be having this conversation,” she says shaking her head.

“You could have died…”

“Well I didn’t so…”

“Jesus Jess, I’m being serious,” Jax’s anger flares a bit and before he can turn away she takes his hand.

“So am I,” she proclaims, struggling to sit up, only stopping the struggle when he helps by lifting the head of the bed for her. “Jax, if I had done as I was told, you, Chibs, Happy, everyone would be dead. I couldn’t let that happen.”

“You could be dead,” he says through clenched teeth, and when she laughs it only seems to frustrate Jax more. “Damn it Jess…can you be serious, for one minute.”

“What do you want me to say Jax? Hmm? That I regret it? I can’t do that. I can’t lie to you; I won’t lie to you. I would make the same decision a million times over if I had to,” she says grasping onto his hand. “Jax, you and SAMCRO are my family. I will protect my family. No matter the cost.”

“Even if that means you pay with your life?” he asks and nodding she keeps her eyes on his.

“Even if.”

Oh, you can’t tell me it’s not worth tryin’ for.
I can’t help it, there’s nothin’ I want more.
Yeah, I would fight for you, I’d lie for you,
Walk the wire for you, yeah, I’d die for you.

You know it’s true:
Everything I do, oh, I do it for you.

Everything I do, darling.
You will see it’s true.
You will see it’s true.

Search your heart and your soul
You can’t tell it’s not worth dying for
I’ll be there
I’d walk the fire for you
I’d die for you
Oh, yeah.
I’m going all the time, all the way.
