Truffle overload! Last night’s dinner greeted me all the way from the kitchen. The scent of truffle oil wafted to my table. And what a treat! Penne Funghi Tartufo is a penne dish served with a crimini mushrooms, parnesan cheese, black truffle paste, parsley and scallions and white truffle oil. It was delicious and if the dish weren’t a big serving for two, I probably would’ve finished it! @Fig and Olive, NYC
