Go See “Girl’s Trip” and don’t let the box office clerks turn you away

This movie was definitely a must see. I will warn you that the box office clerks will attempt to turn you away. We arrived at 7:00 for the 7:45 showing and the girl at the window told us that the only seats that were available were the ones close to the screen. We still decided to go to support the cast. Once we were inside, there were only 5 people seated. Need I add, this was not a “reserved seating” theater. We found it strange but didn’t think anything else of it and held two more seats for my other friends.

At 7:21 there were still open seats and my friends were turned away because the movie was “sold out”. The entire bottom half of our theater had open seats. I’m not sure if there is a gap in communication or hidden propaganda but do not take the first thing these box office clerks are saying. Please do your best to support this movie! Feel free to share and spread this post.

The 3 “ations” of Spell Casting

A handy trick for spells is by remembering these 3 simple steps before casting them: Visualization, Concentration, and Evocation

Visualization-
Know what you want. Picture your intention clearly. See it like it already happened, and not like it will happen or is happening. Set it in your mind like a truth.

Concentration-

Focus clearly on your desire through the whole spell. Use tools, symbolism, words, herbs, etc. as anchor points in a way to help focus your energy into your intention.

Evocation-

Pull energy out of yourself, or from forces around you like nature, spirits, gods, magical beings, magical tools, the elements, etc. to power your spell. Actions like chanting, dancing, or drum beats can also be used to build and evoke energy.

DM: You’re trapped and alone in a room of expert level wizards, and they ask you to perform a high level spell because they don’t think you’re a wizard.

*Rouge has 0 spells and low sleight of hand stat*

Rouge: …I use my deck of cards and perform a magic trick.

DM: This is a room of experienced wizards, and you want to do a card trick to fool them?

Rouge: Yes.

*Rouge nat 20’s*

DM: …

DM: The wizards are so impressed they think you are a master wizard.
