• the slaw is a mix of fresh cubed avocado, pan-roasted corn, sesame seeds, a splash of olive oil, rice vinegar, & soy sauce, and a tiny pinch of cayenne pepper & coconut sugar. Topped with broccoli sprouts!
This was AMAZING and only minimal carbs from a little corn!
SEARED SESAME TUNA WITH BROWN RICE, AVOCADO AND BROCCOLI
Haven’t had any meat or seafood in the house in months but I saw these beautiful organic tuna steaks and couldn’t resist. Tuna steak is cut in cubes and marinated in chilli garlic sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, lemon juice and soy sauce. Flash seared so that it’s still a little raw in the middle. Served with brown rice, steamed broccoli, avocado and another splash of soy.
